From my first clinic appointment with Mr Kumar, through to my operation and post operative management, I have received outstanding surgical care. Mr Kumar practices in a most professional manner and yet maintains a highly personable nature. He is approachable, instills great confidence and demonstrates an empathetic, caring nature. His amazing surgical skills have massively improved my quality of life and for that I am truly grateful.

My experience for my second hip replacement was excellent same as my first one. Mr Kim’s gave very clear and concise advice explaining the need for surgery including his surgical history regarding clinical outcomes post op all bring positive. I received brilliant one to one care and advice from the start of my journey to discharge. I felt safe in his care. My round healing and scar are clean and neat.

From the initial meeting with Mr. Arun Kumar, I felt confident he understood my problem. He explained clearly what was required. yet I did not feel rushed into making a decision, though I was made aware of alternative ways forward.

Mr Kumar could have not been a better person. From day 1 of meeting him to the day he signed me off was with ease. He made me feel so at ease with the procedure and any question I had he answered. The communication from start to finish was fantastic. I can't thank Mr Kumar enough.

I cannot recommend Mr Arun Kumar and the team at The Alexander hospital enough from my initial consultation to my post op recovery,the care was exceptional.The hip replacement has given me my mobility back and completely eliminated my pain. I have recently had my left knee replacement under Mr Kumar. On recovery an independent physio said it was done by an incredibly talented surgeon or I’d worked hard with the exercises. I have 100% bend & recovery. Mr Kumar is incredible. He is very reassuring & explains the whole process. He also did my right knee & left hip & all very successful. I cannot rate him highly enough & I am forever thankful.
