I signed up for CP&R almost 6 months ago and have never looked back. The service has been excellent, communication fast and efficient and both extremely professional and friendly at the same time. The CP&R staff are extremely well trained and experienced and very easy to get on with. Their support throughout my rehabilitation has been brilliant and I certainly wouldn't be in the position I am in now if it wasn't for the whole team. I have been able to call upon advice form the physio team and cardiac nurse and every time they have been very supportive and helpful. My coach, Chloe, has been with me every step of the way and has seen me through the good and bad times, her support and enthusiasm has been fantastic and I can't thank her enough for all her hard work during my rehabilitation. I cannot recommend CP&R enough and would urge everyone to look into their services, they have certainly aided my recovery beyond what I thought was possible.

The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

St Joseph’s Hospital

I was at St Josephs for a repair to the rotator cuff of my right shoulder. Admission was at 11:00 hrs and I was shown to a private room with ensuite bathroom, bed, easy chair and TV with Internet and Sky access. A nurse took a set of observations and both the surgeon and anaesthetist came in to discuss my surgery and confirm my consent. At 12:00 I walked in gown and slippers to the operating theatre and once on the operating table I was connected to various monitors. A pre med drug was injected via a canula on the back of my right hand. At 13:00hrs I woke up in the recovery room with the operation complete. After a short while my bed was wheeled back to my room. Further sets of observations were taken and later I was given my choice of post op snack and coffee. A physio came to see me and gave me a sheet of recommended exercises. At 19:00 my daughter arrived to take me home. I was happy with all aspects of the day.

I have been receiving treatment following ACL reconstruction (with LET and meniscus repair), and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I have experienced. Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. I feel well supported and motivated, and I am very grateful for the high-quality care he provides. I am very much looking forward to continuing my recovery with Lee.

My original appointment was with Mr Kamran Saha, as it was thought that I had a which Mr Saha confirmed it was not but rather a cyst. As this was not his expertise, he referred me to Miss Swan Kang who confirmed it was a cyst and arranged an excision. During the procedure Miss Kang noticed a second cyst next to the big one which she also removed and sent both off for biopsies. Amazingly 6 days later there are no visible signs of any incisions apart from some slight redness in the area. I am super happy with the results and grateful to Mr Saha for referring me to Miss Kang. I was also very impressed by Robyn for taking care of all the underlying preparations for both consultations and the minor op which took less than 2 days to complete!!! Kudos to Robyn for managing everything so swiftly and efficiently.

I reached out to Nadira at one of the hardest times of my life and literally had no support/help from her whatsoever. As she continually reminds everyone she is a full time mother and a full time NHS GP I don’t understand how she thinks she has the time to open a menopause clinic as she has shown me. Takes weeks to reply to any correspondence. Also she certainly has NHS GP mentality on any HRT. She has no up to date knowledge and is very nervous and unsure whilst in a consultation with her. She quoted lots of things that were wrong and outdated as new evidence has suggested. I would not waste your money and go to Menopause specialist who is only doing this full time.

Mr Aman Khanna

Mr Aman Khanna was very professional in all aspects of my appointment. He listened to my concerns and acknowledged these. Following an examination of my nose Mr Khanna gave me some options which I could consider moving forward. I decided to have the septal button removed at this time due to my concerns. This was conducted by Mr Khanna in a professional manner in which he considered my discomfort at any time. Following further discussion we both agreed on an action plan moving forward and Mr Khanna prescribed some reflux medication and nose cream. I was very pleased with my appointment and with the professional way it was conducted by Mr Khanna, thank you.

I received exceptional care from Dr. Nama. He was kind, compassionate, and consistently made me feel at ease, from the initial consultation, through the surgery, and throughout the aftercare. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and followed up personally to check on my recovery. Knowing that I was hoping to train for a marathon in January, he went out of his way to schedule my surgery promptly, giving me the best possible chance to meet my goal. I cannot recommend Dr. Nama highly enough and am v grateful for everything he has done for me.

Seeing my husbands, gashed and bruised face after a fall, when he lost balance, the lady there saw him immediately, help me persuade him to attend A and E, which he previously refused!! Took wonderful care of him, and gave us the most generous discount, because she felt he had been traumatised enough! We will certainly recommend your service. Also for people with less than perfect balance, it was so good to have a ground floor service. Thank you so much for such wonderful care, the lady there went above and beyond for us.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So very friendly whilst remaining professional. My appointment was for 11.30 and whilst I accept there is always some waiting time I didn't expect 2 hours. I had another doctor appointment for 2.20 and I was beginning to panic that I would not be ablecto attend. My other complaint,along with several other patients was how very cold the rooms were We were sat in our winter coats and still feeling the cold. Paul, a staff member did eventually turn the heating on/up.

My visit was for a 6 monthly check up and as usual I was met wiith a professional yet warm and friendly atmosphere. Mr. Hariom Sur and the entire team made the whole experience as good as it possibly could be. Upon leaving I was also lucky enough to encounter Lynne, who carried out my immunotherapy treatments, and Laura, who was present at my initial diagnosis - again such warm and friendly people. I salute you all and thank you for all you do.

Dr Lafina provides a fantastic service, where she brings great professionalism, expertise, attention to detail to the individual in front of her, and genuine care. Everything you'd want from someone overlooking your general health. With regards to my own health screening and experience, the whole process was very extensive but seamless, and I was quickly provided actionable outcomes. I would highly recommend and know my health is in safe hands.

Dr. Siddiqui is absolutely amazing! He took a lot of time explaining everything I needed to know about my surgery before and after. It helped me to understand the process and made me feel at ease. We have had two visits with Dr Haddad with our son and whilst we came with worries and concerns, Dr Haddad really put our minds at rest and reassured us all was fine, explaining clearly what was going on which gave us huge relief and peace of mind.
