ENT Surgeon Mr Natesh is absolutely fantastic!!! Honestly I cannot put into words how incredible he is at his job. He is a superb ent surgeon who has extensive knowledge in his area of ears nose and throat neck head etc. I am so glad I came across Mr Natesh he is the best no1 ent surgeon. From consultations to pre op to post op he answered all my questions and listened and was kind and patient throughout even when I asked a million questions as im an anxious person. I had fess endoscopic Sinus surgery and chose Mr Natesh because as soon as I had my consultation with him I trusted his expertise and knowledge and got a good feeling about him. I self funded and it was worth it to ensure I got Mr Natesh. I had my follow up and even before my op and after he still contacted me to answer questions that I continously had. He had no judgement and was understanding he whole time. Even when I was scared to do the sinus rinses he reassured me throughout. He explained things clearly so I understood any results and biopsy I got and he never rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered everything I asked. Im so glad I chose to have surgery with Mr Natesh he made me feel reassured and confident. 5*+++ I highly recommend Mr Natesh and hes the only ENT surgeon I will visit if I ever need to again. Professional friendly understanding and kind you are in good hands.

Aged 42 I had some complex tears in my meniscal cartilage, revealed upon examination by MRI scan. This had been causing me significant discomfort and intermittent swelling behind my knee for many months before seeing Mr Dalgliesh. I am a keen runner and wanted to explore the possible options to get me back at it asap. After already having had a partial meniscectomy approximately 20 years earlier for a different injury, I was particularly concerned this could impact my future running. But Stephen Dalgliesh explained my options and how surgical practices had evolved since. His patience and personable manner put me at complete ease. In order to preserve as much cushioning as possible, it was suggested that he could conduct a meniscal repair rather than a further partial meniscectomy. I underwent the meniscal repair procedure in August 2025. I am very satisfied with the outcome, 4 months on. Mr Dalgliesh used a gold standard approach to my procedure to improve healing and preserve tissue. After careful adherence to post operative rehab, physio and strengthening protocols, I have recently been able to begin reintroducing running again and, on the current trajectory, expect to be increasing my mileage on the trails in 2026. I would rate Stephen Dalgliesh highly and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone requiring assistance of this kind.

I’ll admit, I’m quite squeamish, so previous consultations for laser eye surgery left me feeling uneasy. Meeting Mr. Wevill was a completely different experience—he put me at ease right away and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. I decided to have both lenses replaced with prescription lenses, and honestly, the procedure was quick, simple, and far less daunting than I imagined. Main reception lovely and consultant was great. Imaging receptionist was blunt and frankly dismissive. Now paying invoice for consultation the original price was quoted on phone I found it’s £20 more which isn’t much but when you are self funding every £20 counts! When I complained I was directed to the fees as outlined on my original appointment letter which state it would not exceed £150 which it obviously doesn't but it wasn’t explained that the figure quoted on phone was only an estimate. Pricing should be communicated more clearly for those who don’t have insurance. So far, apart from consultant, a disappointment.

I have had blephaerospasm for several years requiring injections around my eyes and in my eyelids approximately 4 times per year. Dr Baig took over from my previous Doctor who had retired. Dr Baig has an easy well-informed manner than put me immediately at ease. Having injections directly into your eyelids requires enormous trust in the person applying them. I trust Dr Baig completely and feel totally safe. He is also someone who clearly keeps abreast of any developments in. his specialist field which reassures me that I am receiving the correct and most up-to-date treatment for my condition.

I noticed the cleanliness of the office and waiting rooms. A very polite gentleman dealt with our car parking charge and wished us well - this was noted too. We were also kept informed of why the appointment was slightly late - this too was most appreciated since others in the waiting room were going ahead of us despite having later appointments. Simple things do make all the difference. Appointment itself was efficient as was the subsequent X-ray test downstairs. All in all - very pleased.
