After months of waiting on the NHS I went to see Mr Bailey. After my initial consultation I felt such relief as not only was there a clear plan of what we were going to do, but relief came from being actively listened to about my injury and my concerns. Ultimately we made the decision that keyhole surgery for my medial meniscal tear was the best option. The daily pain I was in, I often described as a persistent dull ache but it was gone almost immediately after surgery. Since the surgery I have felt like a new person. Mr Bailey remembered a comment I made about my concerns on looking after my young children with the lack of mobility. I was pleased not only to get my full motion back thanks to his skill but found him so personable with the fact that he remembered this comment several months later at my final consultation. in for umbilical hernia operation. Staff were first class from arrival through to leaving next day lunchtime. So caring and professional they took lots of the stress out of a stressful time. Room was clean and spacious enough. Dressing gown and under gown provided. Special thanks to Mia for looking after myself and wife when we arrived. The anaesthetist was kind and humorous helping me relax even more and I was completely reassured by the calmness and professionalism of everyone. Thanks also to the team preparing me for the op and Ms Darrien for performing the surgery successfully on the day. Special mention to Emma in the recovery area for looking after me and being so kind. Also to Sophie and John on the ward. Food was also first class. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Can’t recommend highly enough

Very happy with the set up all round. Consultant amazingly helpful in comparison. He was extremely knowledgeable and very concerned . I liked the fact that he actually listened when I explained my problem. ( Its tedious even for me to hear so I can understand the need to switch off at times)...!...but obviously extremely painful ! The actual appointment with the consultant was about 30 minutes. He examined me and advised medication for immediately and perhaps in the future. Excellent man ,so nice . I was out at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I was quite nervous but all of my questions were answered and I was treated as a real person with feelings rather than just another person coming in for a ‘service’. My hesitations about the cooper coil vs the hormonal one were discussed thoroughly and I ended up making the opposite decision to what I originally thought as it was better suited to me! (Just shows you can do all the research you want but actually having a chat with a doctor will always win). I could t have asked for a better experience- thank you.

My entire experience with Dr Gamble and the staff has always been outstanding. My appointments are greeted with polite and friendly staff and everything is on time. I find Dr Gamble very friendly and easy to discuss my health matters with. He explains everyone very well and I always receive his report very shortly after my visit. It's nice not to have to try and remember the details of our discussions. I definitely that Dr Gamble listens and understands my feelings when we do discuss my health condition. I feel personally attended and not like the "next patient".

Extremely impressive level of care. My husband arrived for a scheduled appointment with our two daughters. The little one did not have an appointment, but had felt unwell during the night. The staff were able to see her and treat her immediately. She would otherwise have had a very difficult time of it, and we were incredibly grateful for their care and attention. Amazing staff (Daniela, Semi) and doctors!!! Doctor Liong Mee Hi was wonderful with our daughter, prescribing the right mix of things to help get her back on track immediately. Very impressive!

I made an online appointment to see Dr Lach which was a very easy process. Dr Lach was very professional and listened to my concerns.
