Excellent bedside manner with a true desire to get to the bottom of a problem. Free from the often occurring "I am so brilliant vibes" that I at times got from other consultants. Refreshing down to earth, approachable, very friendly. Most importantly, excellent listening skills, does not try to convenience you of a diagnosis after only hearing a quarter but appears to be thorough before making up his mind. Excellent communicator, who gets a patient fully involved, showing pictures to explain and explaining what he sees on a screen. I initially was a bit apprehensive thinking, hmmm has not got 3 decades of experience like some practitioners I saw in the past. On reflection, a good thing, still greatly motivated to make a difference and passionate about what he does. Deos not leave you feel watching the clock (he went over time, thank you) or rushed. Overall so far a positive experience (first consultation). I usually don't leave long feedbacks but if someone "goes the extra mile", so will I. Most importantly, if you had negative experiences before with consultants causing you pain/flare ups in the night and following day(s) due to handling you roughly during an examination, then give Dr Raiman a try. He very carefully moved my limbs with utmost consideration during the necessary examination, which helps building trust.

I received my care at the Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield following a unicompartmental knee replacement in November 2025, and the standard of care throughout was excellent. From recovery through to the ward, the post-operative care was consistently compassionate, professional, and attentive. Every member of staff I encountered — from nursing and medical staff to healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, and catering staff — was kind, supportive, and clearly committed to patient wellbeing. Although I didn’t manage to note everyone’s name, those I did were outstanding and a real credit to the hospital. The physiotherapy support was particularly impressive. My post-operative physiotherapist understood exactly how far my knee should be bending at each stage and struck the right balance between encouragement and reassurance. This helped me overcome the understandable mental barriers around pain and guarding, and I was given a clear and structured recovery exercise plan to follow at home.

My recent visit was for a crown fitting and work on the gums. I saw Dr Balawal . I have had a number of appointments with him. He explains what he is doing and, he takes care to ensure the patient is not experiencing any discomfort. I have always understood, and been pleased with, his treatment. He presents as a very competent, conscientious dentist. The reception staff are all polite, helpful and friendly. I am so pleased that I contacted Quality Dental. I have taken out a dental plan and will continue to attend this surgery. I don't know what the other dentists in the practice are like, but I can certainly recommend Dr Balawal.

My overall experience at the clinic was exceptional. When I first booked my appointment it was scheduled for a week later, but I asked whether there might be any cancellations before then. The team were incredibly helpful and thoughtful — they called me back and arranged for me to be seen the very same day. From start to finish, the service was efficient, compassionate, and reassuring. At what was a very anxious time for me, everyone I dealt with was kind, responsive, and professional. The first consultation with Mr Dudderidge was very helpful and he was able to book the surgery I needed within a couple of weeks. The day of the surgery went according to plan although the following night was quite uncomfortable, but this was not a consequence of Mr Dudderidge’s work. A follow up consultation was required to manage some post surgery symptoms but this was organised quickly and the issues were resolved satisfactorily. Several months on, I am very satisfied with the outcome and would happily recommend Mr Dudderidge to prospective patients.

If you are looking for a doctor who will treat your condition, but also explain everything in so much detail, to put you at ease, then Mr Elmiyeh is the right professional to go to! He takes his time to explain your condition, what you need to do about it, and reassures you completely. He won't be in a rush to get you out of the door! Also, he's very welcoming to anyone accompanying the patient, something I've not seen with other doctors!

The hospital was clean and the private room I had was large, clean and full of the usual amenities that were all operational. My only slight negative would be the car parking which was a challenge at certain times
