Getting breast reduction surgery was something I’d wanted for such a long time. Just seven weeks post-op, my life feels so much more comfortable, painless, ache-free, free, and confident - truly life-changing. Elaine, Dr Cavale’s assistant, was amazing over the phone - kind, reassuring, and explained everything in detail which made the whole process feel like a VIP experience. I had to wait just 4 weeks from the in-person consultation to the surgery. Naturally, I felt a little nervous just before, but the entire team on-site including Elaine, Dr Cavale, the assistants, and anaesthetist put me completely at ease. I also learnt so much throughout the experience. Everyone was transparent and explained every step, no matter how big or small, which made me feel much more knowledgable and confident going into surgery. The surgery itself was incredible. Dr Cavale told me I’d likely be up and walking the next day - I wasn’t sure if that would be true, but I came home the same day feeling amazing. Each day after, I felt noticeably better. By six weeks, I was fully recovered and even running again. At seven weeks post-op, after my follow-up consultation with Dr Naveen, I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My everyday life has improved so much and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They are so so perfect. A huge thank you to Dr Cavale, Lauren, Elaine, and the entire team. I’m so grateful for your care, expertise, and kindness. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, surgeon, and procedure to anyone considering breast reduction.

Mr Hawary was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I met him in the clinic for an initial consultation he listened to my concerns and made sure that I felt at ease and offered the best solution to ensure my health concerns were rectified. He was also very communicative before the procedure and helped me with issues I was experiencing with my insurance at the time. Regular emails out of hours to put me at ease and offer advice. On the day of the surgery Mr Hawary took the time to visit me to explain the procedure and to put me at ease. It was nice he introduced himself to my companion on the day of surgery and answered all the questions I had. After the surgery Mr Hawary visited me in the recovery room to explain how the procedure went and to give me some after care advice. I also had a follow up consultation a couple of weeks after the surgery where we spoke again about the procedure and after care. Mr Hawary is truly a professional, caring and kind surgeon. I would highly recommend his services. He takes care of his patients and truly cares about their health.

I have just turned 70 and first saw Miriam just over a year ago, when I had limited mobility following an operation on my spine. She went through a rigorous review with me involving scans and carried out an assessment my ability to move joints and assess the strength of my muscles. She then gave me a daily exercise plan based on Pilates moves and advised me on additional activities, including swimming and walking. There then followed a number of reviews appointments to assess improvements. 10 months ago I joined Miriam’s Pilates classes, attending once a week, whilst continuing following her advice on ongoing daily activity. I am now in a much better place, I can walk distances again and have no more back and leg pain. I have recently had another 1-1 session with Miriam, as I am ready to step up my exercise regime and build my muscle strength, hopefully to support me in the months/years to come.

I booked for an adult circumcision procedure at Moorgate. Preparatory work was done very efficiently. I had a face to face consultation with Dr. Fragcoulis and he also performed a visual inspection. After this I was confident that the surgery will go well and I am in the hands of professionals. I had to wait for a few weeks for the surgery but it was worth the wait. On the day of the surgery things went really well once I have arrived. Staff was very friendly, the surgeon was obviously very skilled and efficient and I was out in no time, after having had a nice meal. Recovery goes well and I am happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Moorgate and Dr. Fragkoulis to anyone how would like a high quality service.

I have been seeing Dr Charlseworth this year for both upper and lower Gastroenterology. I cannot recommend her highly enough, as it’s not often you find a doctor skilled in all areas of this field. What stands her further apart, is the need for root cause analysis without rushing to judgement or harsh medications. This is coupled with looking at lifestyle changes to support improvements, alongside any investigations and treatment. Her reassuring and calm demeanour has put my mind at ease several times, and I am lucky to have found her to help with my issues.

I ruptured a hamstring at DL Cambridge at ~12.30pm - I was completely immobile and in pain. I booked an appointment at the Perfect Balance clinic with Alex at 2pm. After assessment, She was able to apply a compression dressing which allowed me to stand and walk to the car to be driven home. Further detailed assessment is planned in around 7 days. I am most grateful for access to such expertise and experience so soon after sustaining the injury.

I would like to make mention of the pre-operative theatre experience. The anaetheatist and his ODP colleague were welcoming and made every effort to put me at ease. It was explained that I may hear noises during the surgery and was offered an extra level of anaesthesia which would ensure I would sleep throughout the procedure. Ther was a decernable rapport between the whole team.

I recently attended the joint clinic with shoulder pain. Dr Thing carried out an extensive physical examination before referring me for an MRI. He then performed a steroid injection into my shoulder which has alleviated my pain enormously. At all times Dr Thing made sure he understood my situation and I understood his recommendations.
