I have been under Dr Raza's care for almost 3 years. I first saw him when a spinal MRI showed large fibroid. A few months ago, I had been in more discomfort than before so I decided to see Dr Raza in September. It turned out then after USG that the fibroid grew almost 60% and the additional MRI showed abnormal tissue. Dr Raza decided to perform emergency single-port robotic hysterectomy, an advanced and innovative method in the gynecology field. Although he was fully booked, he prioritised my case. Everything went well, and I recovered within a few weeks. I am so happy and so lucky that I have been under Dr Raza's care. He is an expert in his field, and always devotes more time during consultations to explain everything so that you can make informed decisions about your health. Going forward I will be seeing Dr Raza to monitor my female health.

I had a recent admission for a Discectomy under the care of Mr Manoj-Thomas. The entire experience from initial appointment to the actual surgery was just over 6 weeks. During this time I received regular communication to prepare me for my surgery. I was overwhelmed by the high standard of care I received as an in patient from the nursing and medical team. All professionals were courteous calm and maintained my dignity and trust during an anxious time and I am incredibly grateful. My follow up care is continuing and I was very impressed with the phone call I received 2 days post discharge to ensure I was continuing to recover. She took the time to walk me through the entire procedure step by step, which really helped calm my nerves and made me feel comfortable and in control. Dr Khan explained clearly regarding the battery of the pacemaker and we agreed to confirm 12 monthly checks on the pacemaker at the Alexandra Hospital. In fact prior to this visit and prior to the procedure Dr Khan was very clear and fastidious regarding checks on Jack and the fact that his heart rate was dropping to 30 - to ensure safety during the procedure Dr Khan has gone above and beyond our expectations and made us feel confident and safe under his care

they were very considerate considering I was terrified as once before I had to press the button. I couldn’t go through with it and I had to go to an open scanner as they were about to place me through. I had to stop them. They gave me time to recompose and got me to look backwards and upwards and out through the exposed end and that made the whole experience different can’t tell you how relieved I am to get through that. I’m highly claustrophobic so yes, the experience was a positive one.

Elsewhere I was informed that the I would require dye in my eye which would impair driving etc for a few hours, however, this was not necessary due to leading technology at Dr Sheeraz’s practice. Dr Sheeraz talked me through the findings and was able to put me at immediate ease. Highly recommended!
