Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. I recently had my gallbladder removed due to having chronic cholecystitis, and chose to have this done by Professor Rob at the Spire hospital due to his outstanding experience and reviews. This was my first ever procedure/surgery, so I was feeling quite anxious about it. From start to finish, Rob made me feel super comfortable and at ease. He explained my condition thoroughly at the initial assessment; even drew me a lovely diagram! He answered all my questions and reassured me how straight forward it would be. The whole experience was excellent and impressive, including the short stay at the hospital. I told my family/friends, if I had another gallbladder to lose, I would do it all again tomorrow! I cannot recommend Dr Vancheeswaran highly enough. She is an incredible doctor who put me at ease immediately during an incredibly stressful time. She is extremely professional but has the most calming, warm and reassuring way about her and made me feel that I was in the best possible hands with total support throughout. I have been under her care for 6 months and you could not ask for more from a doctor and the whole team she works with, from the surgeon she referred me to to her secretary they have all been beyond incredible,, supportive and just lovely and nothing is too much trouble. She is highly respected by everyone who knows her and it is easy to see why, she truly is amazing.

Happy how the appointment went .Any concerns I might have had was discussed in full leaving me reassured that my healing process was on the right track..Also it was reassuring to know that I will receive another appointment in six/ 1 years time to check that both operations on my knees are healing and not causing me any other difficulties.Mr palmer has been excellent all the way through this journey.He been a good listener explaining and reassuring and putting you at ease.Iv have had lots of operations in the pass but Dr Palmer is definitely on the top of my list as Dr/surgeon.

am African and originally from Africa. Today, the young lady who took my blood was extremely kind and very professional. As we were talking, she was friendly, respectful, and welcoming. I was truly impressed by her attitude and the way she treated me. When she inserted the needle to draw my blood, I barely felt anything — she clearly knew exactly where the vein was and performed the procedure with great skill. If people in this world were all like her, the world would be filled with endless happiness.

Kingsbridge Diagnostic and Treatment Centre

Disabled parking wasn’t available at the car park for the Diagnostic Centre or at Outpatients at the main site. In fact, there were no spaces for anyone to park. Although I arrived at the car park in good time, being unable to park meant I had to drive around until I found a spot to park on the street, the very thing that Kingsbridge is advising patients not to do. The onus should be on Kingsbridge, not the patient, to have planned adequate patient parking before offering private patient services.

All members of the team are friendly and welcoming. They have personality and engage with patients. Everything appears to be well organised and runs smoothly. The clinic is clean and fresh. All instructions/requests are explained in a helpful clear manner and staff are attentive and go the extra mile. All staff impress as being very caring. During a recent stay for surgery, everyone with whom I came into contact was very kind and helpful. I felt like I was in very safe hands.
