He immediately dealt with my varicose veins and pelvic congestion. I now am pain free and have slim legs. Professor Brookes changed my quality of life. Professor Brookes has a charming personality. He is warm, friendly and sympathetic. Medically he is the best in his field. If you are fortunate enough to see him in clinic on the NHS you will notice that he has a big que of patients that only want to see Professor Brookes. I recently relocated back to the UK and required a specialist in Parkinson's, following my diagnosis in the Netherlands. My wife and I found DR Rakshi on Doctify through HCA Healthcare website. I have found the excellent reviews Dr James Rakshi has received to be completely justified. He is an excellent communicator, listener and gave me clear uncomplicated diagnosis. Dr Rakshi undertook a through examination, including an MRI (which i had not had previously). We meet 3 times after the initial consultation and as a result made changes to my medication regime. This has resulted in a much better management of my symptoms and improved nights sleep.

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

Mr Patki immediately put me at ease, answered all my questions honestly and clearly and outlined the risks and recovery details. I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . Facility was excellent, nice and clean as well as lovely and quiet. Instructions weee clear, and the receptionist was extremely friendly, as were the nursing staff I saw. The surgeon I spoke to was excellent, everything was explained and he was more than happy to explain things in more detail if I required, and I didn’t feel pressured to leave, as if I was taking too much of his time. My overall experience was excellent, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.

The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.
