I selected Mr Young, because of his positive testimonies and I was personally not disappointed. Whilst an outpatient, the service received was excellent, I was informed of each step and consciously checked in on. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Mr Young for treatment of a lacerated finger. From my initial phone calls with his secretary, through the initial greeting by one of his nurses, through the consultation, treatment and follow-up, my experience with Mr Young was entirely positive. Everyone in his clinic treated me with kindness and made great efforts to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed (even as I received painful anesthesia shots!). Mr Young explained his diagnosis and treatment plan carefully and clearly, pausing to allow me to ask questions. He and his nurses took great care to ensure the environment was sterile to avoid the risk of infection through the wound. I am confident my finger will heal well thanks to the excellent treatment I received. I would recommend Mr Young and his staff without any reservations.

Extremely positive experience with excellent results. In pre-surgical consultations Mr Young clearly explained the surgical options, explaining for each what could reasonably be expected.
