My whole experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing! All staff have been 100% in their delivery of care and support. I felt safe and looked after. The anaesthetist and theatre staff before both operations were totally dedicated in ensuring I felt at ease at a time when I felt most anxious. All ward nurses and assistants were focussed on delivering the highest standard of care with their patience and nothing being too much trouble. Pantry team kept me well fed with delicious drinks and food and always with a smile. Imaging team were so caring, cheerful and again reassuring and professional. The physio team are incredible, they have encouraged and lead me to where I am now - so very nearly there. I cannot fault my experience at Gatwick Spire. A massive thank you to Mr Panose and all teams involved in my operations and recovery.

I was treated by Dr. Patrick Grover at the Cleveland Clinic for a skull base tumor, and I couldn’t recommend him more. He is professional, thorough, and genuinely caring, always putting patients first. He explained every step, listened to my concerns, and made me feel completely safe. The surgery went smoothly, leaving a precise scar with minimal hair loss. The admissions team and hospital staff were also outstanding attentive, kind, and professional. I felt truly supported throughout my journey. My care is still ongoing, and I want to thank the Cleveland Clinic team for turning a difficult, urgent situation into one filled with hope and support. I had a great experience with Dr Patel, he really listened to me and made me feel comfortable. He recommended I get follow-up tests. There were some admin issues with this from the supporting staff - the tests had to be at a certain time of day and certain week which was explained on the after visit summary sheet from Dr Patel. However, the blood test was booked in immediately by the reception staff which lead to lots of confusion, and the scan was booked in for the following Monday but I had a call on the morning to say it was booked in with the wrong person and needs to be rearranged. I'm sure this is not representative of the clinic overall, but as my first experience of this clinic, it makes it seem a little chaotic.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

Steven is an excellent and empathetic therapist. After having several bad experiences with other therapists I met Steven and immediately felt at ease. Steven listens and is non judgemental. When I first started working with him earlier in the year following a traumatic car crash, I thought I would never drive again. Using EMDR therapy, it has taken hard work but I am now back to driving for which I will forever be grateful. I hope this gives hope to anyone in a similar scenario, and encourages you to reach out for help.

All the doctors, psychiatric nurses and reception team are outstanding. It's a small thing, but I wish that there was hand cream supplied in the toilets. This may not be the "fault" of The London Psychiatry Centre as they do not own the building, but they could put in a request to the appropriate people. I spend thousands of pounds there so it would be a small but appreciated gesture. Even my hair dressing salon supplies hand cream!
