Mr Smith has been incredibly supportive, helpful and patient throughout this process. He was the circuit break I needed in what was otherwise a long and painful process. Mr Smith took the time to fully explore everything that was going on across my hips and back to fully diagnose the issue, not just the face value. He was accessible and explained everything that was going on in a clearly understandable way. I would highly recommend Mr Smith, he was not only great pre-surgery but he also worked extensively to avoid any future surgeries, and has been great since. I cannot recommend him or his team enough!

All my consultations with Mr Smith have been excellent. He is very thorough, friendly and explained my options clearly so I could understand pros/cons of each. Post surgery he helped me understand the details of the procedure and took time to answer my questions. I have really valued his input on my hip issues and he has helped bring clarity to my situation after a long while of uncertainty.

Apart from being told I need a new hip it was very good. Mr Smith was clear in explaining what was going on with my hips and clear in explaining my upcoming surgery. He was patient and kind.
