A really positive experience. Everything was explained clearly and I was asked more than once if I had any questions which was very helpful. Nigel was really friendly and kind which put me at ease and he talked me through everything being done. Being able to get the procedure done so easily and quickly was wonderful. Dr D’Ippolito diagnosed me quickly and clearly outlined the proposed treatment. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly and outlines the follow up approach. All was great.

Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed. I haven’t slept this well in years, my energy is back, and I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Mr Ghufoor. I highly recommend him.

Professor Miranda saw me on a "see and treat" basis for removal of a sebaceous cyst where the procedure was carried out in the same visit as the initial consultation. He explained the procedure and its possible side effects very clearly as well as the aftercare plan. He is really reassuring, professional and approachable and my questions were answered clearly in full and at no point did I feel that any question I asked was a silly question.
