Caring, knowledgeable and honest. These are the three words that perfectly describe my experience with Dr. Katerina Bambang. When I first came to see her, I had been through the heartbreak of three miscarriages. I was anxious, on edge and honestly quite fearful of what lay ahead. From the very first appointment, she struck the perfect balance: calm and reassuring, while also bringing just the right amount of humour to make the heaviness easier to carry. There were delays and errors with my blood tests (NHS issues, not hers), and I ended up falling pregnant before my results even came back. At my early scan, it was too soon to see a heartbeat; something I had been through before when it ended in a missed miscarriage. I was terrified. But Dr. Bambang was incredible, making me feel safe, seen and supported. I could not have wished for a better doctor to guide me through it. Thankfully, by the next scan, we had a heartbeat and I felt like she shared in our happiness. When the blood results eventually came in, she went above and beyond. She prioritised my case, made time to review everything, prescribed the right medication and even moved my appointment forward to make sure I was fully supported. She truly “held my hand” - figuratively speaking - until it was time to pass me on to a specialist midwife for the rest of what turned out to be a healthy pregnancy. To me, she is nothing short of an angel - one with brilliant medical expertise, genuine care and even a great sense of humour. I will be forever grateful for her guidance and support during such a difficult, important and eventually beautiful chapter of my life.

I had my diagnosis of ADHD back in May 2025, this was quite an emotional process for me. Luckily I had the support of my best friend and my mum. I then underwent my titration with the Kamran who was nothing short of amazing. He was patient and listened to my concerns and provided advice according to my needs. And ensure to keep track of all symptoms and the nature of their improvements over time and navigated this amazingly especially as I have high blood pressure. I have been supported with my shared care and this has been taken over by my GP. I am doing so much better with general everyday life. It is not an easy process by any means. It was and expensive and timely process. And there is a lot of back and forth at times due to automated messages which caused me some confusion at times. But you will always be answered via email or phone call if you have any concerns. Thank you so much to Shanice in Admin, Oliver who completed my assessment and Kamran my pharmacist. I am hoping once I have the finances avaliable I can return for support therapy to help me navigate through other aspects of having ADHD.

Mr Niall Sullivan

From the initial consultation, which included pre-op assessment almost immediately after, I felt very included in all aspects of my procedure for total hip replacement. The procedure was explained to me clearly with any risks involved. I was seen by a physio to run through what would happen following surgery and any equipment I would need was explained. On the day of surgery I was seen by Mr Sullivan to discuss the operation and also a visit from the anaesthetist. Following surgery I was visited by the physiotherapist, I was able to stand and walk a few steps, I was also checked and given adequate pain relief. The following day I had bloods checked and a further visit from the physiotherapist to check I was walking safely with crutches and could use the stairs before discharge. The pharmacist also came to run through my medication.

I have never been able to put contacts in and yet he skilfully did this and clearly puts his patients at ease. There was a clear explanation about the type of eye tests and reason for the eye tests and he listened to all answers of questions he asked. I felt reassured and could ask any questions too.
