I had jaw surgery and a wisdom tooth removed, Mr Chiu and his team were very clear about what they would be doing and how my recovery would be. I did have particularly bad swelling and a tough recovery but Mr Chiu was very helpful at explaining all of this and providing information on how to properly recover. The other team members were also very helpful and recommended I rent the face mask cooler to aide my recovery which really helped speed up the swelling going down. My post ops have been extremely good and informative and I have left each one very happy both with the appointment and the progress following surgery. I have anxiety and Mr Chiu was really kind at putting me at ease and letting me know I could take my medication. I am really happy with the outcome of the surgery and how I have recovered. I have had a really positive experience with Mr Chiu and his team and am extremely grateful to all of them!

His calm and confident manner helped me feel safe, especially during moments where I felt anxious. Vicky, the nurse, was outstanding. She was attentive, warm, and reassuring. She noticed what I needed and acted quickly. That kind of care matters when you feel vulnerable. Nadia, Mr. Tsepov’s PA, was organised and responsive. Communication was clear and quick, and the admin side ran smoothly. That reduced stress at a time when I had limited energy. Thank you to everyone involved. Just over 4 weeks post-op from a total laparoscopic hysterectomy with left salpingo-oophorectomy, and I am feeling massively relieved and happy. Mr Duncan is a rare find: a surgeon who combines elite technical skill with genuine compassion. From the initial consultation to the post-op follow-up (where he patiently helped remove surgical glue and reassured me about my pathology results), he has been professional and composed. He successfully navigated a tricky surgery that required more incisions than originally expected, yet my recovery has been faster and less painful than I expected. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Greeted by friendly staff and seen at my appointment time. Following a basic health check, the procedure was explained in detail and I was taken to a treatment room for the Gastroscopy to begin. Throat spray was applied, blood pressure and oxygen levels were monitored throughout the procedure, then the camera was inserted via the mouth into the oesopagus and stomach. The process was painless but a little discomfort was felt and took no longer that 10 minutes in total. I was then taken to a recovery room and discussed the treatment findings.

Mr Parmar was warm, professional and put me and my family at ease. I have struggled with getting support elsewhere and suspected a tongue tie but it finally felt as if someone was listening to me about our issues. The procedure was really quick and my baby was calm.and happy after one minute. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone having any issues with breastfeeding. My son is so happy now and making much cuter noises now he can move his tongue!

Ultimately also an excellent communicator who give eod his time to ensure any patient concerns subsequently addressed are replied to expeditiously. Highly recommended!

I cannot fault my experience with Mr Neffendorf and his team on the day, all played their part to the full. My only negative comment is how disappointing it was that the procedure was cancelled three times, and at very short notice - whilst it was explained the postponements were due to emergencies, this does not help the mental wellbeing of those that have psychologically built themselves up for what is a traumatic operation.

I was recommended St Giles physiotherapy to take our Son to as he was complaining of knee pain. Claudiu diagnosed what was wrong and gave our son various exercises to do to help with the pain. Our son also had laser treatment and massages which really helped. The exercise programme we continued with at home too using a friendly app to track progress. I highly recommend St Giles physiotherapy and Claudiu.

Had a visit recently pre-christmas for a TSW flare up. Doctor was extremely kind, took all my concerns on board and didn't push me into using any medication I didn't want to. Went away with a prescription for medication I was happy to use and am feeling much better. Would use again if it was required.

Dental practice aside, which are exemplary, the practice needs some heating it was too cold in there and I must say £5 for the soft bristle tooth brush just because I forgot mine was not necessary at all. I felt a little shoehorned into having to buy that which I did not appreciate.

Blood test. Reception and Nurse Vicky very friendly , helpful and understanding of my anxiety about needles. Always a pleasant experience visiting the clinic. I was anxious at possibly arriving late due to traffic but they were very reassuring and put my mind at rest.

I used this practice at short notice when I had sudden severe back pain about a week before Christmas. I was surprised that I could get an appointment the same day and am delighted with the results. After three sessions my back is so much better. Thoroughly recommend.
