We decided to visit them after reading their positive reviews and wanted to give it a try. After reviewing my test results, they recommended a three-month course of treatment. The instructions and cooking process were clear and easy to follow. After completing the three months of treatment, I went for another test and was delighted to learn that my FSH levels had gone down, which felt unbelievable and made us extremely happy. That said, I would have liked to learn more about my TCM diagnosis and what it meant, as this was not really explained to me. This was a bit disappointing, as I was genuinely interested—especially considering the cost of the consultations. Communication and transparency could have been better in this regard. However, Professor Au did call us to reassure us whenever he felt it was needed, which we appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with fertility and looking for support.

When interacting with Gary, it's clear how passionate he is about his work. He is very knowledgeable, a leader in his field and it's clear that his main goal is to help families. When we wanted to book an appointment with Gary but we could not make the next available appointment which meant we would have to wait a few weeks, he kindly arranged a phone call to give us some advice in the meantime. When we visited Gary's clinic he was great with our baby, asked lots of questions to understand our concerns, listened and paid attention to the details. We left Gary's clinic with a clear plan of how to move forward and tackle the allergy and our baby's eczema. which he also sent us on email. He kindly offered us his email address should we have any further questions. Overall we had a great experience with Gary and would recommend him to anyone who has a child with allergies.

Throughout my care, Dr Ralphs was precise and explained everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. On the day of my colonoscopy, a screen was positioned beside me so I could watch the procedure, including polyps being removed and biopsies being taken. Dr Ralphs talked me through everything as it was happening, which I found very reassuring, and the procedure itself was very comfortable. My recovery was quick and, apart from mild discomfort for a couple of days, I was back to normal very soon. The follow-up consultation was carried out by telephone at my request and was again extremely informative. I would definitely use Dr Ralphs again and would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend Dr Hull highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and respected. She was compassionate, thorough and took the time to truly listen to my concerns even reviewing the personal notes I had made and taken. At no point did I not feel heard or rushed which has often been my precious experience with other consultants. She is a brilliant rheumatologist, with that rare special combination of clinical expertise and someone who actually listens to their patient - a wonderful bedside manner. She was clear with her explanations and information and gave me time for any questions I may have had. I finally felt like I was in the right hands.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and when I booked in I was able to go straight through to the treatment room. The consultant and 2 nurses were so good with me. They could all see how nervous and anxious I was but made to feel at ease (even held my hand). The procedure was over very quickly without any discomfort. The part that took the longest was booking my next appointment as the computer system had gone down through no fault of anyone at the desk. After that I got myself a cup of coffee and sat and relaxed until it was time to get my bus. Altogether a much less harrowing appointment than I thought it would be!

I have had various symptoms of perimenopause over the last year or so but it came to a head a few months ago when i had a severe panic attack and seemed to develop anxiety. I am finding this difficult to cope with and the GP didn't seem to help me. I met with Dr Colquhoun and she was lovely, provided me with alot of information and advice and took me and my symptoms seriously. As a result I now have a course of action and have had HRT prescribed and a coil fitted. Whilst this is all new to me, i am feeling very positive about this plan and hopeful that I can start to feel like myself again!

I have just had private cataract surgery at Newmedica Norwich, it was an exemplary experience, the staff were so welcoming and the surgeon, Mr Anas Injarie fully explained the procedure and delivered an amazing result. I no longer need contact lens, which I have been wearing for 50 years. Two months earlier Newmedica removed the cataract in my other eye under the NHS. That was a wonderful experience , going private for my remaining eye gave me the flexibility of appointment dates and a premium lens for the best possible vision. I now regret delaying the surgery, I now have two new eyes.

It was a private appoint & I paid for the ILR device. That was fine but I have been disappointed with the follow up since which seems to provide no reassurance that the ILR results are being looked at / reviewed so it is a case of assuming "no news is good news". In my view this is poor, if not unsatisfactory and it seems to me an initial 3 month review email followed by half yearly emails would be welcomed by patients. Also issue of contact phone numbers would be helpful e.g. technical. episode queries
