I am so impressed and grateful with the service you provide. I can not fault anything at all! The running of your clinic was exceptional. On my recent appointment with you, I got stuck in heavy traffic and was 15 min late. I was so worried I would miss my appointment. I phoned the reception team to let them know and they were so helpful and put my mind at rest and said they would let you know and to still attend my appointment. On arrival you called me into your treatment room and again made me feel at ease. I received my treatment and you made me feel that the time constraint was not a problem. Sadly not the experience in the NHS. Your clinical care was outstanding and your manner was so refreshingly and reassuringly appreciated. We also discussed that you see some of my patients from the Lower limb service. You have given me your secretary’s email and if ever we require any advice with any of our complexed patients re infection you would be happy for us to contact you. Gold standard care throughout, thank you!

Due to my individual circumstances there was some confusion in relation to payment and that spilled over onto me personally as well as causing stress across the whole procedure at the outset. This was resolved but exposes the fact that some attention needs to be paid to the way things are looked at and handles when the circumstances fall outside of the general conventions of the service provided. In the end it was all sorted out but the initial confusion and stress could have been avoided. I have no complaints but was a bit surprised at the apparent chaos at the outset. I have no idea if any one aspect was to blame, I think it was probably general confusion in relation to gaps in communication between the parties involved in payment etc.

Mr Jarvis was extremely professional and dedicated. He wasted no time in arranging tests and scans to determine the cause of my discomfort. He was very clear and transparent about the treatment I received. I immediately received reports outlining the procedures and their findings which was extremely comforting. His dedication knew no bounds, when he personally followed up reports needed from Radiology. This, combined with the constant follow ups from his secretary Victoria, resulted in a prompt diagnosis, enabling me to continue with a previously booked trip abroad. I saw Mr Sahu on Thursday 4th December 2025 I was terrified frightened what was going to become of my eye's. What a man, a gentleman a true professional who took his time to explain in detail what was wrong with my eyes and what could be done to help me. The receptionists were incredibly kind getting me a drink when I walked in. I have been feeling very poorly and it was a relief to book in on the same day and be seen. The doctor was so thorough in my consultation. 20 minutes is a good amount of time to have a proper discussion. Antibiotics were needed - the dr sent me a code to give to the chemist to get my prescription. All very easy and straightforward.

We discussed my case and I was reassured by what Professor Eden said and the treatment proposed to the extent that I have booked up with him for carry out a Robotic assisted radical prostatectomy.

He had a great manner with her and was helpful in explaining what may be causing her pain and what the course of treatment may be once we find out more. He was on time, listened to us and we will continue to seek treatment from him once we learn more from tests.

I do agree with one review that for the final visit it would have been good to have the option of a video call as we had to travel a 4hour round trip for a 10mins appointment. He examined me and came up with a treatment plan and organised tests and a follow up appointment. I did have a short wait when I attended for that, but not too long and he did apologise.

I saw a private GP a couple of hours after phoning for an appointment, as I couldn’t get an appointment to see my regular GP. She has a lovely bedside manner and did a thorough check-up. I was very happy, as I always am, with the service at Centennial Medical Centre. The pharmacy on-site is excellent and very handy.
