All my consultations with Mr Smith have been excellent. He is very thorough, friendly and explained my options clearly so I could understand pros/cons of each. Post surgery he helped me understand the details of the procedure and took time to answer my questions. I have really valued his input on my hip issues and he has helped bring clarity to my situation after a long while of uncertainty.
I had a positive experience as Mr Smith listened carefully to my history, did some tests and then explained the early findings from the X Rays and MRI. He took the time to answer my questions and came across as friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable.
