I sought a second opinion from Dr Ardeshna regarding my non-Hodgkin lymphoma, hoping to gain a clearer understanding of my individual disease pattern, prognosis and what I might expect in the future. His team were very supportive and kind in setting this up quickly. Dr Ardeshna is a leading expert in his field, and his extensive clinical experience and involvement in lymphoma research were evident throughout the consultation. I valued his evidence-based, clear and direct speaking style (particularly as a neurodivergent patient). He had taken the time to read my detailed preparation notes/questions and went through my history thoroughly, offering valuable insights into which aspects of my disease and wider health history were typical, and which were less so. This gave me genuinely useful new information to help manage my health going forward. He explained clearly what future treatment options would look like and the circumstances in which they could become relevant. I had initially hoped for concrete timescales and next steps, but one of the most valuable outcomes of the appointment was developing a better understanding of lymphoma itself, including what can and cannot reasonably be predicted about its future course. That understanding was reassuring in its own right. His follow-up letter was long and detailed also contained a substantial amount of additional information, research findings and clinical opinions, some of which went further than the discussion during the appointment. This gave me further material to consider and new perspectives on my case, although I in...

I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at 22, myself and my family were incredible frightened. Kirit and the team were incredible. They offered clear explanations and were very patient in answering all the questions. When I had a bad reaction with my first round of chemotherapy, they were incredibly attentive, helped us remain calm and a new treatment plan was proposed immediately. Excellent bedside manner, very clear. Myself and my family felt very supported by him and his whole team, especially Victoria, both during treatment and for the years that followed during remission.
Dr Ardeshna was professional, thorough, and highly supportive. His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to finding the most appropriate solution for the patient’s condition were greatly appreciated.
My experience with Kirit has been extremely good. He has always been clear and concise in the management of my treatment, professional in his approach, ensures he sees me on a regular basis and has provided timely interventions when the situation has required. Cannot speak more highly of him.
In my experience, Dr Ardeshna is a first-rate doctor and oncologist. I am extremely satisfied to be under his care - happy, in fact, which is not a word you expect to use about oncology. I have always felt, and continue to feel, that I am receiving the very best treatment, examination and advice I could hope for. I particularly value his judgement: when we meet and I describe how I am feeling, he has an unerring sense of what matters and what to focus on. I could not recommend him more highly.
I cannot rate Dr Kirit Ardeshna highly enough. He has been fantastic all the way through my treatment. I have complete trust in him. He has a very calm manner and explains things clearly. I would recommend Kirit to my friends and family and feel very lucky to have found him!
Dr Ardeshna has provided me with probably the best clinical experience I have had since using private healthcare. He has been very accommodating with regards to his availablity whether that be timing or method of appointment. I would encourage anyone looking for a haematologist to consider Dr Ardeshna as a primary choice. I would also like to extend my thanks for the professionalism of his secretary, who was polite, prompt and organised at all times.
