We went into the process with very limited knowledge and understanding. Richard was extremely patient and recommended we have some 3D imaging completed to help us visualise sizing. This I highly recommend to anyone who is unsure about the different sizes of cc implants. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and made great efforts to assure us that the cc we had chosen would be suitable for my smaller frame and reassured us with all of our many questions. Richard's bedside manner was very calm and professional, I always felt extremely safe in his hands. I had my surgery at the King Edward Hospital where I was looked after excellently. Richard saw me before my surgery and also visited me after whilst in hospital. I had several check ups with Richard after my surgery; his aftercare has been exemplary. I can't tell you how happy I am with my finished breasts and cannot recommend Richard highly enough. Such a lovely man.

Overall great experience with Dr Young, and would highly recommend. I had a cyst removed from my nose bridge and the scar is practically impossible to see 2 months later.

They were all excellent throughout, from the initial consultation, Sharon's quick responses, the team in the operating theatre who were all very friendly and the nurses I saw in my initial aftercare visit. I found Mr. Richard Young to be a consummate professional, his explanation at all stages was clear and precise, he was considerate in his treatment, giving a full explanation of his findings and ensuring that these were understood. I was very pleased with the minor surgery he carried out and his explanation at that stage whilst he was performing the same. His manner put me at ease, there was no feeling of that is over and that it is end of my concern, just the opposite in fact, advising me of what his recommendations were once the histology of the lump he removed was received and how he thought I should proceed from there on in. If ever I needed any other surgery I would without a moments hesitation make an appointment with him and would recommend him to anyone I knew looking for a Plastic Surgeon.

Mr Young and his immediate support staff have always been very kind, reassuring and helpful in all my interactions. He has given very full and clear explanations of all my procedures and I’ve never felt awkward about asking any questions I’ve had. Post operative information and care was very good.

I had a Lipoma removal which went very smoothly indeed. Mr Young was calm, professional and very thorough when it came to explaining the procedure. Due to Covid the process from start to finish was adapted so I didn't have to spend any more time in London than just for the procedure itself. Zoom consultations, photo evidence both at the beginning and the final consultation and dissolvable stitching. I did not have any pain following my surgery at all. It was totally tailored to my personal needs. Both Mr Young and Sharon have been incredibly helpful from start to finish and nothing has ever been any trouble. I am currently 1 month post surgery and healing very well and have followed Mr Youngs advise and started using Kelo-Cote scar gel and hope that the appearance will continue to reduce over time.
