Delamere has been a godsend to me. From the first moment I contact them to the final day of my stay, they were warm, professional and caring. Each and every member of staff, from the cleaning teams to the senior leaders has the best interests of guests at heart. Delamere is a caring and friendly community which focuses on the needs of the individual, but in such a way that the programme does not feel over-medicalised. The care and attention given from the nursing team is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand and always have time for questions or queries. The guest liaison team are approachable and helpful as well as supportive and kind. The quality of the group session is excellent and well-thought through to support you on you recovery journey. This is exemplified by the outstanding quality of therapy and mentoring I received throughout my time at Delemere. The chefs are excellent and proved a nutritious and balanced diet which is excellent quality. The team as re also friendly and welcoming. What was special about Delemere is the personal touch. Every member of staff knew your name and was happy to chat about any issues you might have at any time of day. I cannot thank the staff enough for the opportunity they have given me to get my life back on track. I wholeheartedly recommend Delemere for anyone needing their expertise and support.

I initially booked a half hour consultation having suffered from acute urinary retention and therefore 3 months use of a catheter due to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. I found Mr Su-Min Lee very easy to talk to as he has a great sense of humour which put me at ease. He took time to explain the options available to me and let me decide on the best course of action. He was very informative and I didn't feel rushed at all. A couple of days later I decided to go ahead with a Holep operation. I paid to have this privately in my local NHS hospital, Southmead in Bristol. I was offered a date that was about 3 weeks after my initial consultation. He met me again on the morning the surgery to put me at ease and the treatment that I received from the medical team at the hospital was very good. It is now 6 weeks post operation and as far as I am concerned it was a success. My urinary issues are resolved with the exception of the expected slight bit of stress incontinence which is improving daily.

I arrived at 8.50 for a 9 am appointment. Was taken for a urine test which was irrelevant to why I was there and I never saw any results of. At 9.01 I saw the Dr arriving in the clinic. I was told she had a telephone appointment. At 9.15 I saw a patient leave her consulting room and was eventually seen. Despite having filled out the pre questionaire with my medication Dr Carulli couldn't find it but instead wanted to go through them. But then in her covering letter to my GP missed out significant ones like statins. Dr Carulli listed herself as a specialist in Osteoporosis but didn't seem to know a lot - at one point asking why there were two scores in my DEXA scan (one is the T score one is the z score a WEB MD search can tell you that...).

Professor Kidd has been an incredible help throughout my care. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to, reassured, and fully supported. He has been extremely thorough in arranging all the necessary investigations to properly understand what is happening with my joints, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. At every appointment, he was highly knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. I always felt that he genuinely cared about getting to the root of the problem rather than rushing to conclusions. I am very grateful for his professionalism and dedication, and I would highly recommend Professor Kidd I to anyone looking for an excellent rheumatologist.

Dr Laura takes her time to explain everything to me, and she even manages to teach me some medical stuff considering I am a medical student! She is always keen to involve my family and ensure I am fully supported. She has helped me navigate several gynaecology conditions that I have recently been investigated for and diagnosed with. She continues to follow up with me and ensure I am well looked after. She looks at me from head to toe and listens to each of my concerns, no matter what they are, with compassion. She is a true angel who I was blessed with to have as my doctor. I will always sing her praises she is truly phenomenal. I am beyond lucky to have her looking after me. She is my inspiration for when I graduate and become a doctor.

Very happy with the set up all round. Consultant amazingly helpful in comparison. He was extremely knowledgeable and very concerned . I liked the fact that he actually listened when I explained my problem. ( Its tedious even for me to hear so I can understand the need to switch off at times)...!...but obviously extremely painful ! The actual appointment with the consultant was about 30 minutes. He examined me and advised medication for immediately and perhaps in the future. Excellent man ,so nice . I was seeking a progress review as I was 6 weeks into a 12 week treatment plan and wanted to know that things were on track. I was offered a catch up appointment or a tel con review, either to occur within the hour but I agreed to send in some photo's via email. I received a call back from Mr Sidloff within 10 minutes of emailing him in which he was able to reassure me that all looked fine and there was no need for me to see him before the end of Jan 2026, unless I had a concern. So, 10 out of 10 for the speed and helpfulness of his response.

Mr Hussain was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and diligent in getting me diagnostic tests. Following this, he took the time to research the appropriate specialist to refer me to. If it wasn’t for this, I would not have been diagnosed with severe endometriosis so soon after my initial meeting with him. This is a diagnosis I have been seeking for over 10 years.

He made her feel at ease explaining the procedure and rational in a way she could make sense of it. My daughter had her tonsils removed here last week. The whole experience was amazing. The room that she was brought too was lovely and so clean . The staff were all so nice and put her at ease . She wasn’t scared at all and didn’t want to leave when it was time to go . I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the catering staff, nurses , anaesthetist and Dr Greg McBride himself , I couldn’t have asked for a nicer bunch of people to care for my daughter.

It was average. £380 for a 30 min appointment in a Knightsbridge mansion... Disappointing not to be offered any water or tea/coffee whilst waiting and being told to arrive 30 minutes before. Was expecting a high-end service. Felt very basic and outdated, but I cannot fault the clinical service and everyone was friendly. Just feels like a complete rip-off and completely out of proportion cost.
