Explanation

Very professional …exceptional diagnosis of another Condition which was rheumatoid arthritis … The surgery for carpal tunnel was carried out with extreme care and professionalism…the supporting team during the hand surgery were exceptional .. reassuring caring and knowledgeable .. advice for post procedure spot on … for other patients the understandable pain was in the injection to numb the area ready for the procedure.. ….. the months of pain /pins needles at night are over .. I still have ongoing RH problems but increased mobility in the hands due to the carpal surgery have been positive .. I would hope more patients have this out come … Mr McLaughlin Symon thank you personally for your attentive professional care it is commendable.. thank you and all your team

Explanation

Having waited for nearly 3 years for the NHS to act, and failing, the relief of my consultation with Mr McLaughlin-Simon was immense. He listened, made clear possible post operative issues and even offered to add me to his NHS Orthopaedic waiting list as I was self paying. He answered all my questions during my carpal tunnel operation and always told me what he was doing. A charming gentleman I would heartily recommend him to anyone. The relief immediately following the operation was immense after 3 years of pain and finger numbness.
