Good, kind, helpful and efficient

My experience has been excellent. I have felt fully informed all the way from my first consultation to the very end. I had suffered greatly for many years, so it has been good to have had a positive experience. Mr Clough is a very open and warm person, so I had complete trust under his care.

My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. I am very grateful for the care I received.

When I first noticed an issue with my hand, I was distraught, anxious and fearing the worst. After seeing Dr Karuppaiah, I felt very optimistic about treating my hand , and I was made to feel reassured and at ease by his calm, composed manner. He carefully took the time to answer any questions I had, went above and beyond to explain all aspects of treatment to me and, overall, I was so happy I had been assigned such a great Doctor to treat my hand. After the surgery, my hand is completely back to normal and functional in the same way it was previously, so I am very satisfied.
