Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

I came in today for surgery feeling incredibly nervous after a bad experience on the NHS previously, all I can say is I am so impressed with how different the process has been with the team today. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and of course Mr Banwell were genuinely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. No question or ask was too much, I truly felt genuine care and warmth from all the staff. They checked on me regularly, reassured me constantly. My pain has been managed incredibly well and Mr Banwell’s precision has most definitely aided this too. I can’t be more grateful for everyone that cared for me today, Thank you all so much.

The Manor Hospital appeared clean, pleasant environment and staff were friendly. There is however one major issue - Car Parking. I nearly missed my appointment despite arriving 35 minutes prior. The car park does not appear adequate for the volume of patients and staff. A vehicle had been parked and blocked the car park, presumably because they thought were going to miss their appointment. This was resolved by creating a one way system which finally allowed me to, by luck, get a space. As an improvement it might be good if when booking, the booker tells the patient of possible alternative car parks in the area that they might have to use?

She was very professional and very knowledgeable, however because of that I was expecting the whole process to be more proactive. She did not have results from the previous process in the NHS hospital (not that I was expecting her to have them, however if I am asked in advance I could have potentially got them). So in the end I paid the insurance provider to be told that nothing could be done privately. Again, the consultation was fine, however I came out from it with the same knowledge (about the situation) I had from the NHS hospital.

Dr Hadjiminas is THE BEST CONSULTANT who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to SECURE EXCELLENCE. He has a fantastic manner he is highly empathetic, super patient and communicates excellently with a gentle directness. He goes at your pace and he will help make the best decisions with you and on your behalf. He travels to top conferences and is up to date with most progressive treatments that can be offered. You will be lucky if you get on his list he is sought out by celebrities and royalty.

Dr Scott Murray was clear, compassionate, and very attentive throughout the appointment. He took time to listen, asked detailed questions about family history, and did not rush the consultation. All results were explained fully and in a way that was easy to understand. He described the condition clearly, answered questions carefully, and remained professional and engaged throughout. I felt listened to and reassured. I would highly recommend Dr Scott Murray as a cardiologist.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of all staff and their efficiency. The whole visit was complete in around 3 hours but at no time was the procedure rushed or carried out without having been well explained in advance. Mr Savvas is an exceptional doctor. He asks lots of questions and is very thoughtful, helpful and caring. He always has clear answers and explanations. As I am self-paying, he bears costs in mind whenever recommending a procedure or test. I trust him implicitly. The staff at the clinic are also extremely friendly and kind.

I needed to have several inoculations for travel to high risk areas. It is possible, but not cost-free, to get this done on the NHS with lots of planning, delays, and waiting for appointments. Or get them all done in one go, here, seamlessly, for a little more cost. Doctor, staff, practice, whole experience all first rate.

Super efficient and super helpful staff. Perhaps the only thing I could say is that there may be too many check-in receptions and at busy times slightly understaffed on certain desks. But overall, the team were super friendly and helpful and I never felt I had to wait too long.
