From our initial conversation, my partner and I felt completely reassured that Dr Jones was the one for us. He made what could have been a stressful journey feel calm and positive. Whenever we needed advice, reassurance, or simply a spark of optimism, he was there for us, always responsive and always supportive. Thanks to Dr Jones, our IVF experience was not just successful but genuinely stress free. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I know I’ll miss his guidance and encouragement for the rest of my pregnancy.

The facility itself was impressively clean, which made me feel much more at ease, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually great! Mr Ghosh was the third surgeon I saw after being diagnosed with breast cancer, and from the very first consultation I knew I was in expert hands. His competence and experience were immediately evident, and this was fully confirmed after my surgery. He performed a lumpectomy and, despite having to remove a very large tumour, he did an exceptional job preserving the shape of my breast. His calm and reassuring manner helped me feel at ease throughout the process, which meant more to me than I can express. I will always be grateful to Mr Ghosh for his skill and compassion. I truly cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had my surgery at The Park Hospital and my experience was excellent. The hospital was very clean and well maintained, and all of the staff were extremely helpful, caring, and professional throughout my visit. I felt very well looked after from start to finish. The food was good, there were free hot drinks available, and the physiotherapy support was excellent. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Park Hospital.

I hadn’t fully appreciated how poor my vision had become and after being short sighted all my life, near sighted requiring varifocal lenses in recent years I now do not need glasses at all as well as all my cataract symptoms disappearing.

I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.
