Dr Catherine was sp professional she checked me over and explained all my issues and put my mind at rest she was so kind

Professional and friendly, she explained things well. Nothing was rushed, questions answered.

Kind. Patient. Reassuring. Understanding. Utterly professional. Warm. Beautiful energy. So skilled. In a nutshell Dr Catherine is simply wonderful and I feel so lucky to have her guidance for all that is skin. As someone who suffers from health anxiety I don’t love hospital visits and always hope a consultant will not cause me to worry from an unintentional comment. Dr Catherine actually gives the complete opposite. She will not let you leave her office until she knows she has answered every single concern you may have. Her words to me ‘Park any worries - I will take care of them. If ever something crops up I will get you through it’. Feeling a fraud I recently turned up to have a lesion excised that had actually healed quite well. But I didn’t want to cancel incase Dr Catherine felt otherwise. She immediately told me it was fine and ‘no surgery needed’ - despite the fact I had been booked in for half an hour. She totally reassured me that this was absolutely fine and happens sometimes. Totally professional with a patient’s care at the very top. I have had one mole excised by Dr Catherine, more for my own piece of mind. She was great and reassuring - I felt in great hands. She was there throughout until histology results and any scarring is minimal. It would be wrong not to mention the amazing team, especially wonderful Jackie who works so hard behind the scenes. She is also so kind and helpful and keen to help in any way she can! These things make such a difference when you are worried that the consultant’s secretary thinks you are a nuisance. I cannot recommend Catherine more highly following the three occasions on which we met. From the outset she gave me the utmost confidence that I was in extremely good hands, and the treatment and procedure I underwent were performed with huge skill and great effect. I could not have wished for a more professional and charming consultant. It gives me great pleasure to spread the word! My gratitiude extends equally to her secretaries, Jackie and Abbi, both of whom were utterly delightful. They are a precious assets in a wonderful team.

I instantly felt confidence in Dr Borysiewicz on meeting her. She has a lovely warm approachable manner and I didn’t feel rushed. She was very happy to answer all my questions in great detail ensuring I understood everything she was explaining.
