Very efficient and helpful staff

My experience of hip surgery with Mr William Bartlett was a very positive one. From the first consultation he gave me the opportunity to ask relevant questions, listened to my concerns and gave me plenty of, literature, time and space to consider all the options without any pressure to make decisions. He and his team on the 4th floor of the Hip Unit gave excellent care, communication and consideration. The surgery went completely smoothly and Mr Bartlett’s post op care was exemplary, visiting me daily on the ward and again giving me the opportunity to contact him at any time with any concerns. I would be happy to recommend Mr Bartlett and his team to anyone who needs hip surgery with all due care and attention.

I was worried about having the operation but Mr. Wong put my mind at rest immediately and made me feel confident. He was very supportive.

Hip injections have been bloody marvellous in terms of the instant and long lasting pain relief achieved. Life changing!

I was referred to Mr Ghosh by another Consultant who I was informed undertook half knee replacements that I had been advised I should consider having. Mr Ghosh confirmed this would be the best option, showed me my MRI and the damage to my knee and that he was happy to perform the operation. This was scheduled for just 3 weeks later. I received a detailed explanation of what the operation entailed and the possible issues that may arise. I met with Mr Ghosh both pre op and after it had been performed and then again 6 weeks later. He gave me very good advice concerning post operative physiotherapy and that my recovery was very much in my own hands. I'm very please to say I have made a rapid recovery. I considered I was in expert hands throughout and very pleased with the outcome.

I have been very impressed with the professor and he has sorted out the previous work on my foot that was not successful and I am now able to walk again
