I had a labiapalsty procedure at The Women's Clinic. I had protruding labia minora and it was really negatively affecting my quality of life, as I was thinking about it obsessively. I was incredibly nervous about it but Amanda and Dr H put me at ease on the day. And the procedure was so quick, I couldn't believe I had spent 10 years obsessing over this and then in about 30 minutes they were trimmed and the problem was gone! I went home afterwards (back to my desk to work) like a massive weight had been lifted, and I felt physically fine. Recovery was straightforward – after a few days I was able to move about cautiously with very minimal pain. Didn't really need pain killers after about 36 hours. I've had an episiotomy and stitches in childbirth and this was nothing in comparison. The only frustrating bit was from 2 weeks in when I felt fine but still had to be careful as the wound hadn't healed yet! You just need to be patient, even though you feel good. One side the swelling went down after a week, the other side was swollen for two weeks longer and i could see the new jelly-like new tissue on the wound; I got worried that it was infected or there was a problem but it was fine, just my lack of patience... After 3 weeks I decided to some short, gentle jogs, and the healing seemed to speed up from that stage. I'm now 3 months post procedure. I'm really happy with the results and have had no issues at all. I honestly just never give my labia a second's thought anymore - it's like it never happened! Wish I hadn't put off having the procedure for so long, that would have freed up so much headspace.

The entire experience was everything you would want it to be. Assessment of my Cataracts through to having the actual surgery. Seen promptly by excellent staff. On the day of my surgery I was looked after by a young lady, Georgie. She was helpful and very caring. The treatment in theatre was a continuation of that care. Medical staff, Ruth, John and consultant Mr Ayad Shafiq gave me medical care that was second to none. The actual cataract procedure was pain free and comfortable. Mr Shafiq briefly explained each procedure as he went along and I think it took around 20 minutes. Afterwards Georgie ran through the do’s and do nots following surgery and gave me other helpful information. A day later, let me just use the use the word, ‘Miracle’ to sum up my actual sight improvement. My sincere thanks to everyone. If I need my other eye treated, I would want the same excellent consultant and staff. Mr Shafiq and team, ‘THANK YOU!’

I appreciated that Dr Farah contacted me via email prior to our initial consultation so I could share my referrals and latest results. I felt that this allowed for a more productive appointment. During my consultation, I appreciated Dr Farah's professionalism, empathy and that he explained things clearly, ensuring that I understood what he was saying. What I found invaluable was that Dr Farah was able to listen and assess all my issues. I believe his ability to understand that things can be interlinked or multiple things are occurring at once is very beneficial and hard to come by. He was transparent with what tests he was ordering, why and what results he was expecting. This helps me manage my expectations. He was also very readily available to assist with additional questions via email.

I had a planned C-section with Professor Oteng in May, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Everything was perfectly organized, from the planning before the birth to all the appointments before and after delivery. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and supportive. They helped us so much during our first days with our baby, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after. The food was delicious, and the view from the hospital was absolutely stunning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are very grateful for the excellent care we received. I would highly recommend this hospital and Professor Oteng to anyone expecting a baby.

This was my first visit and I saw the charming Dr Salih. It's so nice to have a GP appointment where you feel you are important, have time and are listened to. I was made to feel very welcome and I felt that I had every opportunity to ask any questions I had. Dr Salih was very thorough, covered all aspects of my situation and was able to find a resolution. I would highly recommend this service to anyone and I will be joining one of their plans so I'm able to see a GP a certain number of times a year as well as other benefits.

The experience was good at the fitting of the new aids however whilst traveling on my mobility scooter today with a gentle breeze the whoosh in the ears was such that I could not hear traffic which could be dangerous Also at the beginning of the day volume level at 16 was acceptable but at the end of the day it needed to be at 28 to be at comfort level despite being on charge all night Overall disappointing

I think am being taking for an idiot. My filling is already chipped and it has been only 4 days ago. I choose the diamond formula tooth whitening with a blue cast and it was too much as it almost chocked me. I had spits all over me and Dentist telling me not to panic. Also, I had to remove blue cast all over me and on my teeth. I am a private client not NHS. I would like to switch dentist please.
