Dr. Kesavan Kandiah

A Colonoscopy is not something one looks forward to, so I arrived at St George’s Endoscopy Unit in some apprehension. But the Unit staff and Nurses were so helpful & friendly, and Dr Kandiah came to talk to me before the procedure where I was able to ask some questions. He explained what would happen and also prepared me for the worst should something go wrong which of course he had to do. Fortunately nothing did go wrong, but at least I was prepared. During the procedure he talked to me and was reassuring as some of it was quite painful despite the sedation and pain killers. And I cannot praise his 2 Theatre Assistants enough , especially the Nurse Ellen who was so kind and cheerful. I did not have a chance to thank her or the male Nurse at the end, but they were wonderful. Very glad and relieved when it was over and Dr Kandiah gave me the Theatre Report and promised a full Report and a follow up consultation in a few weeks’ time. Once again the Unit Nurses looked after me and helped get me ready to leave.-even producing a cup of tea! Thank you to all of them for their hard work, expertise, care and kindness.

I have been very pleased with the care I received from my foot and ankle surgeon. Mr Hariharan. His extensive experience and expertise were evident throughout my consultations, and this gave me considerable confidence in his advice and recommendations. He explained my condition and the available treatment options very clearly, including the advantages and implications of each option. I particularly appreciated that I never felt pressured into making a decision. Instead, he encouraged me to take my time, consider the options carefully and decide what was right for me. As I live some distance from the hospital, he was also very accommodating in arranging a remote consultation when I requested one, which made my follow-up care considerably easier. Throughout my care, I found him to be highly professional, knowledgeable and approachable. I am very grateful for the excellent standard of care I have received and would be very happy to recommend him to others requiring specialist foot and ankle treatment.

I recently saw Dr Baig in July after months of searching for someone who specialises in Cervical Dystonia. At my appointment I instantly felt at ease with Dr Baig. Dr Baigs expert knowledge and experience with Dystonia made me feel like I was finally getting somewhere with my diagnosis and was such a relief to finally get some answers from an expert. Dr Baig took the time to go through every treatment option available and the side effects of each. I decided to go ahead with the botox on the day. I was extremely nervous but Dr Baig gave the botox quickly and easily so much so I didn't even feel the injections. My treatment started to work after a week and I couldn't believe how effective it was and it has made a massive difference to my life which I couldn't be more thankful to Dr Baig for! Dr Baig also followed up with an email and video call to check on my progress etc. I would 100% recommend Dr Baig and will be seeing him again for my next lot of treatment.

I had my initial consultation at Dentafly today. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They asked me to fill in a form with my personal details and medical history for further use. I was seen by two dentists. The first one took an X-ray and proceed to explain what my issues were and the best way of addressing them. Then the second one had a look and confirmed and explained my options. My question were answered throughout and after the consultation in great detail by the professionals, and a very knowledgeable and friendly practice manager called Oscar. Thank you to the whole team.
