I was very nervous going to see Dr Heaton - NOT because of him but because I get nervous of this kind of appointment (bit stupid of me I know!) - I was comfortable within seconds of meeting Christopher - his smart but casual dress code and friendly style is, I expect, his trade mark - he immediately asked me what I wanted from the appointment and we set about discussing my worries - He put my mind at rest and explained what could be achieved and what couldn't - I came away totally happy with the experience and confident in his knowledge - a top drawer chap - I don't hesitate to recommend him to you! Dr Heaton had a professional and reassuring manner and most importantly, listened to my concerns and responded with explanations, suggested treatments and further referral suggestions. An examination was conducted in privacy with a female nurse present followed by discussion. I felt very comfortable, not rushed and was treated with respect and courtesy. I received an email within a few hours outlining the appointment and provided further useful information to assist me to understand and manage my condition.
