Having suffered for years with horrific periods and severe anemia for the past 3 years and then on top of this bowel problems all of which meant I spent over half of every month not leaving the house. The keyhole full hysterectomy has cured each problem I had. Dr Kuntal is incredible very professional and always clearly explaining the what, the why and the how. I felt so comfortable, safe and most important of all I felt listened too. Everything went like clock work with surgery and I’m now 7 week post surgery and I don’t look back. We met the excellent Mr Arthur Dalton who has known me since 2023 when he led the outstanding NHS team (which included the ICU nurses) that saved my life after a brain subarahcnoid haemorrhage and, again, in 2024, when my aneurysm needed recoiling and a flow diverting stent was also inserted . This time we sought his opinion to help us decide between two treatments for a brain meningioma, after two previous consultations at another private hospital had created confusion and anxiety,. As always, with impeccable professionalism and a warm approach, he explained the pros and cons of each procedure in relation to my particular case, allowing us to finally make the decision that suited us best. It is always deeply reassuring and an absolute joy to receive Mr Dalton’s opinion. We feel extremely lucky to have met him.

Dr Catherine Spencer Smith was the first doctor to correctly diagnose my hip problem after I had previously been misdiagnosed by the NHS with a femoral hernia. Her assessment was extremely thorough and helped me clearly understand the true cause of my symptoms, including how they started after bunion surgery. Following my hip arthroscopy, she also helped me understand the cause of my lower back pain during recovery, reassuring me that the surgery itself was not the issue. She gave clear guidance on the physiotherapy I should follow and even offered to contact my physiotherapist directly, which I felt went well beyond what is normally expected. Her examinations are always precise, thoughtful, and very reassuring. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a careful and expert musculoskeletal opinion.

After trying to get my varicose veins sorted for years, (and unfortunately them getting worse over those years) I finally decided to get treatment from UK Vein Clinic in Manchester. I have had both legs treated using both ablation and foam therapy. The whole process was fantastic. I was treated so kindly by my Dr and the lovely nurses. They explained everything and took great care of me, ensuring I was comfortable. The process was very quick and I felt little discomfort. I was informed of everything happening and lots of aftercare tips. I am so glad that I chose UK Vein Clinic for treatment, their care has been fantastic right from booking a consultation to now, just after treatment. I’m still in my stockings but I am looking forward to the progress over the next few months. Thank you so much.

I had a dental hygienist appointment. When it came to booking a further six monthly appointment I was asked to pay £35 in advance! This would be deducted from my bill in six months time. I declined to do this and cancelled my next appointment. I presume that at the next appointment I'd be asked yet again to pay £35 in advance, which basically means that this is just a way of charging a one off payment over and above the actual cost! I have never been asked to pay in advance for any private care, dental or otherwise. I think this is very sharp practice. By all means have a cancellation policy and charge the customer for not attending, but don't just take £35 well in advance! I may have to change my dental practice if this continues.

In a world all consumed with AI and perfection, I can honestly say Mr Fady Sedra outshines AI. 5 Stars for Mr Fady Sedra and the staff at The Cromwell Hospital, after my ACDF surgery I can say Mr Fady Sedra's attention to detail is unmatched. He has an excellent bedside manner and displayed a level of professionalism that is rare to find. Mr Fady Sedra went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for. The X-Ray of my neck should be in an art gallery as it is truly a work of art by Mr Fady Sedra. I highly recommend for any complex spinal work.
