I recently underwent foot surgery under the care of Mr Nikhil Nanavati . This is the second operation I have had in less than a year under his care. .Both before and after my recent foot surgery my care has been excellent at every step. Everything was explained clearly of what to expect before and afterwards. All of my concerns were alleviated, although it is early days in my recovery I can already see a great improvement. Mr Gill seems to me a very accomplished surgeon in the knee surgery field. He did an excellent job on both my knees, they both appear to be working fine and the scarring is much less than expected. Especially on my left knee where it's hardly noticeable, many people, even nurses, say it doesn't look as though I've had such major surgery done. 10 out of 10 Mr Gill. He is very easy to talk to and has great approach to his work.

My procedure was a day case and regardless of that I was given a private room which was very spacious and clean. All nurses and staff I came across and who took care of me were really kind and friendly. My allocated nurse and physiotherapist were really nice and explained everything I needed to know in terms of medications and post-operative recovery. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!

I have worn Lyric aids for many years but struggled to get them locally after my audiologist decided that it wasn't cost effective for them to offer the service. The service from Lerissa was top class - she told me so much more about the product than I've heard elsewhere.

Very happy with my consultant and the nursing staff but (as I have previously said in feedback) that waiting area (on the first floor) at Parkside really needs improvement. The reception staff are unfriendly, talk noisily amongst themselves, the coffee machine was broken today, there are sirens (or alarms or phone rings?) going off regularly which is not good for anxious patients

I feel very fortunate to be receiving care from The Royal Marsden at Sutton. Being treated at a specialist hospital focused solely on cancer is a very different experience from other NHS hospitals. All staff are incredibly caring, supportive, and excellent in their roles. Despite the longer journey from Kent, I feel it is absolutely worth it to receive such outstanding care.

Dr Jacques is amazing. She is so friendly and makes you feel at ease straight away. She has great knowledge about the menopause and explores all the options to make sure she finds the perfect solution. For me she has changed my life considerably, I feel so much better in myself and I personally couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would highly recommend.

Mr Rashid provided a professional and compassionate service. He spent time with me ensuring I understood every step of the process. My problem was a very private matter and he made me feel at ease throughout. My operation provided a great result and I am delighted. If I require any further services I will definitely go back to Mr Rashid.

Was left waiting to go home after op - communication breakdown between day staff & evening staff and no follow up appoint for stitch/wound check - had to change dressings myself and contact BUPA for arranging appoint weeks later. Overall staff were lovely but possible lacking in cover/number of staff availability.
