Daleswood Health is like a breath of fresh air in the midst of health services in the UK. My GP tries to the best they can but frankly they just cannot be flexible and I'd spend visits trying to to fit in their calendar, leaving me waiting for a rushed 10 minute appointment only to then refer me somewhere else. Something had to change. I'm lucky enough that I can spend a little to get a great service and Daleswood Health really deliver exceptional service. My recent visit was for a mole removal. In and out within 50 minutes and the mole had been removed, fantastic service from Dr Oliver Denton and also not forgetting Mary on reception. So glad I've found them. Definitely my go to for health services and fully recommended from me.

I saw the cardiologist as I couldn’t get appointments at my GP surgery. I was really impressed with the whole procedure. The Consultant was wonderful and was able to reassure me. He listened to me and later explained all the results of the tests. He did an Angiogram on me himself which I thought was a great idea as he could see my heart in real time, no report from a technician needed no wait. I had to have bloods taken by Debbie . A very nice nurse . Again I was made to feel comfortable and reassured with my problem. There is a plan in place and I return to see cardiologist again next week. I will definitely use the facility in the future for myself and family. Due to the chaos that is the NHS at present.

I had a laparoscopic procedure at OSD Healthcare and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly, and I felt well taken care of at all times. The staff was extremely attentive, kind, and professional. Tatiana, who took care of me, is absolutely wonderful — supportive, caring, and always ready to help, which made a big difference for me. The surgical team was highly professional, skilled, and also very friendly, which helped me feel calm and confident throughout the process. I truly felt I was in good hands. During consultations, Dr. Ahmad patiently and kindly listened to my symptoms, provided explanations regarding potential causes and created a clear investigation plan. He also dealt patiently with all my questions (they were plenty!). Regarding procedures, so far have I seen him for colonoscopy which was arranged promptly. It went smoothly and Dr. Ahmad found one polyp which could have easily been missed. At the times when one's feeling unwell, and just wants to get better, the patience, reassurance and empathy really make a huge difference. This is precisely why, apart from his great expertise, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ahmad.

My experience whilst in the care of Mr. Hamouda has been outstanding. He is a positive, confident and experienced surgeon / consultant who put me at ease, listened to my understandable concerns and immediately took decisive steps to meet my needs. The whole process, from initial contact on the phone to discharge from the ward took approximately 8 weeks - superb! I have been given guidance and advice at every step; clear outlining of the diagnosis, the proposed procedure and the post surgery support available. All the staff I have met, whatever their role, have been encouraging, pleasant and professional.

Staff at both the receptions were welcoming , No waiting time . Saw the specialist regarding ongoing issues with my knees and toes, and the he was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, walking me through the MRI images in a way that was easy to understand. All available options were discussed thoroughly, including injections and physiotherapy, and I felt fully informed throughout the appointment. . Overall, a very positive and supportive experience.

My husband and I pay a monthly subscription to Wello which entitles each of us to two full treatments a year. The treatments are first class, very comfortable and also reassuring as any problems will be pointed out. We like the feeling of really clean teeth, the excellent advice we are given on teeth and gum health - the all round experience, in very attractive surroundings, is to be highly recommended

Highly recommend. Online booking process for a GP appointment was easy and so speedy. Lots of parking and no wait times to be seen. My appointment with the GP was so refreshing, he took time with me, was interested and gave me a proper check up. I was prescribed some medication and it was dispensed there and then in the practice. I would definitely recommend having Mr Rajah lead on your IVF treatment. As a person who feared having the treatment he made the whole process smooth an easy to understand with explanations of each step along the way.
