Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. He always takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand both the problem and the treatment options. What really sets him apart is how deeply he thinks about each case rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. He looks at issues from multiple angles, not just the painful area itself. Rishi did a great surgery on my badly shattered clavicle which was broken in multiple places. It was pinned together nicely without needing to take bone graph from elsewhere on my body. He also did some ligament reconstruction and soft tissue repair. The scar was very neat and healed well and I'm very pleased with the result. I don't notice the plate and I'm expecting a full recovery. The whole process was also quick and efficient. Surgery was 2 days after initial consultation. He explained the process clearly and candidly which was reassuring. If I were to break the other clavicle I know who my preferred surgeon would be.

I have had reason to see Dr Steadman over the last year firstly to deal with some heart issues which were diagnosed and resolved extremely quickly and latterly a number of tests which have proven to be reassuringly negative in their outcome. From dealing with Hannah to arrange things to being clinically looked after by Dr Steadman I have always felt I have been dealing with caring, efficient and positive people who excel at what they do. I would also say that has been my experience of those members of the medical team I have met at both Bournemouth and Poole Hospital.

I chose galaxy lenses for my cataract surgery and am now very happy with the results. No need whatsoever for any glasses. The staff were all very kind and supportive, along with Mr Hove the surgeon who was quick and efficient with the procedure. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of this procedure to not be anxious, it is quick and painless and though your vision is a little blurry after it doesn't take long to resolve. My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.

The whole experience was very easy, everything was explained before it happened, there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and the whole set up was efficient, friendly and spotlessly clean. The actual cataract surgery took no time at all, and was painless, although felt peculiar. I was able to go home much quicker than expected.

This was the first time I had been treated in hospital for 50 years so I was understandably anxious about having a hip replacement operation but everybody was so kind and helpful with endless patience and professionalism nothing was to much trouble and I would recomend to anyone this hospital and all the staff are excellent.
