Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. He always takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand both the problem and the treatment options. What really sets him apart is how deeply he thinks about each case rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. He looks at issues from multiple angles, not just the painful area itself. He considers overall functionality, gait, posture, and the geometry of movement, and how all of these interact and impact the body. This holistic and biomechanical approach has made a huge difference to my outcomes over the years. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or treated like a number. After a year long struggle and running back and forth to the GP and hospitals and trying various alternative therapies I followed a good friends advice on visiting Dr Bakshi and it was the best decision and suggestion ever. He was so knowledgeable, sympathetic, understanding and more over he knew exactly what the problem was. He said my son would be fine in a few days and he lived up to his promise and my sons skin has recovered within days after a year long struggle. Not only does he help sort the problem he advises in the best way… he didn’t advise expensive options even sent a clinic letter same day for GP purposes and was mindful of the struggles. He is worth every penny and he’s not out to charge excessively he’s very generous and accommodating financially. I would really recommend others use him he had all the answers and also a contact number details of his office Rahul in particular was extremely effortless in helping even answering calls or messages out of hours. So glad to have stumbled across this clinic.

Mr Sobti is an outstanding surgeon. My five year old required urgent attention for a matter of significant concern, and despite my having mistakenly booked with a non-paediatric specialist, Mr Sobti graciously agreed to see us immediately. His bedside manner is exceptional. He has a wonderful way with children and immediately put both my son and our whole family at ease. He identified the issue straight away and arranged the necessary scans to confirm his diagnosis. I must also give special recognition to Ally on his team, who coordinated everything brilliantly. When my son was unable to tolerate an MRI, Ally swiftly organised an ultrasound as an alternative. She was incredibly responsive throughout, even providing live updates via WhatsApp while we were at the clinic.

After seeing several gynecologists, Mr Raza was at last the most reassuring and straight forward in explaining why having a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy would be the best way forward for me. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am feeling great. I am continuing to be amazed by how small my scar is (2cm!). I would highly recommend Mr Raza to any women doubting whether to have the operation. Every person is different of course but he is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. His PA - Sukhy - has been extremely helpful, supportive and always at the end of the line if I had any question - even during the Christmas week. Thank you !

This has significantly improved my previous symptoms of pelvic pain and prostatitis caused by swelling of the seminal vesicles. . He explained very clearly the rationale for the procedure, what would be involved and the risks. The follow up and treatment post operation was excellent. He was very responsive to queries, and his secretary was hugely helpful and responsive too. I was confident that I was in very capable hands of a leading expert in his field.

I recently had a great experience at Fortius Clinic London from beginning to end. My appointment started on time, the clinic was spotless and well-run, and there were very few wait times. I felt more at ease because of the friendly and professional staff. Throughout my visit, Mr. Johan Witt was kind, informed, and comforting. He made sure I was at ease at every turn and gave me a clear explanation of the process. His experience was very clear, and the hip injections went smoothly and painlessly.

All staff, including the receptionist, were very nice and helpful. The hospital waiting areas and the consulting room were very clean and well maintained. There were unlimited free hot drinks and water available for waiting patients. Whilst the hospital does not have a car park, there was plenty of on-street parking available (charges varying up to £6.50 for 4 hours - enforced until 8pm), even on a busy Friday traffic wise after 4pm, when I arrived.

I booked an appointment for a week away. It was then cancelled and another appointment book for one month hence. I cannot do this as I am abroad. They then offered an appointment one further month away. So instead of the original appointment mid January I am now waiting until mid March. I called them ana left a message I wanted to have a chat to cancel and move to another consultant or get an earlier appointment. No call back.

Really efficient check in process with plenty of staff on hand to help with the online check in. Limited wait time, everything was very efficient. I managed to find a parking space but when I was leaving I could see that lots of people were driving round looking for one so I imagine parking to be a bit of an issue. But at least it's free!
