Dr Hunter and Dr O’Kane are exceptional consultants. They are knowledgeable, calm and reassuring, and they take the time to explain everything clearly without ever making you feel rushed. Nurse Kerry has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind and compassionate and truly understands how emotional this journey can be. Her warmth and sensitivity have made such a difference to me throughout treatment. Even the reception team are lovely, always welcoming, organised and helpful. When you are attending frequently, that consistency and kindness really matters. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but Optifema have created an environment where you feel supported at every stage. I am so grateful to the whole team.
