Excellent surgeon. Explained everything and I have had zero pain since foot surgery and was walking normally the same day.

From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. I am very grateful for the care I received.

Miss Tross explained in full detail what the issues were with my hip, the options that could be taken and the actual process that was completed. Samantha is friendly, articulate, and I believe an excellent surgeon. I had 100% trust in her ability to carry out the procedure and obtain the best result possible. The follow up attention to detail to advise how it had worked out was also excellent.

Mr Molloy from my first appointment to my last appointment explained everything in great detail. He was calm and reassuring and put me at ease on more than one occasion. His skill in performing my operation which was a complete success has given me my life back for which I am extremely grateful.

Consultant communicated everything very clearly. Matter of fact but friendly. Reassuring re imminent procedure and during post op visit.

Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.
