Dr. Savithri Rajkumar

Dr. Savithri Rajkumar is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Gynaecological Oncologist at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. With a wealth of experience and expertise, her clinical and research interests revolve around cytoreductive surgery for advanced/recurring gynaecological cancers, minimal access surgery (including laparoscopic and robotic procedures), sentinel nodes, optimization of surgical and oncological outcomes, general and benign gynaecology, reproductive and menopausal health, and addressing quality of life issues.

Dr. Rajkumar is an active member of various professional societies, including the British Gynaecological Cancer Society (BGCS), British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP), International Gynaecological Cancer Society (IGCS), European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO), and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).

She graduated in 2000 from Chennai and completed her post-graduation in 2003, obtaining her CCT in General Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2014. She further specialised in Gynaecological Oncology in 2019. She holds a substantive Consultant position in Gynaecological Oncology at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where she continues to make significant contributions to the field of gynaecology and oncology.
