About Mayfair Children's Clinic
Mayfair Children’s Clinic is a consultant-led paediatric service based on Chesterfield Street in Mayfair, central London. The clinic provides care for infants, children and adolescents up to 18 years and operates from CQC-registered facilities.
Clinical services span general paediatrics, paediatric dermatology, paediatric respiratory medicine, adolescent health, paediatric dietetics and nutrition, and minor paediatric surgery. Neurodevelopmental assessments, including ADHD and autism, are available. The service is designed to manage both routine concerns and complex presentations.
Diagnostic support includes blood tests, rapid point-of-care infection screening, ECG and peak expiratory flow testing where indicated. Minor procedures are undertaken by a consultant paediatric surgeon, including tongue-tie release for young infants following assessment, and infant circumcision performed under local anaesthetic using a formal surgical technique with sutured closure and postoperative guidance.
The clinical team includes consultants across paediatrics and child and adolescent mental health, alongside paediatric dietitians.
The clinic provides a dedicated waiting area and family-oriented consultation spaces in a central London location.
