I have been through one of the challenging moments of my life and it’s amazing the standard of care I have received. Excellent by all standards, Dr Charlotte Frise is the best Dr I have ever had in the UK and I am very proud to mention her as my Doctor. She has been very patient with my care and saw through my pre-pregnancy, antenatal and post natal complications. Even though I was going through the worst moments of my life, she motivated and kept reassuring me everything was going to be okay. Am so overwhelmed with the love and perfection exhibited. Am so grateful to have been cared for my her. God bless her abundantly!!! Hoping to meet her again in 2years time to plan another pregnancy. With her as my Doctor am sure I will sail through again and again.

I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

It is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Each patient (and accompanying person) seemed to have a good interaction with the staff. There was a good discussion with Mr. Smith on the situation with respect to the eyes and possible treatments which may also need to be done elsewhere. He listened to my comments and questions and responded in a clear way. During the treatment care was taken to warn me of any possible pressure on the face, but Mr. Smith has a light touch so there was never any problem. All three treatments in 2025 were done very well.

Not a paticularly pleasant experience. Was attentive and caring before procedure, after procedure just wanted me up and out, even though I was in a NES non epileptic Seizure. I Signed the water against doing a pregnancy test, as I am non-binary and Asexual and never had sex in my life....but was harassed, called a lier by the aeneathiatist who was demanding i took one. After refusing was treated with distain by her afterwards. I am putting in official complaint as this treatment is illegal and unlawful

Mr Patel had the results of my recent x-ray and MRI. He showed me them on-screen and interpreted them. He advised me of things I should do to maintain mobility but did not think the arthritis, though painful, was of sufficient severity to merit any surgical or medical interventions. His manner was entirely professional and helpful. He made clear I could come back within 6 months if things deteriorated. I could contact reception. I left on time and very satisfied with the prognosis and advice.

My first appointment at the Oakdin clinic was such a pleasure. The staff were polite and cheerful and the waiting area was clean and quiet. Dr Lach was welcoming and easy to talk to and clearly knowledgable and well informed. She explained every step which enabled me to make an informed decision. I did not feel rushed and was given plenty of opportunities to ask further questions.i look forward to going back to see her.

I have always found Dr Craven to be welcoming, patient, polite,and efficient, always explaining diagnosis and treatment.

I am seeing Dr Cummins for my social anxiety. We have had a few sessions but already I am seeing improvements in the real world. Dr Cummins takes the time to find out as much information and then breaks down the issue into digestable and easy to understand points. He uses a multifaceted approach using multiple techniques such as EMDR and CBT to help me through my issues.

After a few painful days of back pain and not having a GP local to me, I was recommended Dr Matthew by a friend. I was able to get in the same day. The appointment was absolutely no rush, very thorough and Dr Matthew was very knowledgeable and explored all of my concerns - with a plan set in place for next steps. Would highly recommend to anybody in the same situation.

Tues the 20th Jan was my first appointment 6 weeks after my robotic assisted total knee replacement. MR Veysi showed kindness and respect, to me and my Husband, during my appointment. Reassuring me about my expected recovery. And if needed I could see him again if I had any further concerns. But he was very happy with my progress, which would continue to improve.

Dr Ramakrishnan has now found the cause for all my symptoms and has prescribed the correct medication. I couldn’t be happier to finally have a diagnosis and look forward to feeling myself again

I had a surgery which was slightly delayed, but the operation itself was carried out very well. The ward was nice, comfortable, and clean. The only issue was that the kitchen forgot about my meal, and I ended up waiting 1.5 hours for my food despite two reminders. The nurses and doctors were of an exceptionally high standard.
