I've been referred to Mr. Bedford by my dermathologist to surgically remove a large skin mole. I had an initial consultation where the mole has been examinated, along with other checks on my skin. The surgical procedure has been explained, along with recommending how to treat the surface after the operation. The operation went smooth and I have been impressed by the level of humanity, kindness and professionality of the whole team. After the operation, my wound has been reviewed and ensure was healing as it should. From a process point of view, the backoffice team supporting the doctor have been amazing, contacting me via phone and via e-mails.
