I am very grateful for Mr Aruna Dharmasena. After giving birth I noticed my son’s left eye lid only partially open. I tried to reach out to doctors/GPs who only ignored my concerns. Until I found Mr Dharmasena who took his time to really listen to me, assessed my baby and reassured me with a clear immediate plan of action. I was told my son had congenital ptosis on the left eye lid and that he needed immediate surgery to avoid any impaired vision. Mr Dharmasena, made sure we were well looked after in every hospital visit, answered any of my questions and concerns with clarity and understanding. I did do my research before seeing Mr Aruna ( as any mother would ) and I can confidently say he has a lengthy professional track record in his field which definitely showed in every single visit! Currently , 1 year post operation , my baby’s ptosis has definitely improved with no issues at all thank God, and I thank Mr Aruna for the amazing job he did as he performed the surgery. As hard as it was , I felt safe , handing my baby to Mr Aruba for the surgery. Thank you so much 10/10 !!!!

My experience was excellent. I suffer from mental health and severe anxiety but all the staff and Dr. Ruffmann made me feel at ease. He listened to what I was saying when he was asking me questions and was very friendly. He explained my problems clearly and in a way I understood. At no time did I feel rushed or my questions and answers were unimportant to him. He has reassured me that my neurological scan was okay for someone of my age and the condition that the nhs hospital had diagnosed me with could be improved with physio. I came out of my appointment feeling more hopeful and positive that my condition would improve and he is happy to see me in a years time to review me again, which I am happy about and because of my financial circumstances he will place me on his nhs list at Basingstoke. Dr.. Ruffmann is a very kind and pleasant man and supportive to my needs.

I would recommend The Harborne hospital to anyone needing treatment. Miss Bakali is the most caring, professional and knowledgeable healthcare professional I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She listened to all of my concerns, didn’t rush me during consultations and made sure I fully understood everything that was going on before, during and after my surgery. Her secretary also went out of her way to answer any queries I had day and night. Miss Bakali has given me a new lease of life and I’ll always be grateful to her for this. Mr Sturridge had previously replaced my left hip on the nhs 8 years ago so when the nhs refused to do my Right hip because of a high bmi ,(dispute the fact I was having to use morphine patches and a wheelchair to get around, ) I contacted Mr Sturridge’s secretary and made an appointment . I was seen and assessed and had my new hip within a few weeks. Mr Sturridge explained the risks and agreed to operate . I’m now 11 weeks post op , pain free and back to work, I am forever grateful to Mr Sturridge for his expert care and giving me my Independence back

My Dupuytren’s contracture has been getting worse so I decided with Anna to have an operation which happened two weeks ago. All bandages are now off and I have been given hand exercises to get normality back into my left hand. The operation went very well and I am recovering well with the support of Anna and the hand therapists in Droitwich, Elaine and Helen. An excellent team and I don’t think I could have had better support. Very highly recommended!

System allows you to book fake appointment takes off £0.01 multiple times, gives booking confirmed message then a second later gives booking failed error message. Seems like a scam.
