I had a meniscal tear repair on 20th January. I am really disappointed and dismayed with the conflicting advice I was given regarding physiotherapy. An hour prior to surgery, Brad the physio told me I would be fully weight bearing after the operation. After the surgery a different physio told me I could not weight bear for three weeks and had me up and about practising walking on crutches. She also put a leg brace on my leg which was locked. I wasn't told to unlock it. Therefore for 2 weeks post surgery I wasn't weight bearing and movement in my knee was restricted totally. Today I had my stitches out and my first physio session. Physio told me I should have been 50% weight bearing straight away and that my leg brace should have been unlocked to allow some movement. So three conflicting pieces of advice. I am really unhappy.

He took the time to truly listen to me and explained clearly why I am experiencing these reactions, as well as what the most appropriate course of treatment would be. Dr Bakshi treated me as a whole person, not as a problem or an anomaly, and that in itself was profoundly healing. I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr Bakshi to anyone seeking an expert immunologist with both exceptional clinical knowledge and a genuinely caring heart.

Dr. Mohssen Chabok

My first consultation with Dr Chabok was in April 2025. He performed an angiography in May, and rather than putting a stent in at the time of the angiography, explained the two options that I had for further treatment. He was of the opinion that a bypass was a better long term solution for me and recommended the surgeon that did the procedure in June. My last follow up consultation was a few days ago. I found Dr Chabok to be very polite, patient, sympathetic and articulate. He answered all my questions in a clear understandable manner. I am fortunate that I have a cardiologist that I will always refer to, and recommend him whole heartedly. Pun intended.

Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks. Thank you very much.

Apart from a reception that were unaware of their visitors - the building and facilities were excellent. Dr. Bradley is a practitioner who has a broad grasp of all areas of HRT treatment. Her extensive knowledge makes you feel very confident about the decisions you make with the doctors assistance. She is never rushed and allows extensive discussion about past and present research. I am extremely impressed by her professionalism. I left after my consultation feeling I had explored all the areas I had questions about but came away with a lot of new information.

I was referred for treatment of prostate cancer and he provided detailed information of the techniques available for surgery and the outcomes he had achieved so I could make an informed decision. He saw me pre and post-operatively to assess and reassure me and the procedure went very smoothly. He even found time to ring my wife after the procedure to reassure her that it had gone well. On removal of my supra-pubic catheter I had no urinary incontinence which was an an amazing outcome and completely attributable to his novel technique and skill as a surgeon.

Had shoulder surgery as a day case, all went really well. 8 weeks later I was still in considerable pain and went for follow up appointment with Mr Jain. He fully explained what had been done to my shoulder and showed me photographs taken during the operation and said that the pain I was in was to be expected bearing in mind how much work I’d had done. His words gave me more confidence to move my arm more than I had been doing and four weeks later I’ve now been signed off and have great flexibility in my arm, most importantly of all pain-free flexibility.

With immense good humour and obvious personal concern, he understood my situation and then devised a pathway forward, which was both practical and clear. Absolutely Gold service, from being collected at my front door, and being dropped home afterwards. I was looked after every step of the way. Dr Ho explain everything necessary through the procedure, which I found totally pain free. Wonderful staff from car driver David, reception staff, nursing staff, Maria, Anne, Rachel and the ones I didn’t get their names. Then Dr Ho for his amazing surgical skills. Plus spotless wherever I went. Not forgetting drinks and biscuits. Thank you all.
