Dr. Hawary treated my young son, who had been struggling with balanitis for quite some time in GWH My son was 2 years and 9 months old, and after several GP visits with no improvement, we were understandably worried. From our first appointment, Dr. Hawary was exceptionally kind, patient, and empathetic, taking the time to listen carefully to our concerns. He conducted a thorough examination and prescribed a cream that finally resolved the infection, giving my son much-needed relief within a week. This was a huge comfort after seeing him in pain for so long. Dr. Hawary also clearly explained the underlying cause of the infection, which was related to circumcision, and helped us understand why proceeding with the procedure sooner would prevent further discomfort and complications. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Hawary was incredibly reassuring. He patiently answered all of our questions, both during in-person consultations and via email, ensuring we felt fully informed and confident about the decision we were making for our child. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Hawary took extra care to reassure us and helped keep us calm, emphasizing that our son was in safe and experienced hands. The surgery itself was quick and smooth. During the recovery period, whenever we had questions or concerns, Dr. Hawary was always responsive, often replying within 10 to 20 minutes, which was immensely reassuring. My son has now fully recovered. All stitches have healed and fallen off naturally, and the final follow-up appointment confirmed that everything is progressing perfectly. Just as Dr. Hawary had assured us, my son made a complete recovery by the fifth week. I highly recommend Dr. Hawary to any parent seeking a compassionate, skilled, and attentive doctor. We are deeply grateful for the care he provided and feel confident knowing our child was treated with genuine expertise and kindness throughout the entire journey

Mr Basu is an excellent surgeon and a really wonderful man. He has carried out two recent surgical procedures on both my wife and I. My wife was for the removal of her gall bladder and mine was for a complicated inguinal hernia. We are both in our mid 70's On both occasions Mr Basu was wonderful, on our first meeting he explained the procedure to us in plain language that we could understand, he put us at ease and gave us total confidence in the procedure that he would carry out. On the day of the procedure he came and met us in the private room and he again discussed what he was going to do and why. He allayed all our fears and was so friendly and empathetic and put us totally at ease. Both procedures went perfectly with excellent results and when we met him for our follow up appointments he was so caring and friendly. Mr Basu is wonderful and a wonderful and caring man. I had a really great experience at this private GP appointment and couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I ever need to — a truly positive experience from start to finish.

Reception staff were very helpful both on arrival and when leaving the centre. The medical staff were very knowledgeable & took time to explain everything that would be part of the procedures. The doctor and his team of nurses worked very well together, a well run team. I liked the idea that a nurse remained beside me throughout all the procedures, explaining things as they happened. The recovery room nurse was very attentive and very helpful in her explanation of the printouts following the procedures. The discharge staff in the discharge waiting room provided a very welcome cup of tea and a slice of toast. I had been fasting for over 24 hours by that stage.

All staff were very efficient and attentive. There were two areas of concern. The cocktail of pain killers was not fully explained to me and I was severely sick both in hospital and at home on my release day, Saturday December 6th. My wife at 2000hrs rang the ward from home and was able to travel to the hospital collect an anti nausea prescription, this at 21.30. Jasmine (ward 1) and Sophie(ward 2) were brilliant. In addition, having been told at 1.30 I could go home my wife and I eventually left at approximately 4.30. Surprisingly there was only one porter on duty on the Saturday afternoon.

The overall experience was good at the start been going go treatment over a year the oncologist never contacts me only if I complain the nurses never pass my concerns on I’ve been waiting for private prescription for 6 days which has never turned up rang and spoke to a doctor he promised to pass it on to oncologist never happened after 4 phone calls the service is disgusting the amount of fees I am paying I expect a better service than I’m getting I’m seriously thinking of going back to NHS where I did get better service I certainly wouldn’t recommend Genesis Care to anyone

Mr walls was down to earth, approachable, and actually quite good fun as well as being professianal, claire was just lovely, funny and caring too! I'm not planning on having anymore lumps removed anytime soon... but if I do, I will ask for Mr Walls! The receptionist was a bit of a sassy diva (I didn't catch his name, but I did catch all the eye rolls) he could do better... although it did not spoil my experience, so a fabulous 10 out of 10! For Mr walls and Claire... as for the receptionist, well. meh... I've been treated better at Edith Cavell, just saying.

My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

My husband recently had cataract surgeries under the care of Mr Gudsoorkar . He has dementia and a lot of other medical issues . Mr Gudsoorkar was very kind and accomodated all our requests for dates and times for surgery. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure despite my husband's poor memory .He personally called up after each procedure to check he was ok .The surgeries have made a huge difference and have vastly improved his vision . He is much happier man enjoying his telly !

I would expect him to have familiarised himself with my notes and previous conversations that we have had about treatment options. From surgeon & colleagues to pre op to all ward staff to rehab. I was sick and fainted the first night and all the ward staff where very attentive, kind & understanding.
