My daughter has recently had surgery on her face to remove a lump. From her very first consultation with Mr Bedford, through to her surgery and then her follow-up appointments, the care we received was absolutely outstanding. James was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly caring, empathetic and personable, and immediately put both my daughter and us as parents completely at ease. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly from the procedure itself, the risks, the expected outcome and recovery, in a way that was clear, honest and reassuring. We never felt rushed, and every question we had was answered with patience and kindness. Helen his secretary was also wonderful, going above and beyond to answer any questions we had. On the day of the surgery, Mr Bedford’s calm and confident manner made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. The procedure went smoothly, and the follow-up care has been just as attentive and professional. As a parent, placing your child in someone else’s hands is never easy, but we felt complete trust in Mr Bedford throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing similar treatment. Thank you again for the exceptional care.

Mr Bedford was very reassuring regarding a worrying time and reconstruction surgery, taking time to explain thoroughly the process and options available, and making time post operation to answer any queries and make time for questions during the recovery process. James and the team were a delight to receive treatment from, and I would highly recommend him.

Mr Bedford is a wonderful surgeon, he treated my son recently and explained everything and answered all my questions which made me feel very comfortable. On the day of surgery he came to see us twice and always smiling.
