I have had various symptoms of perimenopause over the last year or so but it came to a head a few months ago when i had a severe panic attack and seemed to develop anxiety. I am finding this difficult to cope with and the GP didn't seem to help me. I met with Dr Colquhoun and she was lovely, provided me with alot of information and advice and took me and my symptoms seriously. As a result I now have a course of action and have had HRT prescribed and a coil fitted. Whilst this is all new to me, i am feeling very positive about this plan and hopeful that I can start to feel like myself again!

I attended Thornbury Hospital for a routine colonoscopy. My admission was timely informed and completed by the extremely friendly nursing staff. My procedure was performed by Prof Steven Brown, a very calm, friendly and thoroughly lovely man. I opted for sedation yet I was still aware of my surroundings and could watch the monitor screen and follow the procedure throughout which I always find quite fascinating. The procedure took around 35 minutes and after a relatively short period of recovery I was allowed home.

The Doctors Lounge Chalfont

I think the Doctors Lounge is such a great personal investment. You are able to see a doctor quickly, they have all your notes in front of them and have excellent referal doctors should you need further support. I cannot recomend Dr. Nik Chopra and his team more highly. It also means you take pressure off your local GP who can then spend their time with patients who need to use the NHS service. Think outstanding service and value for money.

Mr Augustin Hadonou

I first met Gus in 2022 when he was at Six and we worked together on some shoulder rehabilitation. When I injured my shoulder again last year, I sought him out at Kaizen Physiotherapy. Gus is thorough and methodical and explains which specific muscle each exercise is targeting. He is also a thoroughly nice man. The pain and stiffness are gone but Gus has given me with an ongoing exercise programme to maintain my shoulder health.

I was seen at the time of my appointment. Stephen was both friendly and professional. He instantly put me at ease at a difficult moment for me. Cannot recommend him enough. My appointment was 4.30 and I was leaving the car park on my way home by 5.30 following my consultation and an ultrasound scan. I was informed all the way through of what was going to happen. All staff including radiologist and chaperone made me feel at ease.

All members of the team were incredibly attentive and supportive when needing advise on breastfeeding and changing, as well as offering round the clock medical care for both mum and baby.
