Delamere has been a godsend to me. From the first moment I contact them to the final day of my stay, they were warm, professional and caring. Each and every member of staff, from the cleaning teams to the senior leaders has the best interests of guests at heart. Delamere is a caring and friendly community which focuses on the needs of the individual, but in such a way that the programme does not feel over-medicalised. The care and attention given from the nursing team is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand and always have time for questions or queries. The guest liaison team are approachable and helpful as well as supportive and kind. The quality of the group session is excellent and well-thought through to support you on you recovery journey. This is exemplified by the outstanding quality of therapy and mentoring I received throughout my time at Delemere. The chefs are excellent and proved a nutritious and balanced diet which is excellent quality. The team as re also friendly and welcoming. What was special about Delemere is the personal touch. Every member of staff knew your name and was happy to chat about any issues you might have at any time of day. I cannot thank the staff enough for the opportunity they have given me to get my life back on track. I wholeheartedly recommend Delemere for anyone needing their expertise and support.

Everything great, but I would suggest that the reception team focus on the clients in front of them, rather than managing the phones at the same time – I wonder if phones could be managed somewhere away from reception, as every time I had to go back to the desk or passed it by there were people standing waiting being ignored because the reception team we’re doing other things, which doesn’t make a great first impression or mean that people feel cared about or important. This was the case at both the main entrance reception and the outpatient reception. Again, everything was great and everybody was lovely. But also to say that I was asked to come early but not told that I would be having an x-ray in advance, so I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, then had to go for my x-ray and ended up not being seen until 40 minutes past my appointment time, which was the original time, before they moved it to an earlier slot! It didn’t really matter on this occasion, but it’s just a little inefficient and it would’ve been nice to have some clarity as to what to expect when I arrived and I could’ve also arrived in time for the x-ray prior to my appointment had I’ve been told, also I could’ve filled the forms in prior to arriving if they’ve been emailed. No complaints about anything though, and very happy with the service and care overall

On visiting consultant Subhajit Ghosh a prescription was given to the nurse to be ordered for my next appointment as it was something that was not kept in stock at OSD. I needed to check my diary to see if I could make this next appointment at OSD Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead to have the prescription or, see the consultant at Spire Hospital on another day. On checking my diary I found I could make it and I phoned and arranged an appointment with Subhajit Ghosh. Unfortunately, the prescription had not been ordered so when I turned up for my next appointment I was unable to have my treatment and I would have to see him again another time. I appreciate mix ups happen but thought OSD Healthcare should check their procedures in instances such as this, so that prescriptions are ordered once patients have confirmed they can make future appointments.

Extremely kind and caring surgeon. No charge for initial consultation for sleeve gastrectomy. No rush. No pressure. Full explanation of what to expect. Post op came to see me and explained the procedure... with photos. Calm and reassuring. I chose this surgeon as I had witnessed his behaviour with patients on the ward where I work. Follow up care continued for 2 years. I have lost more than 70% of my excess weight. For those thinking sleeve gastrectomy is a quick and easy fix... it's not! But the surgery has changed my life for the better. I would absolutely RECOMMEND Mr Decadt if you are thinking of having weight loss surgery.

I was recommended Dentalia by a friend so gave them a call. From the first call to book an appointment to actually receiving the treatment was first class. They were all so friendly, kind and patient with me, and put me at ease. I have actually booked an appointment to go back for a proper checkup which believe me I didn’t think I would ever do. The ACE facility was very impressive with sleek and modern finishes, and sensitively designed for allergy with all shared areas wipable and allergen-free. As a mother of a young baby, it was also great to see the centre ideally set up for kids and babies with easy pram access everywhere and multiple baby change facilities. The centre also offered all allergy-related support services (blood tests, pharmacy, dermatology) under one roof, saving me from having to run around to get my child everything needed.

He explained my options of certain treatment. I will be having a follow up appointment to see if the medication has worked. Overall a stress free experience.

I am very happy with my total knee replacement. I have no pain and my leg is straight and I am walking perfectly. My leg had a bend before the operation and my walk had a rocking motion which is now gone. Spire Clare Park is an excellent hospital and I felt very safe and well looked after during my stay.
