His actionable balanced guidance was easy to understand; including steps for diagnosis, potential treatable actions that may be required; including on how best to manage my symptoms with a holistic approach and being proactive. Prof Tony Kochhar grasped my future needs as I am proactive rather than reactive person and he focused on solutions with me to make positive changes. He is also in tune with ethnicity and linked with possible causation on musclo- skeletal problems. For this I’m very grateful. I’m very impressed and I definitely recommend Prof Tony Kochhar for any one who suffers with shoulder issues or any musculoskeletal-skeletal problems.

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

Nurse caused me to bruise during a painful blood test. I always have trouble with veins appearing during tests and told the nurse which one tends to work the best; nurse insisted on going for a different one, causing pain and bruising. Nurse also used clumsy and offensive language when talking about another patient: “A man came in the other day - he’s a ‘they’ - he…”. Given that your clinic markets your service extensively to trans and non-binary people, I find it surprising that your staff wouldn’t see a problem with openly and deliberately misgendering a customer. Please do better to avoid making customers like me feel alienated.

Mr. Karamanakos is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I’ve ever met. I was extremely anxious about having my gallbladder removed, but he was so patient, understanding, and reassuring every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me see why the surgery was truly necessary. Thanks to his skill, care, and kindness, I now feel like I’ve been given my life back. I was very apprehensive about getting both of my eyes done at the same time. I cant believe how easy and painless it was ,all of the staff were amazing in looking after me and putting me at ease. Having 24 hr support was amazing ,my concerns were addressed quickly . If only everything was as easy as this ,within 3 days i could see perfectly ,i never realised how much of a difference it would make . From my consultant ,nursing staff, opthamologists, domestic staff and receptionist they went above and beyond in their care. Nothing was too much bother. Dont hesitate to go ,you will be amazed .

It’s now almost 6 months since I had my operation with Mr. Mondelli, and I can honestly say I only wish I had done it sooner. I feel so good, and the pain I used to have before the surgery is now just a distant memory! The consultation was very informative, and I had time to think about my options. When I finally decided to go ahead with the surgery, I called his secretary and he put on the waiting list straight away without any delays. The surgery went really well, and Mr. Mondelli found endometriosis and managed to remove it all, also the one closer to my bowel.

Very useful. As I was anxious ,having driven from Worthing I did forget to ask Mr Anderberg about alternative medicines to relieve pain. I am taking curcumen, CBD, and have ordered chilli pepper cream . In the hope these products will help relieve pain. Also I missed completing the registration form sent with your initial letter . I am not IT ‘savie” and struggle with my I Phone and I Pad on occasions when I do not understand instructions . I have ,however on 3rd attempt, managed to print the encrypted letter you sent me today . Thank you, E.A.

I have an aversion of MRIs from previous experiences. The staff were extremely attentive and they provided an eye patch and other forms of hearing aids to make the 30 minutes more comfortable. When I went on to talk to my consultant all the MRI results were available to help the consultation.
