My overall experience at the clinic was exceptional. When I first booked my appointment it was scheduled for a week later, but I asked whether there might be any cancellations before then. The team were incredibly helpful and thoughtful — they called me back and arranged for me to be seen the very same day. From start to finish, the service was efficient, compassionate, and reassuring. At what was a very anxious time for me, everyone I dealt with was kind, responsive, and professional. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout my visit, and I am extremely grateful for the outstanding care I received.

Mr Gordon successfully completed a Trans Urethral Resection of the Ejaculatory Ducts (TIRED) procedure. This has significantly improved my previous symptoms of pelvic pain and prostatitis caused by swelling of the seminal vesicles. . He explained very clearly the rationale for the procedure, what would be involved and the risks. The follow up and treatment post operation was excellent. He was very responsive to queries, and his secretary was hugely helpful and responsive too. I was confident that I was in very capable hands of a leading expert in his field.

It is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Each patient (and accompanying person) seemed to have a good interaction with the staff. There was a good discussion with Mr. Smith on the situation with respect to the eyes and possible treatments which may also need to be done elsewhere. He listened to my comments and questions and responded in a clear way. During the treatment care was taken to warn me of any possible pressure on the face, but Mr. Smith has a light touch so there was never any problem. All three treatments in 2025 were done very well.

Not a paticularly pleasant experience. Was attentive and caring before procedure, after procedure just wanted me up and out, even though I was in a NES non epileptic Seizure. I Signed the water against doing a pregnancy test, as I am non-binary and Asexual and never had sex in my life....but was harassed, called a lier by the aeneathiatist who was demanding i took one. After refusing was treated with distain by her afterwards. I am putting in official complaint as this treatment is illegal and unlawful

I had an excellent experience at the hospital from start to finish. The facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, taking the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions I had. Their kindness and attentiveness made a stressful situation much easier, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit.

All the staff I came into contact with today were very kind. At each stage I had an explanation of what would happen next, and they checked in I was ok. Every colleague that spoke to me asked if I had any questions. There was only a few minutes between each stage and the clinic is really comfortable and clean. All the staff on the ward, theatre and recovery were very friendly and helpful. I was in room 5 and while l waited in the theatre gown I was cold. I was asked to change 3 hours before I was called to theatre. I noticed one of the radiators was not working which I reported on discharge. The actual procedure went very well and was kept informed of all things that were happening.
