Delamere has been a godsend to me. From the first moment I contact them to the final day of my stay, they were warm, professional and caring. Each and every member of staff, from the cleaning teams to the senior leaders has the best interests of guests at heart. Delamere is a caring and friendly community which focuses on the needs of the individual, but in such a way that the programme does not feel over-medicalised. The care and attention given from the nursing team is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand and always have time for questions or queries. The guest liaison team are approachable and helpful as well as supportive and kind. The quality of the group session is excellent and well-thought through to support you on you recovery journey. This is exemplified by the outstanding quality of therapy and mentoring I received throughout my time at Delemere. The chefs are excellent and proved a nutritious and balanced diet which is excellent quality. The team as re also friendly and welcoming. What was special about Delemere is the personal touch. Every member of staff knew your name and was happy to chat about any issues you might have at any time of day. I cannot thank the staff enough for the opportunity they have given me to get my life back on track. I wholeheartedly recommend Delemere for anyone needing their expertise and support.

The surgery itself was great and completed successfully, however, the wait time and ward care was not good. I was phoned around 7pm the evening before my appointment to come in earlier in the morning for the surgery (the first slot at 7.30) but by the time I was called for surgery it was after 2pm. I was given one glass of water to sip at approx 9am which wasn't refilled so by the time I went into surgery I was dehydrated and my vein had collapsed. When returning from surgery I had a reaction to the drugs where blood pressure dropped when sitting up, the nurses wouldn't listen and kept trying to make me stand when I couldn't sit up all the way. It got to the point where my partner had to intervene and speak to the registered nurse. They told me they had to get me out as it was a day surgery (which I understand) but as I physically couldn't sit or stand they ignored what we were saying so they could discharge where it may not have been in my best interests to do so. I ended up staying the night after my partner intervened and the night staff were great and I experienced a significant raise in care.

I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

Saw Mr T six weeks post total knee replacement- really engaging and friendly personal style and genuine interest in progress. Happy to answer all questions (and I had a lot) and despite great progress and recovery wanted to see me again in six weeks just to check a small patch of reddening on the scar that might/might not be infection. Wrote a private course of antibiotics to be sure. Also did a first class job with the surgery and even left me a bit of knee cap.

He clearly explained the next stage of my journey and we discussed what to do “if”and “when”. I've come home, clear in my mind, about the next steps and how long it is all likely to take. He asked both myself and my partner if we had any questions before we left.

Professionally and highly experienced team! I had tooth pain which came on suddenly. I went to see Dr Nalin he advised that I needed a root canal. He explained to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be done and the exact process of what he will do. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that I understood everything clearly. I had a referral from my GP for a NHS appointment to see Mr Tubbs on 11th February, however, I can't make that date so I arranged a private appointment, which I had last week. The consultation went well but I was confused when told I still had to go ahead with the NHS appointment. To me that's a complete waste of NHS time and resource. Hopefully, this can be resolved. All staff were very helpful and courteous.

I would have liked to have been spoken to as the different things were happening to put my mind at rest. For instance I can feel tugging in my forearm is that normal, what is the noise I can hear etc. I personally would like to have been told you will feel tugging etc but its because im doing whatever
