As a parent, I would definitely describe myself as one of those mums—very protective of my four-year-old daughter and naturally anxious about whether surgery was the right decision for her. From our very first appointment, I knew that if anyone was going to perform this operation, it would be Dr Mira. She immediately put both my daughter and us at ease. The personal touches meant so much—remembering my daughter’s name, taking the time to talk, play, and genuinely connect with her. My daughter felt so comfortable that she would happily hold Dr Mira’s hand and walk with her to the consultation room. The entire experience, from start to finish, has been exceptional. Dr Mira provided not only outstanding medical care but also incredible support and reassurance for us as parents. She took the time to guide us through the decision-making process, ensuring we understood our options and knew exactly what to expect before and after surgery. Looking back, I can’t imagine going through this journey with anyone else. In fact, if I had known how positive the experience would be and how life-changing the outcome would be for my daughter, I would have arranged the surgery much sooner. Her recovery has been remarkable, and the difference we have seen in her since the operation has been truly amazing. To any parent facing a similar decision, I cannot recommend Dr Mira highly enough. Her expertise is exceptional, but what made the biggest impact on me was the genuine care, understanding, and support she offered—not just as a doctor, but in a way that felt parent-to-parent. That was incredibly special to us.

Mr Raza was recommended to me by my best friend, after she had a positive experience during her robotic excision surgery for endometriosis. From my first consultation with Mr Raza, his incredible knowledge of the disease put my mind at ease. He explained endometriosis to me in depth; gave me an understanding of what it is, where it presented itself for me during the initial ultrasound scan, and the available options for my treatment. I was given the time to reflect on the appointment and my options, and supported with my decision to undergo surgery. I was made to feel comfortable and taken care of during the entire surgery. Mr Raza and his wonderful team were on hand to answer any of my questions, settle my worries and make me feel at ease. For the first time in the 17 years I've had this disease, I've felt heard and got the answers I needed to move forward with my life. I'm already seeing positive results 5 1/2 weeks post surgery and owe that all to Mr Raza and his team.

I was concerned about frequent changes to my prescription and finally persuaded my optician to give me a letter of referral. I chose Miss Mall from a list of consultants based on her feedback and skillset. She diagnosed early glaucoma and blepheritis which my optician had missed. She organised some other tests to check my eye health and make sure there was no serious damage to the optic nerves. With just a single eye drop at bedtime, my eye health and vision are good, the glaucoma is arrested / under control as evidenced in follow up checks with no serious issues with my vision. I cannot recommend Sonia highly enough. She is very personable and highly professional and I have every confidence in her.

Dr Nicholas has been so very fantastic, I cannot recommend him enough! Having had 2 very difficult and traumatic epidurals with my first 2 children, I was feeling extremely anxious in the lead up to my birth, but Dr Nicholas saw me for an anaesthetic review during pregnancy where we went through my history thoroughly, and made a plan for my C Section whilst ensuring I understood and felt comfortable with everything. On the day of my C Section, he was so reassuring to me and my partner, and did a wonderful Spinal anaesthetic which worked perfectly, and supported us with the birth of our 3rd baby in such a compassionate, kind and fun way! We can’t thank him enough for being so great!

Mr Zubairy was very professional and clear during his consultation and in making his diagnosis. I fully understand the problem I have from this. In the short term I have elected to undergo steroid injection to ease pain. On reflection however, I feel a little more context about the next stages of treatment would have been helpful for example joint fusion vs joint replacement, post surgery recovery time and comparison of these options from the perspective of mobility. Perhaps I ought to have probed this further.

I like that you can review staff specialities and choose your own thats suits your issue. Easy online initial appointment booking and questionnaire. I went with a post skiing knee pain, fearing MCL or meniscus injury. Aidan soon identified it as an overuse/overload/muscular imbalance problem causing referred pain to knee. Excellent hands on treatment to get some initial recovery then a structured exercise program to prevent it reoccurring. First class experience!

Some confusion regarding my overnight stay - I had been told I was likely to be there overnight but then advised I was not booked in for the night. This did not really matter as I wished to be discharged anyway. It took several hours to be discharged without explanation for the delay so I did not get home until after midnight which was not ideal. But clean and comfortable room, extremely easy experience and very friendly staff.
