I took my daughter for a blood test today with Dr. Nimah Bholah, and we had an outstanding experience. My daughter has had difficult and painful blood draws in the past, so she was quite nervous. But Dr. Bholah was incredibly reassuring, gentle, and patient throughout the whole process. To our surprise, my daughter felt no pain or discomfort at all, it was the most relaxed she has ever been during a blood test. Dr. Bholah explained everything clearly, helped her feel at ease, and showed real care and professionalism. My daughter even said she would happily come back to see the same doctor again whenever she needs blood work. That alone says everything about the quality of care we received. Thank you, Dr. Bholah, for making what is usually a stressful experience into such a positive one. Truly exceptional service.

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr Sotiris who looked after me for my c-section. From the moment we met him, I felt fully reassured that I am in the best hands. He has the most calming and gentle approach and I felt that he cared deeply about my wellbeing during and after the procedure. He explained in details what to expect prior, during and after the surgery which provided me with lots of reassurance. I also really appreciated that he came and visited me the next day to check on me and make sure that I am recovering okay. Next to his outstanding medical skills, he is also an excellent photo/videographer :) who captured long lasting memories for us during the birth of our baby. Got my Somnowell mouth guard fitted at Causeway Dental in Teddington. Highly recommend the dentist. She was great. The guard really does work if I’m sleeping on my side. My partner and I now sleep together in the same bed! I’ve had the guard for about 6 months- don’t wear it every night as we don’t live together. It does feel a bit weird to wear but I have got used to it. It’s not so useful when I’m on my back as I tend to breathe through my mouth and will snore then. This Somnowell information does address this issue. I would really recommend it - and have - if you snore a lot and have sleep apnea as I do. It really works.

I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. I would definitely return to Ms Latthe if I required any surgical treatment in the future. Dr Balogun was so lovely and very kind. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout & her assistant made my feel totally at ease. I cannot fault the service I have received. My visit for my hip operation was very calming, no stress involved as it was an operation. The nursing staff (Liam) was very helpful with information about my procedure timetable. After my operation I was looked after by 2 further nurses (Jan & Yvonne). They looked after my pain medication during the.night as well as the rest of my needs. Couldn’t have asked for better support, many thanks to them. The physio was round the next morning with crutches so I could walk and instructions on what I could and couldn’t do. Again very supportive which put me at ease.

My 7 year old daughter had her one hour, online assessment with Gemma and it went beautifully. After lots of build up and anxiety, Gemma put her at ease immediately and was really engaging. From what I heard, it just felt like a nice chat with some interesting questions that kept her engaged. My daughter was worried it would feel like a test but that wasn't how it felt at all. Gemma seemed to get a good understanding from the call and seems confident about next steps so i was relieved too. Thanks Gemma!

It is evident that Mr Yeoh is a very knowledgeable individual and his actions and direction have expedited the process. Receipt of this letter today has given me a greater understanding of my current issue. I must confess I struggled to understand Mr Yeoh, and during my recent visit found myself requesting him to repeat his comments several times. The imaging team at Hatfield ONE were efficient and very helpful. That said I have a follow up appointment at Hatfield ONE on 17th September .

The Spire is a very clean and well equipt hospital but with limited parking. However, my last trip to the spire hartswood had an hours delay before I was seen, which isnt ideal. My thoughts on this is if Reform get their way and sell off NHS that private sector is no better equipt to deal with volume than NHS. Tjat daid onve seen I was treated by a lovely nurse Marianne who was very caring and jolly which made yhe appointment a very pmeasurable experience.

I needed my bloods reviewed at three months on T. I needed to prompt PIH to set the process off, which was fine but unfortunately my blood results weren't straight forward so needed more time to get reviewed and get things sorted out before my script could be issued. PIH did pull out the stops and got everything sorted in time, so I am grateful. They now have provided a helpful flow chart so I know what to expect at each milestone. All good.
