I was diagnosed with prostate cancer following routine screening, and I am at the younger end of the spectrum, with two teenage children who rely on me, an incredible partner, and a very full, active life. Needless to say, the diagnosis came as a shock. From the very outset, **Professor Nikhil Vasdev** was exceptional. He fast-tracked seeing us, was calm, reassuring, and immediately inspired confidence. He listened carefully — not just to the clinical facts, but to us as people — and set out a clear, structured plan at a time when everything felt overwhelming. His manner with both me and my partner was outstanding; thoughtful, compassionate, and quietly authoritative. My cancer was aggressive and required surgery to ensure a cure. Throughout the process, Professor Vasdev was completely transparent without ever being alarmist. He fought hard to preserve both my continence and sexual function, and went the extra mile during surgery to maintain the nerve structures wherever safely possible. That level of care and skill has made an enormous difference to my recovery and quality of life. What truly set him apart was the way he managed the entire journey end-to-end. He coordinated all referrals — oncology, fertility, and beyond — and delivered what can only be described as a fully managed service. He recognised that we were in shock and removed complexity at every step, allowing us to focus on getting through it. Without underplaying the seriousness of having cancer, the speed, efficiency, and excellence of my treatment — and the rapidity of my recovery — has made the whole experience feel almost like a non-event. I know how fortunate I am that this was caught early and handled so exceptionally well. We will always be deeply grateful to Professor Nikhil Vasdev. His skill, leadership, and humanity have had a profound impact on our lives, and we remain indebted to him.

I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. This is a truly excellent service. I had been to another ear wax removal specialist a few days earlier who had failed to unblock my ears after half an hour of trying. I have a particular shape of ear canal that causes the wax to sit stubbornly on the ear drum. Rekesh is very personable and knowledgable and has a lovely comfortable treatment room. Within a few minutes he had completely unblocked both my ears, almost effortlessly. I was delighted and I highly recommend this service.
