i can’t fault the friendliness and cleanliness of the building, as both were fine. However i’m personally disappointed in the follow up for my appointment, without going into too much personal detail, my issue involved changing mental health medication which needed close monitoring, i found it challenging having to email a generic email to discuss my private information with admin staff on a friday morning after my appointment , and was left all weekend without any feedback, i ended up getting a generic email on monday morning. this could have been detrimental to a vulnerable person changing a medication so flippantly and am quite disappointed that this GP didn’t take this into consideration and lacked holistic care. i had clarity not to change my medication on a whim on the advice of the gp as i felt the support wasn’t there. duality healthcare could be positive to a physical ailment but not in this case. i was actually going to join as a member but decided against this due to my experience with duality.

I recently completed a course of CBT sessions with Dr Sharon Pettit, focusing on managing my anxiety, worry, and rumination. When I first began, I struggled significantly with social interactions, often feeling socially awkward and fixating on past conversations. My mind would race with worries about things entirely beyond my control, pushing my anxiety levels to an all-time high. It felt like I was in a constant state of fight or flight, from the moment I woke up until I went to bed, leaving me completely drained. Now, almost six months later, I've gained valuable tools to help manage my thoughts and emotions. While I wouldn’t say I’m completely cured, I feel about 75% better and am now enjoying a much happier life. I've decided to take a break from CBT for the time being, but I'm committed to returning if I notice my anxiety levels rising again.

This was my final follow-up appointment, and I’ve now been discharged from care. Everything was checked thoroughly and I was reassured that my recovery has gone extremely well. first meeting Dr Chauhan I felt at ease and he instantly gave me a lot of confidence to have a major operation, a full hip replacement. He explained in detail what would happen etc etc. In the operating theatre he again put me at ease with his professionalism and the operation was over and done before I knew it with no problems at all. All aftercare by himself and his staff was excellent. I would recommend anyone who is in need of surgery to seriously book Dr Chauhan as he was excellent. Highly recommend him

It is a lovely, calm setting, always very clean, with friendly and welcoming staff, including the midwives, who made each visit enjoyable. No worries at all. Am a little confused with the form filling in via the web site, and I am inundated with reminders to fill them in both on the Internet and on my phone. It often makes me wonder if you have received them? Everything absolutely fine otherwise... My deafness causes me a problem, but once I have reminded the staff I am deaf, then they always make sure I understand what they are saying.

He prescribed a straight forward set of exercises and a reassurance that got me back to full mobility and regular exercise quickly.
