From first contacting my GP who could have referred me to a podiatrist but asked me to decide on whether it was appropriate (a decision for which I have no expertise to make) in late May it took over 3 months to see Mr Qasim (via TIMS during which I obtained no advice to go back to GP to get podiatrist referral, but instead a referral to Mr Qasim for steroid injection). However, the podiatrist at Freeman said steroid was no longer suitable due to second toe having developed a hammer deformity by then (mid-November). I think I should have been referred straight to Freeman, not via TIMS and Mr Qasim because I had months of delay and pain while I waited, thus affecting my ability to do my job as a nurse.

It would help to have the same team more regularly as per the information but I realise that because of ‘flu it was not possible Some locus on Daturdau were good. Visit was generally satisfactory. However, after arrival I was ignored for almost an hour, well past my appointment time. The front desk noted my arrival and then seemed to forget about me.
