I really look forward to my reviews with Dr Rahman and it was a pleasure to see him again today. My reviews are important checkpoints for me and an opportunity to reflect on how I've really been, and Dr Rahman has always offered support and advice where ever I've identified that I'm struggling. Dr Rahman assessed and diagnosed me with ADHD around 18 months ago. I had questioned for a long while that I maybe neurodiverse, but I was hesitant around being formally assessed for many reasons. I explained all of my concerns in my assessment and Dr Rahman met them all with understanding and reassurance. Thanks to him, I tried medication with a realistic idea of what to expect and knowing if I had any questions or concerns in that titration period - I could contact him. I am so thankful that I did, and that I trusted his advice in how medication may (positively) affect other conditions I had suffered with for many years before - that I hadn't considered were a result of ADHD, rather than in addition to. I am now part of community where diagnosis is frequently discussed and as a result, I understand the impact of assessment experience and ongoing care in how individuals view their diagnosis. I consider myself incredibly lucky that Dr Rahman has made this experience and the process of managing ADHD as positive as it can be. 10/10 would recommend.

Review for Dr. Hill and Kingsbridge North West Hospital I had a fantastic experience at Kingsbridge North West Hospital. Dr. Hill is a phenomenal surgeon — incredibly skilled, friendly, and easy to deal with. He immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. It’s clear that he’s not only respected by his patients but also by the staff; all the nurses spoke so highly of him, both personally and professionally. They even mentioned that they can always recognize his surgical work by the exceptional standard and care he provides. All of the staff were excellent. Sku checked me in — he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process ran smoothly, and I was in and out of the clinic within an hour. I highly recommend paying the bit extra to use Kingsbridge — it’s worth every penny for the level of care, professionalism, and peace of mind you receive.

I had a very successful consultation with Dr Baghai-Ravary. I found him to be thoroughly personable and approachable. Dr Baghai-Ravary was understanding of my concerns and provided clear explanations of my conditions and how they affected my lungs. I was impressed that he had reviewed my past medical history and test results (performed in other parts of the NHS) in advance of our meeting and, during the consultation, assessed additional test data that I had access to. He explained the meaning and implications of all those results in a clear and concise manner. Dr Baghai-Ravary explained his reasoning for a change in medication as part of a clear plan of action that he proposed, both in the consultation and in his letter summarising it. That was two weeks ago and I am feeling the benefits for which I am grateful.

I went for a CT colonoscopy scan. The scan itself and people were amazing. I cannot commend them more. I am thankful for all the professionals who conducted this. HOWEVER, I was appalled by the imaging reception staff who were rude and quite frankly nasty to me. I have never been screamed at by staff to sit down when waiting to ask about my appointment. The woman’s name was Edgy and she was with an older guy with glasses. They evidently were having a bad day and as the reception was a mix of NHS and private patients they felt entitled to talk to everyone in a demeaning manor. I felt insulted and hurt when already nervous about the procedure I was having. They need to learn to be kind to sick people.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

She took the time to clearly explain my MRI results and even drew a diagram to help me understand exactly what was going on. Miss Preshaw went through all three of my treatment options in detail, making sure I understood the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision about my next steps. She was thorough, kind, and incredibly professional throughout — I left feeling genuinely reassured and confident in my care. Highly recommended.

Dr. Cowie took the time to listen to my complex history, talked to me about the options and the research and science behind my options. She understood the situation and was keen to provide effective, holistic support. Previously, I'd seen doctors that did not provide appropriate or up to date care as they didn't specialise in women's health or menopause care. I will be wholeheartedly recommending Dr. Cowie to all my female friends and family, so they can manage their perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms effectively. I felt understood and listened to for the first time in a long time.

I went to see Dr Ugwumadu after being in treatment for a recurrent UTI (where it was noted I had trigonitis) for over a year. Dr Ugwumadu immediately identified that I had local low estrogen (despite not being menopausal) and provided treatment which helped me immensely (with the recurrent UTIs as well as with vaginal issues). He is very kind and compassionate and provides good explanations. His secretary Gail is also lovely and always replies to queries on the phone and via email. If you have been suffering from recurrent infections, I would not hesitate to get in touch with him.

Dr Ashfaq Khan is a highly skilled and experienced consultant. He was extremely patient with all my questions and provided me a lot of reassurance before my procedure. Highly recommend Dr Gan, he completed my operation in 2021 for a large fibroid removal. This was a long operation of 8 hours and I was given lots of care and information afterwards. Mr Gan helped me to retrieve my records and wrote a letter to my consultant years later which has helped support and advise on the correct birth method for me after the operation.
