⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Exceptional Experience at London Trusted Therapy, Harley Street My recent visit to London Trusted Therapy on Harley Street was an experience that genuinely stood out for its professionalism, warmth, and depth of care. From the moment I stepped inside, the environment felt calm and thoughtfully designed, creating a sense of safety that made it easy to settle in. The reception area was quiet, classy and elegant, and the overall atmosphere conveyed a level of respect and attentiveness that immediately put me at ease. What truly elevated the experience was my session with Dr. Olena Edwards. Her approach combines exceptional clinical expertise with a rare ability to connect on a human level. Throughout the session, she listened with genuine presence, care and offered insights that were both clear and deeply resonant. Dr. Edwards has a remarkable talent for explaining complex emotional patterns in a way that feels accessible and empowering. Rather than offering generic guidance, she tailored the conversation to my specific concerns, helping me understand not just what I was feeling, but why — and what meaningful steps I could take moving forward. It’s evident that she brings both skill and heart to her work, and that combination makes a profound difference. The setting itself further enhanced the experience. The clinic is beautifully maintained — discreet, peaceful, and spotless. It’s the kind of space where you can slow down, breathe, and focus entirely on yourself without distraction. That sense of privacy and comfort made it easier to open up and engage fully in the session, and it reflects the high standards the practice upholds. Dr. Edwards is exceptional in her field, and I have yet to meet anyone whose expertise and compassion surpass hers. She brings a rare combination of skill, sincerity, and genuine humanity to her work. Her passion for her craft is evident in every interaction, and she approaches each session with openness and heartfelt dedication. She is deeply committed to helping you understand your challenges and supporting you through them with clarity and care. Overall, my experience at London Trusted Therapy was outstanding. The combination of a serene setting, a highly professional team, and the exceptional care provided by Dr. Edwards creates a therapeutic environment that feels both modern and deeply human. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time, this clinic offers a level of support and expertise that truly stands out.

    Mr Jonathan Collier

    Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

    1.0

I was referred to Mr. Collier for a complex tooth extraction and reconstruction as a result of radiotherapy I had many years ago. Unfortunately, I was not able to benefit from Mr.Collier’s reputed surgical skills as his office administration team are truly the worst I have ever experienced. I see another reviewer has commented as follows :’ My minor quibble is with the administration team where there could be some room for improvement.’ It took over 2 months of dealings with Ana Lopes and Elizabeth Sey until I became so distressed with the situation that I could not go ahead with the planned procedure, and decided to find somebody else whom I felt I could entrust to do my procedure. My issues have been as follows : 1. Extremely slow or non-existent communication with responses often taking 3–4 weeks, if they came at all. 2. Unreliable scheduling, with initial procedure dates offered and then changed without notice, which happened four times in a row. 3. Significant confusion and inconsistency around the costs of the procedure. It took over 2 months before we had an actual estimate of the costs and were given less than 24 hours to agree it (which we had to pay up front, see below), or be charged for cancelling the procedure! 4. Failure to facilitate treatment under our BUPA medical insurance. We have BUPA medical and dental cover, which we made clear from the start, and Mr Collier is registered with them. Despite the fact that the initial consultation was covered and BUPA confirmed in writing that the planned procedure would be covered in full, the admin team gave unclear, conflicting and incorrect information. They clearly wanted us to pay up front (£2,830.00) and reclaim from our insurance and not deal direct with BUPA, as every other consultant I had used over the years has done. This is an unusual way of dealing with health insurance providers and very unhelpful to clients. 5. At no point did the admin team provide the clarity, reassurance, or support we would reasonably expect. We have of course raised these concerns in detail with Mr Collier’s office, but after 4 weeks (!) their response back leaves us knowing that nothing will change. They don’t want to deal with medically insured clients and therefore should state that, and save us from a lot of wasted time and stress. Rather than ‘room for improvement’ I would suggest Mr Collier changes his team. He could not do worse.

    Mr Hemant Vakharia

I had an excellent experience with Dr Vakharia. I have a long history of endometriosis and was referred to him specifically by another gynae to further investigate my condition. From the very beginning, he never dismissed me or made me feel that my symptoms were insignificant. He listened carefully, addressed all of my concerns, and involved me in every decision regarding next steps. My surgery was successful, and during my post-operative appointment, Dr Vakharia took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood what had been done and what to expect moving forward. I have immense respect for him. During my recovery, I went through a particularly difficult period with significant pain and multiple concerns. After I sent an email outlining my worries, Dr Vakharia personally called me—even though I did not have a scheduled appointment—just to check in and talk through what I was experiencing and what I should and shouldn’t do. That small but incredibly meaningful gesture went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for it. Endometriosis is a very challenging condition to live with, but I never once felt ignored or neglected under Dr Vakharia’s care. I was treated with genuine respect, kindness, and reassurance, and all of my concerns were consistently addressed. He said something to me that no other doctor ever has: he encouraged me not to live my life in fear and to trust the process and the success of the surgery. Hearing that from a doctor was deeply comforting. I am truly thankful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr Vakharia to anyone considering a gynaecologist. He is compassionate, attentive, and fully present throughout the entire process.

Excellent bedside manner with a true desire to get to the bottom of a problem. Free from the often occurring "I am so brilliant vibes" that I at times got from other consultants. Refreshing down to earth, approachable, very friendly. Most importantly, excellent listening skills, does not try to convenience you of a diagnosis after only hearing a quarter but appears to be thorough before making up his mind. Excellent communicator, who gets a patient fully involved, showing pictures to explain and explaining what he sees on a screen. I initially was a bit apprehensive thinking, hmmm has not got 3 decades of experience like some practitioners I saw in the past. On reflection, a good thing, still greatly motivated to make a difference and passionate about what he does. Deos not leave you feel watching the clock (he went over time, thank you) or rushed. Overall so far a positive experience (first consultation). I usually don't leave long feedbacks but if someone "goes the extra mile", so will I. Most importantly, if you had negative experiences before with consultants causing you pain/flare ups in the night and following day(s) due to handling you roughly during an examination, then give Dr Raiman a try. He very carefully moved my limbs with utmost consideration during the necessary examination, which helps building trust.

Needed a routine hernia operation, didn't want to wait 4–6 months, chose Royal Free Private Patients based on surgeon's online profile and because profits go to NHS; also I have been an NHS patient at RF. Was seen quickly for initial consultation and got surgery appointment when I wanted it. Mr Iype did a tidy job of the surgery, I am now recuperating with no complications so far and very little pain. Anaesthetists were friendly and efficient, and Severo my nurse in my ward was helpful, reassuring and friendly. I had a ward room to myself, which my wife could stay in while I had the surgery. It was clean and roomy, though a little cold – take extra blankets. The lunch I was given after surgery was pretty good, and they were able to get a sandwich for my wife too as well as teas and coffees. All in all, went very well.

I had a really positive experience at The Harborne Hospital. I was greeted warmly on arrival and was actually seen before my appointment time, which was very much appreciated. My consultant Mr Leung truly listened to me and took the time to understand the full picture of how I’ve been feeling. He was extremely thorough, and for the first time in a long while, I left feeling hopeful — hopeful not only that my pain can be better managed, but also that I may finally get a clear diagnosis of what is actually happening to me. I really appreciated how carefully and thoughtfully everything was explored. Every member of staff I met was kind, professional, and supportive. The level of care and compassion shown throughout my visit was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.

My first visit was a very positive experience. The clinic was well presented, and I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area prior to being called in. All staff members were polite, kind, and respectful during every interaction. When I entered the consultation room, I initially felt nervous; however, this quickly melted away as I was put at ease through warm and engaging conversation. I felt treated as a human being, not just a patient. The doctor ensured I was comfortable throughout the consultation and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I am genuinely pleased with the outcome of the appointment, as I now have a better understanding of what is happening with my body and feel empowered to seek further support to improve my health and wellbeing. Once again Thank you!.🥰

Hospital was dirty. Room was dirty. Was provided with a pillow that was fully stained yellow on one side with no pillow cover. One of the nurses saw it when he turned it over but I had already been lying on it for hours. Went to the surgery without any pillow only to wake up to another stained pillow without any cover. Found a toenail on the bed. Very unhygienic and was not comfortable. Staff were ok. Food received was not what I ordered, so left without eating anything. Will only be coming back for my second operation because it is the surgeons only practice that is close to where I live, otherwise would not be returning. Hygiene is most important in these environments and it was not to par at all. Worse than NHS.

Upon meeting my surgeon, Mr Davies, he provided clear and comprehensive information regarding my knee replacement surgery and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The theatre, nursing, and ward staff were excellent from the moment I arrived for surgery through to my discharge, and I felt well cared for throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Mr Davies. The high standard of care I received meant that I felt completely at ease and had no hesitation in returning three months later to undergo my second knee replacement.

Dr Lo is an excellent doctor who demonstrates outstanding professionalism, care and patience. She did not rush the appointment in any way and made my father feel at ease. The healthcare assistant supporting Dr Lo was also very good. However, the appointment did feel slightly rushed at the end by her, with the bed paper being removed and the bed cleaned before my father had fully stood up, as Dr Lo and i assisted my father. As my father is 81 and naturally moves more slowly, this felt a little uncomfortable and gave the impression of a conveyor belt approach. It may be worth the health care worker to consider allowing a little more time and patience for elderly patients.

She carried out a complex c-section on me with incredible results, saving me and my baby. Plus, she has given me an extremely neat scar which I am very happy about. It has been remarked on by every medical professional who has seen it since. I couldn't be any more grateful or recommend her any more highly. Her level of involvement before, during and after was truly exceptional and I can't even begin to thank her enough for all her hard work. Simply incredible!

I have used Avenues for a cycle of IVF/ICSi, a hysteroscopy and then FET. I was under the care of De Ali Al Chami and became pregnant with the first transfer, having 3 failed attempts elsewhere. Dr Al Chami changed my protocol (both stimulation and transfer protocol). This places is miles apart because it guarantees continuity of care and patients are treated as people. dr Ali is a wonderful person and he cares about his patients. The midwives (Marina Christina Katie Fiona Emily Starvula) are all amazing and know each patient by name and treated me with warmth, dignity, compassion and professionalism.

We paid £240 to the consultant and gained no extra knowledge or benefit. She basically couldn’t help because she said I needed fertility and not recurrent miscarriage. She said there was a fertility consultant there I should have booked with. Then why not offer to not charge me and book me with right person? Isn’t that what healthcare should be about rather than about taking my money? There is no triage service in place to make sure I got the right appointment. I feel robbed at a time where I am vulnerable.

I saw Mr. Panose for hip tendinopathy - he explained the issue and options clearly, along with the pros & cons and likely outcomes. I received a PRP injection - the team and Mr. Panose were kind and professional and the condition I have been suffering for years has vastly improved. I have had steroid injections before and I would always now advocate PRP if it is an option - it has had a material and long lasting positive impact. I am delighted i met Mr. Panose and was under his care.

I am extremely grateful for the doctor’s professionalism and the speed and accuracy of the diagnosis. After over a year of being passed from pillar to post between GPs and physiotherapists, it was a huge relief to finally receive a clear explanation and a satisfactory response to an ongoing problem. I felt listened to, taken seriously, and confident in the care provided. Thank you for making such a positive difference.
