When I arrived for my initial consultation I was very impressed with how much detail we went into, about myself, what I wished to achieve, why and how it would potentially affect my lifestyle and even possibly my vision going forward. Will has a lovely persona and I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I was given plenty of time to ask question and there was definitely no feeling of being either rushed, or pushed into the procedure. The procedure itself was great. I felt no pain and it was over much quicker than I had anticipated. Once home the bruising began but I had no pain at all and no need for any painkillers. I have since returned for my 12 week check and the difference in the before and after photos is quite unbelievable. I am over the moon with the results and would recommend Will at the drop of a hat. Top class, thank you so much.

This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. Must add that Mr Richard Slack is a very approachable person that put me imediately at my ease.and answered all my concerns very confidently,with a very caring side also,I wish I could use those hospital for all my health issues,100%! I was a bit nervous on this surgery because of other people’s stories but my experience was so smooth! Everyone was lovely and explained it so clearly to me, the surgery was so quick and I’m barely in any discomfort, and more importantly during the surgery Mr Adeel made sure to watch my teeth (veneers) which was a lovely touch as working in that area both the surgeon and anaesthesiologist it’s very difficult I can imagine! But to still take the time to be careful around them which was another worry of mine so all round cannot fault the surgery or the entire experience. Thank you Mr Adeel and the team for looking after me so well!!

Experienced staff, many with lived experience who are non judgemental, kind and compassionate throughout the stay. Genuinely friendly and supportive and go out of their way to make sure that guests are as comfortable as possible through the detox and throughout the programme. Staff are always approachable and will support or direct you to whoever can. My vegetarian needs were fully met and the food was plentiful with lots of healthy options. Plenty of options for between sessions with yoga, gym and creative activities.
