Orthopaedic Innovation should not be looking for customers , they really are extremely good and if it was possible, I would award them more star ratings than any one else .They should not to be compared with others , they are exceptionally good . Having decided to go private , realising that the poor NHS is financially stretched to being broke . Which is not surprising when I see the vast majority of British people getting benefits beyond their needs and basically exploiting the system for all its worth . My experience, is personally compared to “ Spire “ . I initially phoned ( O I ) on the 03/10 25 , to be given my first appointment with Professor Adrian Wilson on 06/10/2025 , at this time I was assessed as being in need of a right hip replacement, after various test to confirm my health was capable of such a major operation, I was given a date being 27/10/2025 . I arrived at the Harley Street , Weymouth Hospital, early morning after a long taxi ride. I was greeted by professional staff and taken into a ward to prepared for the operation and fully aware of all the people involved . Throughout the day , I met Dr Kristian Kley , the surgeon, and the entire team . When I eventually was called into surgery at 18.30 p M , I was fully aware of being cared for by a well organised team of professionals. Without hardly a worry , I recovered from my procedure at 20.30 pm To find I was able to immediately walk , without the enormous pain in my hip . After the best nights sleep in five years , I awoke , got washed and dressed , had a lovely breakfast brought to my private room . At 10am I was give the consent from Dr Kristian Kley to go home . With the taxi organised, I was back in my house in Norfolk able to walk up stairs and around my house and garden , with just my walking stick . Three days later , I was driving my manual motor car , I even sat on my ride on lawn mower and cut my lawn for two hours , amazing myself that was the first time in years that I had no pain in my hip joint . I was of course in some pain , having expected some discomfort by any one having their body cut open in an operation , but not enough to compare with an arthritic hip joint . My scar is just 75 mm long and without any stitches or staples it has fully healed, to a point of becoming virtually invisible . Now after almost a year of having this operation , I cannot thank Dr Kristian Kley , Professor Adrian Wilson , the Weymouth Hospital and their dedicated staff enough . My personal experience has been amazing . To explain to everyone I meet , to what has apparently been a major operation , of my amazing story . feel I should justify my experience with complete honesty. I then explain that yes I did go to Harley Street and it should be at a considerable cost , to probably be treated by world renowned surgeons , that are thought to be available to just the rich and privileged, but I have to correct this notion . Orthopaedic Innovation , I feel , for the benefit mankind offer their unbelievable service at a price that is actually considerably cheaper than most private practices in Britain . I did not know before agreeing to go ahead with the hip procedure, by Orthopaedic Innovation what the price was , I knew what Spire charged , and fully expected to pay far more money at Harley Street . The most pleasant surprise for me , even with taxi fares back and forth to London I was paying less . My story of my personal experience at Orthopaedic Innovation needs to be shared , with just one body to look after this service is highly recommended . Regards Sean O.

After suffering a serious accident last year, I was told that I would likely always walk with a limp and that I had a long road of rehabilitation ahead of me. I decided to use True Physio for my rehabilitation, and it has genuinely been one of the best decisions I could have made. A massive part of my recovery has been down to my physio, John. He has been absolutely brilliant from day one. His knowledge, encouragement and determination to keep pushing my rehabilitation forward have been incredible. He’s known exactly when to push me harder and when to adapt things, and I honestly don’t think I would be anywhere near where I am today without him. Thanks to John and the fantastic team at True Physio, I’m now around 12 months ahead of my original recovery timeline. Even my surgeon has been amazed by the progress I’ve made, especially considering the original prognosis. The care and support I’ve received throughout the whole process has been second to none. John is an exceptional physio and a real credit to True Physio. I genuinely can’t thank John and the whole team enough for what they’ve done for me. I went into this being told I would always walk with a limp, and the progress I’ve made since then speaks for itself. I couldn’t recommend John and True Physio highly enough.

I recently received a combined adult assessment for ADHD and ASD by the ADHD Health Clinic after being told by multiple people that I may be neurodivergent. Sai kindly provided my assessment. I thought the process was very simple, transparent, flexible and in-depth. From my experience, Sai was a warm, compassionate and experienced practitioner, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. I really appreciated explanations of my diagnoses at the end of the assessment, further treatment information and recommendations for counselling approaches that would benefit me in the future. This helped me feel more empowered about my presentation, current and past difficulties. It was initially difficult for me to source an in depth assessment and report about my condition. It took me a year to find the right support with your clinic, and I am glad that I did. I can say that I highly appreciate my positive experience with ADHD Health Clinic and Sai who were able to provide this. Thank you so much to Sai and the wider team for providing me and others this invaluable support. I look forward to working with you for further treatment and support. I would highly recommend the clinic to others for specialist and experience support around neurodiversity with a five star rating.

Mr Su-Min Lee was extremely professional, kind, and took the time to fully explain the procedure, including some previous knowledge gaps that i had from my time as an NHS inpatient where it was hard to understand or get hold of a doctor long enough to get an explanation. My situation was that i had a kidney stone, and i was in extreme discomfort. I had spent 3 nights in an NHS hospital where an emergency stent was inserted to save the kidney, but i still needed to have the stone removed. It was at this point i referred to Mr Lee and the whole experience start to finish was extremely smooth, from the initial consultation where he explained my condition, what the NHS hospital had done, showed me my previous xray results and then fully explained the next steps. He then got me in extremely quickly for the procedure itself as well as the third and final procedure to have the stent removed, all whilst i would've still been on a 3-6 month NHS waiting list for the stone removal. Mr Lee even attended the hospital the following day after surgery to check in on me, and i found out this was his day off, so he really did go above and beyond. Cannot recommend his services enough, extremely pleased, and i'm no longer in pain! Thankyou again!

He is extremely competent, confident and professional, and you can immediately tell that he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I am genuinely grateful to him and feel very fortunate to have been under his care. I truly believe he played a huge part in saving my life. I cannot recommend Chrissie highly enough. She operated on me for my mastectomy two years ago and my inflator surgery just two weeks ago, and every step of the way she has been absolutely amazing. Even commenting that she will be popping in to check on my inflation each visit I make. Even though being told that I had cancer was difficult, Chrissie made the news easier to bear and my recovery feel achievable. She has such a wonderfully calming presence, is incredibly knowledgeable, and explains every current and future process clearly and thoroughly. You are completely in safe hands with Chrissie. She is conscientious, meticulous, and genuinely caring. Thank you so much, Chrissie. It was such a pleasure to have my hearing tested (again) through this company. Everything about the experience was positive and relaxing. The premises are lovely and the environment is calm. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the frank advice about my treatment options going forward. It’s great that this annual test is free following my purchase of hearing aids through them five years ago. They also checked my hearing aids to make sure they are working properly and that I know how to use them to their full benefit. The appointment includes wax removal (if required). I highly recommend this company.

Alison is exceptional and we would highly recommend her for a holistic tongue tie assessment. We were warned that many doctors will simply perform the procedure without full assessment of the feeding ability. Alison does the opposite - it was a detailed and thorough appointment looking at everything before determining best course of action. For us, that meant no action was taken. Having Abbie join for the lactation consultancy was an added bonus. Abbie was amazing and so knowledgeable and able to advise on latching and positioning in the room. On entering the building I was greeted by a very courteous, friendly and efficient receptionist. I was then shown to a very comfortable and relaxing waiting area. Dr Mackay introduced herself and took me through to her consulting room. She was extremely reassuring and knowledgeable and soon diagnosed the issue that many visits to my local practice had failed to identify. She clearly explained the probable cause of my condition in terms that I understood and went on to give the resolution. After months of pain and frustration at repeated visits to my practice with no progress I am sure my relief was obvious.

I started seeing Dr. Anita for severe shoulder and neck pain, and from my very first visit she made me feel completely comfortable. She was so attentive to my symptoms, really took the time to listen, and followed up after our first session with an exercise plan. I genuinely enjoyed every session with her. Her bedside manner is lovely, she’s always super warm & pleasant, clearly very knowledgeable, and always managed to make me laugh too. By my third session I was already feeling significantly better, and by the sixth I’d honestly say I was fully healed. I’m so so so so grateful for the care she gave me.

From initial consultation to surgery everything went swimmingly. The clinic at Ratho was a calm, friendly and professional space. Diagnostics were slick and Abby, Pauline, Catherine and Maria all made me feel at ease. Consultant Jonathan Foulds undertook my surgery which went very well. No pressure during consultation phase but great lengths to ensure I was listened to and came to best decision for me. I am 9 days post surgery and all well. My world is brighter and vision improving daily. I would certainly recommend this clinic for cataract surgery. Pre and post surgery service exceptional.

I was delighted to find that Mr Khan was performing this second cataract surgery because he did the first one which has been amazing with no complications at all. It is now a week post op for this second op and everything has settled down perfectly.
