1. Was made to wait in Reception whilst receptionist busy sorting other issues, Not making me aware how long to wait, lack of communication. 2. My Registration form was lost by Receptionist and made me walk to the Theatre, only for Theatre staff to send me back to Reception AFTER GETTING CHANGED into hospital gowns. Disgusting behaviour when the patient is already stressed with the MRI process. 3. On returning to Reception, the receptionist found my booking. She had not searched the system carefully. Complete incompetence. 4. The Theatre staff RUSHED me. Did not make me comfortable, did not show any care for my needs or making me feel safe. They could have told me to hold the emergency toggle to my sides where my hands would have be rested on the bed, but I had them on my stomach which was very uncomfortable for a 20min MRI scan. 5. The changing rooms and gowns provided were appalling. Other customer shoes, clothes and gowns just left in the room. The gowns were not folded but given as crumpled gowns which were handled by who knows how many people as they had no cellophane covering.

I have been with the practice for a number of years and have mostly been pleased with the experience. The only thing I have a problem with is that the staff of all kinds do not speak loudly enough. There is always a lot of noise from machines etc. and soft voices, and sometimes accents, make it difficult to understand., especially when it has a medical content. Also nobody seems to understand that they should make sure the patient is comfortable, as the chairs vary in design and all do not adjust when required. Otherwise I am pleased to have found the practice many years ago and have gone through a good few different staff members in that time, so the experience has been interesting, despite the stairs! I am lucky to have good teeth.

I attended the Ballykelly Hopsital early for a pre operation examination. Booking in was a most pleasant experience. It was quick and expertly managed by the staff on the reception desk and later the clinical staff undertook all tests expertly and with empathy. A very professional and thorough evaluation. This meeting was followed by a detailed assessment undertaken by the anaesthesiologist. Again, the doctor demonstrated a sympathetic approach taking me through my prior medical history and current medication. This finished with a detailed explanation of which drugs I need to bring and those I must stop on the day of the operation. A great experience overall.

Doctor Nadeem, Justin Rowe and Jiss Rowe exceptionally kind and reassuring and professional and made the redeemed the experience ! Nurse Manju left alot to be desired! Her people skills not at all reassuring, not unkind, just not kind considering people are anxious. She couldn’t get cannula in my hand, no apology or again reassurance, when I asked if the sedation had been administered she just said doctor would do it. For a first point of contact this lady was monosyllabic and unwelcoming. Fortunately the doctor and nurses doing the endoscopy were WONDERFUL, redeeming what could otherwise be a traumatic experience.

I attended the Harborne Hospital to receive aqua ablation therapy. I found the consultant and support team to all be professional, polite and helpful throughout my stay and in the process leading up to and after the procedure. In terms of my recovery, I was mobile around 24 hours after treatment and cautiously active once the catheter was removed around 5 days later. It is now six weeks since the operation and I am nearing full recovery. The treatment itself has therefore been successful and I would be happy to recommend others to consider it where it is appropriate.

I found cathedral eye clinic a very warm and welcoming practice, its staff were friendly and attentive, the specialist (Gillian ) that dealt with me kept me kept me well informed of the process throughout the eye exam which did put me at ease. Sadly for me my eyes are not suitable for the procedure required, this proved to me that it is not all about pounds shillings and pence with them. Hopefully down the line they can come up with another procedure that will suit me. I would have no hesitation in recommending cathedral eye clinic.

It shows the clinic prioritizes a well monitored IVF treatment over simply turning over patients.
