Mr Shabbir was the only urologist I've seen that was able to identify my issue (to be fair, the issue was unusual, but he did manage to put al the pieces together, where other urologists failed). So that was great. Then he proceeded to operate on me, and did that very professionally and without problems. Good bedside, and very clear with explanations, etc. Definitely highly recommended.

Explained various procedures really well, and was totally honest and open about all options and possible outcomes, pros and cons. Put me at ease, and gave me confidence in the future procedure.

Very reassuring and always makes time to speak

Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.
