Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. He always takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand both the problem and the treatment options. Miss Sascha Dua is a great professional—respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. I was very scared to be in a breast cancer unit for the very first time, but she was wonderful at breaking the ice and making me feel comfortable. She was attentive and taught me how to properly perform self-examinations, which made me realise I had always been doing them incorrectly. Her team is also amazing and very caring. They sent me letters in advance introducing the team and explaining in detail how the process works, which was incredibly helpful. My husband and I were very happy with the whole process. I truly wish all doctors’ appointments were this supportive.

Mr Raghav Dwivedi

Mr Dwivedi treated me for a large thyroid lump - I didn't know whether it was benign or malignant and as someone who suffers from anxiety, I was a bit of an anxious wreck in the lead up to surgery. I could not have been treated better by Mr Dwivedi. His bedside manner is excellent, he explained everything very clearly and with empathy, and he put me at ease from the start. I had to have a hemithyroidectomy in order to ascertain whether the lump was cancerous or not (thankfully it wasn't), but the operation was smooth, the recovery was manageable, and the scar is barely noticeable already. All round - I would highly recommend Mr Raghav Dwivedi.

My operation was 3.5 months ago, my check up appointment was supposed to be 4-6 weeks after. This got postponed 4/5 times due to apparent emergency surgery that was known a week in advance each time. I rang and spoke to the surgeons secretary when it was postponed again and I couldnt make the new date due to work, it kept getting postponed and explained I was having problems ( wound opening multiple times and infection ) I was told to leave work, I explained i couldn't due to my job and working away on that date over two weeks, she said we'll if you don't want the new date then don't have it. She was very rude and tone was awful.

Ms Anderco has been a great help in dealing with a complex set of problems, a number of which are not strictly within her specialism. I came to her after waiting a significant amount of time in the NHS referral system with some worrying and hard to explain symptoms. While I don't have a definitive explanation for everything going on, I feel she has gone above and beyond to try and understand the problems, rule out any serious possible causes and assist my progress in the NHS system. Her efforts and explanations have been a great help in reassuring me while I wait for the next steps

I visited twice due to a stiffness in my neck. Rey was exceptionally friendly from the start and I felt I was listened to and he understood the issues I had been experiencing. I was very happy with the treatment feeling a notable difference minutes after the first session. They really do give good customer service and will not try to add extra, unnecessary sessions to get more money - my treatment lasted two sessions, and I was told to listen to my body and get back in contact if and when I need to. I will definitely be going back, even if it’s just for a quick readjustment.

My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

My surgeon Mr David O’Reilly was absolutely brilliant talked me through everything what could happen, the procedure and didn’t leave no details out which made me calm and confident I was in safe hands. My surgeon came to see me before the operation checked I was ok and also came to see me after the operation which I was very grateful for as he talked me through everything that he had done. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing the surgery I had done.

Dr Ridout was very understanding and approachable - an attentive listener, carried out an objective examination and was happy to discuss it together with why she was suggesting the proposed treatment plan. I would definitely recommend this Practice.

Dr Xue Yan Jiang was very welcoming and professional. She instantly put my husband at ease. She explained things in an easy to understand language and gave us time to ask any questions and concerns we had. She gave us options and again explained these thoroughly with us. Since our 1st meeting she has always been pro active in organising my husbands care. Her communication is second to none. I could not speak more highly of her.

I thought this was done at my previous appointment but this did not happen.
