Dr John Ferguson is consistently described as kind and knowledgeable in his patient interactions. He provides accurate diagnosis for various skin conditions, including acne, periorbital dermatitis, and rosacea, by clearly explaining conditions and tailoring treatment plans. Patients feel reassured and comfortable, reporting highly effective treatments that significantly improve their quality of life. His excellent care for mole checks and acne management is frequently commended.
I had a mixed experience with Dr. Ferguson. While Dr. Ferguson was professional during my consultation, the follow-up care was highly disappointing. I was prescribed a cream for my face that the packaging explicitly stated was not for facial use. Attempting to clarify this safety concern is nearly impossible. Their digital system, Carebit, is inefficient and wouldn't allow me to log in, and there is no direct telephone line to the clinic. The remote secretary is unable to facilitate a timely response from the doctor, revealing a significant breakdown in communication. I expected much better coordination and accessibility regarding prescription safety. Due to a complete lack of communication, I have been unable to use the medication or return it for a refund.

I was sorry to hear about your problem and dealt with your concerns over the phone. Communication isn’t usually a problem with my team but this was obviously an occasion when things fell short of our usual standard. I hope the problem is improving now your questions have been answered!
Clear analysis of the issue, followed by a recommended procedure and swift communication of the results and recommendations. I felt I was kept clearly in the picture
I was very anxious due to my current medical condition. I felt Dr Ferguson answered and clarified my concerns and questions.
Really nice and friendly. Definitely a great patient experience!
Before meeting Dr Ferguson I had already met with 2-3 doctors, none of which could accurately diagnose my skin condition. Dr Ferguson’s accurate diagnosis dramatically improved my quality of life and I am so glad I went to him when I did. He is also very kind!
Very very kind. Listened to me and brought lots of energy and interest to the conversation. Great empathy. Took lots of time to explore every angle. Highly knowledgeable. Tailored treatment to me and my situation. Lovely lovely manner. Made me feel very reassured and hopeful that this condition can be helped. A truly outstanding consultation
Very approachable and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explains everything in detail. I am very happy with the consultation received
Wonderful experience. Dr. Ferguson was deeply knowledgable, and really took the time to ensure that I understood every element and answered every question. Was a perfect experience!
