Fabulous experience with my trifocal lenses fitted by Ms Sandu I can see close up for reading, my computer and long distance I had the surgery as I was getting increasing frustrated with changing glasses as I couldn’t get on the varifocal glasses The procedure couldn’t have gone better I was able to walk to car with clear eye sheilds on straight away surgery I had a little blurring that night but woke up in the morning with perfect vision at all distances and I could see the smallest text on my Apple Watch the next day and threw away all my glasses I walked into the coffee shop first thing the next day, I didn’t have any adjustment period and then strength to strength after that 6 months on I couldn’t be happier It’s been completely life changing and am so pleased I had both eyes done at once Even driving at night is fine

I first met Mr Panose in 2025 with a very painful arthritic left hip. This was stopping me from all the sporting activities I enjoy like cycling & golf as well as struggling with my Engineering role where I can walk up to 20,000 Steps a day. Mr Panose advised how he could help me and discussed in detail the options available. Then on 2nd March 2026 Mr Panose carried out my total hip replacement. I'm now eight weeks post surgery and I could not be happier, I'm carrying out all the daily physio and upping my daily steps and feel fantastic. I cannot thank Mr Panose enough for all his help.

I went to Harpenden medical centre today and saw Lesley for a body composition scan . She walk me through the whole treatment and was brilliant about answering any of my questions. Scan took about 10 minutes. And afterwards she went through the whole report and explained it all . Omg I would so recommend this for all ages but for someone like me in my 60 ‘s I would highly recommend it . It show me what I need to do moving forward . Thank you Harpenden medical centre

Please know that this procedure was painless! I was so so nervous and apprehensive but I was put at ease. The hardest part was building it up in my mind for ages before the appointment. Once it was all over, had a nice cup of Coffee and biscuits, and I was ready to go home. 50 mins from first walking through the door to coming out. I would recommend this company.
