I had an amazing experience at Capsule Clinic. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. The entire process from the consultation to the tests was smooth and stress-free. I had to swallow a small capsule with a camera, along with a blood test and an MRI scan, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr Campbell made me feel completely comfortable, and the procedures were done quickly and with great care. I was really impressed by how modern and organized the clinic was, and the results came back faster than I expected. I genuinely felt like I was in the best hands possible.

Matt is a great listener and devised a personal physio plan for me to help with two MSK problems. The exercises have been really helpful and effective allowing me to return to the lifestyle that I enjoy in a fairly short period of time. Booking an appointment is online but changing and cancellation is easy. There is an assessment consultation and follow up after a suitable period of time. As soon as you are able to "go it alone" Matt will discharge you with an open return. All in all an experience that I can highly recommend for recalcitrant MSK problems.

The Nuffield Hospital, Glasgow has an excellent team of nursing staff , physiotherapist and not forgetting the kitchen crew who served delicious nutritious meals with great menu choice. The nursing staff were there day and night to attend to any needs with care and attention. Physiotherapist were very knowledgeable in what to do, and more importantly what not to do, encouraging you with your exercise plan and pushing your boundaries to a speedier recovery.

Very efficient, clean and high standard as expected. As an aside, I really did appreciate the way the receptionist wrote my date of birth on a piece of paper and asked me quietly if it was correct. I intensely dislike the way receptionists in surgeries etc shout out so loudly, "DATE OF BIRTH??" in public. No discretion or politeness anywhere as a rule. More importantly, perhaps, the doctor was very helpful, efficient and very kind.. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with London Blood Test. Booking was fast, the clinic was easy to find, and the staff were warm and professional. The phlebotomist was very gentle and explained every step, which made the whole process surprisingly comfortable. Results arrived quickly and were clearly laid out, with helpful notes that made them easy to understand. Overall, efficient, friendly, and reliable service. Highly recommend.

I cant be more positive about my experience, the hospital is spotless and staff are so professional and friendly. I had just the right amount of sedation and felt so comfortable during my procedure.
