it's the Grosvenor Cleveland First experience Anweek today Monday i went for a blood test and Ultrasound both appointments were on time. The next day i had an appointment by phone some sort of registration ( by the way this was the 10!th registration ) Our life doesn't revolve over your hospital so many registrations what for and you still got it wrong it's frustrating and monotonous.) I would try and find an easier way for patients . let's go back to the phone registration the gentlemen tells me i have to do a blood test and a swap, i told him i was there yesterday and i did a blood test he told me that i have to go back as they forgot to do another blood test and the swap. Forgot i found that very unprofessional so on Wednesday i went back when the nurse took me she took me to the room did the blood test and another nurse came for then swap i was told i need to go and do and ECG a test that i wasn't aware of i became stressed and furious i turned to the poor nurse and said to her i am not doing an ECG and to cancel it. i found the whole situation unprofessional. Thursday arriving to the hospital' early in the morning' once again registration and then a Porter came and took' us to the room. a few minutes later the nurse came and of course another registeatiôn Room nice but no cupboard to hang your coat. it rains a lot in England we wear coats .My surgeon came and explained the procedure and few minutes after he left went down for the operation all well to this point Eventually i was up and nurses came to check all was well Food Menu is very unhealthy no salad no fruit juices i would suggest you get a dietician it's shameful your Menu I was discharged by Professor Hakim at around 3:30' the nurse went to get the discharge letter and told me that i have an MRI at five i told her to cancel it no need for MRI after the operation When i came to leave nobody told me what i had to do was given some plasters and i asked if i could have a shower n was told not today tomorrow i went to the desk on my way out to query an extra bill i wanted to know what it was for and he couldn't tell me i said where is your account department and he said we don't have one on the premises this huge hospital doesn't have an account department in short when i know what its for i will not pay even'. on my chart why Good luck you have a very nice hospital but very stressing and there is a lot of' things you have to work don't think it will be my first choice

I can’t recommend Mr. Richard Scawn highly enough. Before meeting him, I had seen three other surgeons and even booked the operation twice but ended up cancelling because I didn’t feel fully confident. I’m 39, so my skin is still fairly young, but even with a magnifying mirror I cannot see the incision. The work Richard has done is truly amazing. If you’re considering this surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Richard Scawn. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or the outcome.

I attended Monaghan & Morrow clinic for a vasectomy procedure in February this year. I got booked in within 2 weeks of initial contact. I was naturally anxious about the procedure but the guys made me feel at home from the minute I walked in. The procedure was pretty much pain free. Stephen & Gillian also clearly communicated pain/brusing etc over the days following, which was very reassuring. Also a check-in email the following day to confirm all was ok. (which it was) After some initial tenderness, I was back running within 1 week of the vacetomy. The follow up semen analysis was also very straightforward. I received the kit in the post with instructions. Results were then emailed within a few weeks. I could not recommend Monaghan & Morrow enough.

I had asked to be transferred from another hospital where I had been given little or no options about what surgery I could have and was feeling extremely disheartened and despondent as a result. He performed a Goldilocks mastectomy with reconstruction giving me symmetry, peace of mind and an end result I am delighted with. He was professional, kind and understanding making sure I understood exactly what was happening every step of the way. I am now cancer free thanks to Mr Vatish. I can never thank him enough.

I had a consultation with Dr Benjamin Salt on 2nd December. I found him pleasant and informative. He began by asking for my experience and history of the varicose veins which were the occasion for my visit. At no stage did I feel rushed rather that I was being given the time to explore not just the physical details but the attitudes which might shape my decision on whether to go ahead. Dr Salt clearly outlined the procedures involved, the risks and the outcomes for the future. I shall read the letter to follow with care and will feel able to make an informed decision. Thank you.

I recently had a hysterectomy at this hospital the surgeon was brilliant but during my stay in the hospital I was appalled by how I was treated. Staff were friendly but some of them when I needed them ignored me. A specialist nurse from my consultant had to advocate for me. Upon discharge, one of my stitches had been left in which then went on to cause other issues. I was then chased severally for payment when I had made clear and provided authorisation codes from my insurer. I was not impressed with service from the hospital itself at all. But my consultant was brilliant.

Consult over pain and lack of mobility - Mr Gordon performed an op for varicoceles recently at Spire hospital Leeds. Can't recommend him highly enough. Op was performed as a day case and we we were able to drive home (1.45 hours drive)without experiencing any pain. From being unable to walk 100 metres without experiencing severe pain before the op, I have my life back. It feels miraculous and I can enjoy a full social life, travel to work and a huge lift in my mental wellbeing. Can't praise enough and I will forever be grateful.

I had online consultation . The practitioner i wanted to see wasn't available and the timing changed a few times. This wasn't good given my acute state of distress. The practitioner was not particularly empathetic. He seemed a bit disconnected and almost had a fake smile. Toward rhe end od the call he tried a kind of "tough love " approach which i perceived as patronising. The prescription and advice was given clearly.

It was my second cataract removal this time on my left eye which was excellently carried out as was the first with the nursing staff preparing me for the operation carrying it out in a very professional way explaining each procedure in a kindly manner. The operation was also very well carried out as well, am doing well and the recovering is going splendidly after 5 days. Would recommend Optegra! !! . Thank you very much.
