I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.

My whole experience with Mr Nanavati has been excellent, from consultation to surgery and aftercare. The results of my surgery have made such a positive difference, pain reduced, better balance and aesthetically my foot looks so good. Mr Moras clearly explained the procedure I had had. He showed me the X-ray pictures and also used a model, describing what had been done . He told me what to expect in the short term and explained the first year needed to pass before a judgement could be made regarding possible further interventions. He gave me a card to contact him if I needed to get back to him after the first year of healing was complete. His manner demonstrated he understood my concerns. He was confident and reassuring. I left feeling sure that I would make an good recovery.
