Dr Duncan provides exceptional care. He made us feel so safe, reassured and happy throughout the process, from the first appointment to the birth and beyond. We are so grateful that we can say we had a magical experience due to him, completely stress-free and enjoyable. He was always available for any questions big or small and gave clear and quick replies. Dr Duncan is a lovely person who clearly loves what he does, which alongside his incredible expertise and experience, provides such comfort. His team and particularly Colette are also so wonderful and go above and beyond to help with any requests. I had a very swift and pretty much pain- free recovery from my Caesarean and the healing of my scar has far exceeded even my most optimistic expectations, which is no doubt due to the expert hands and the great care Keith took during the op. We would not hesitate to sincerely recommend to anyone and hope to go through this journey again with Keith and his team.

Mr Divyang Shukla

I have been lucky enough to have been treated and operated on before by Mr Shukla,, which was why I asked to be referred to him again. Mr Shukla greeted me smiling and was very friendly. He had taken the time to not only review my scans etc for my current visit, but he had also revisited my notes from my operation back in May 2012, which went very well with no further issues. Mr Shukla had also researched my medications, from my notes regarding my open heart surgery in October 2025. My examination was careful, thorough and sympathetic. The explanation of the outcome from his examination and scans was very good and I understood all that was mentioned, with opportunity to ask equations. I did not feel rushed at all and I left the appointment a very happy man, comfortable and confident in what was said. I would not wish to be seen by another Consultant in relation to my medical issues regarding my shoulder. Thank you Mr Shukla.!

I've had a really good experience of RTN. I was referred from my GP on 31/07/25 Got message to complete questionnaires within 24 hours of them recieving referral. Got my assessment booked and completed 13/11/2025 (date I picked) Had the second stage on 29/01/2026 to discuss diagnostic outcome and to discuss next steps. Really helpful, obviously could go down the medication path but was given some really helpful advice on support groups and what GPs can offer in addition or standalone. Really helped discuss and give me an understanding and made me feel valid, great rapport with both video meetings, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Please note that there was just over 8 weeks between first and second appointment (xmas period too) There is approx 8 weeks wait for diagnostic report and 12 weeks wait for medication appointment. But they inform you of this and I've had a really good experience with them.

The Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital

I had an excellent experience at the Lindo Wing. Everyone (midwives, baby doctors, anaesthesiologists) were exceptionally calm, supportive, and reassuring throughout my stay. Every step was clearly explained, and all questions were answered with patience and care. Even with the smallest concern about my baby’s health, a neonatologist was promptly invited to carry out a full assessment, which gave me great peace of mind. I was also supported with my baby’s breast attachment immediately in the delivery room, which was incredibly helpful. The rooms are very well equipped, and during delivery both my and my baby’s heart rates were continuously monitored and carefully assessed. After the birth, we received ongoing guidance on next steps, and both my baby’s and my own health were checked frequently and thoroughly.

I attended Spencer Ashford Hospital which was easy to find and was able to park nearby in the carpark using a Blue Badge displayed. Access was at ground level with no steps. Reception staff greeted me straight away and booked me in, provided necessary to complete my procedure. Toilets were easily accessed just off Reception and there is a water machine free. All staff including the medical team that I saw were engaging, jovial yet professional. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with about three patients waiting. Mr Georgios Papadopoulos explained the procedure that I was undergoing in depth and was unrushed and very calm and inquired whether I had questions. His team were as fantastic ensuring that I was at ease throughout. At no point did I feel under pressure to leave after the procedure.

Mr Wiseman has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which made a huge difference and helped me feel fully informed and confident about the procedure. On the day of the surgery I was very nervous, but Mr Wiseman was incredibly reassuring, calm and kind, which immediately put me at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly and I felt I was in extremely capable and professional hands throughout. I also want to thank the entire team, who were just as supportive and professional and made me feel genuinely cared for. I cannot thank Mr Wiseman and his team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. I’ve been to private clinics before, but nothing has compared to this level of care. Even being asked for feedback shows how much thought and consideration goes into Kidswell Health.

We visited Children's Allergy Cambridge at the end of January 2026 with our 11-year-old daughter for suspected nut allergy testing. Consultant Gary and allergy specialist Rachael were incredibly friendly and attentive, putting my very worried daughter completely at ease—not like a scary doctor's visit at all. They managed the prick testing smoothly and professionally. It was very quick and efficient, with no waiting, but equally felt no hurry and could stay and chat and ask questions without ever feeling like we were outstaying. Clear follow-up advice. Highly recommend — efficient, friendly, caring, and well worth it.

I was anxious and didn't know what to expect during my SABR treatment for Prostate Cancer, but during the Planning Scans, it was explained to me what would happen and how to prepare for the treatments. The treatment was carried out about 2 months later and Dr Rajpar and his staff were extremely caring and considerate. The procedure was done with CO2 laser. The lovely staff even called for and escorted me to my taxi ensuring I got home safely. I was asked to send daily pictures until I had healed. The results are outstanding and my life has been truly transformed.
