I recently had three wisdom teeth removed at Mr Collier's clinic. I had previously had another extraction with a different dentist and it had been a very difficult removal with a lengthy healing process. Based on my past experience, I was feeling apprehensive about undertaking three extractions at once. However, I can honestly say that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and my experience at Mr Collier's clinic was incomparable. Mr Collier was clear in his explanation of the process, the benefits to me and the aftercare. He was also patient and kind, helping to ease my nerves. The extraction was incredibly smooth and, three weeks later, both sites are pretty much healed. This is such a testament to Mr Collier's skill as a dentist and surgeon - I have experienced barely any pain following my surgery and feel like I can approach any future dental surgery with a lot more confidence and trust. I would like to send huge thanks to Mr Collier and his team, including Michelle, for the incredible standard of care I have received throughout my treatment. I couldn't recommend Mr Collier enough!

Arrived at diagnostics centre and was just expecting a consultation with a further appointment for procedure was feel anxious but was made to feel welcomed and reassured by all receptionist was really pleasant as was my nurse Eileen I believe her name to be. I then met Mr Muen who was very polite, reassuring and empathetic. To my surprise my procedure was carried out within this appointment saving me further anxieties, travel and time. am African and originally from Africa. Today, the young lady who took my blood was extremely kind and very professional. As we were talking, she was friendly, respectful, and welcoming. I was truly impressed by her attitude and the way she treated me. When she inserted the needle to draw my blood, I barely felt anything — she clearly knew exactly where the vein was and performed the procedure with great skill. If people in this world were all like her, the world would be filled with endless happiness.

My recent visit I had my regular checkup and cleaning done and when I came back in to have work done and honestly this place always out preforms makes you completely at ease and the constant advice on how to better maintain my teeth and it’s always done with a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but welcomed the opportunity to talk to the doctor during the visit. The written report, following the verbal followup was not of much use to me as it was written in medical ' code'. Had I had the written table of results to hand before the verbal feedback phone call, it would have permitted me to ask what areas denoted as being H /L were about and how I might make changes if any were possible.

Hi and thanks. All went well and I am very grateful. A couple of suggestions (in that context): 1. Needles aren’t fun! I would recommend more for pre-needle procedure. Also inside of mouth needles could do with some numbing. Overall and by comparison, this would be my recommendation for improvement. 2. Training if one assistant is ok but there was one session that wasn’t fun because of it re suction and forceps etc.

I was seen ahead of my appointment time. Mr Jain observed me walking to his consultation room, an important observation following hip replacement . The consultation was carried out with respect for me. I was not rushed in any way and able to ask questions. My xrays were shown and discussed with me. I can't rate Mr Jain high enough. Excellent .

I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.
