I wanted to come on and help with any concerns that maybe in thoughts, in regards to surgery in the areas I have had. Over the past 10 years I have had the misfortune to be blessed with interstitial cystitis, a cyst on my ovary, Vulval intraepithelial neoplasia and an enlarge cervix with fibroids, that had prolapsed leading to needing a hysterectomy at 49. Had it not been for Dr Griffiths I would not be able to live the life I am now. I have had several operations to resolve these issues, all of which I have elected to go ahead with myself, there is no pressure to do so, David is there to offer his expert knowledge and guidance, but the decision is always mine and my hysterectomy took my a few years to feel in the right place to go ahead. I wish I had done this sooner, it was straight forward and plain sailing, all of my ops have been, his after care and measures put in place to help has made David someone I trust completely. As I started my path on my health journey, I was incredibly anxious, David took that anxiety away. He listens, takes on board your needs, and makes them a priority not a hinderance. David also diagnose a small patch of white skin, whilst I was in for something completely different. Something I am very greatly for, as it was VIN, as he suspected. This was removed and I now have 6 month check ups with another team to check it hasn’t return. Had he not have seen and caught this, I may have ended up in trouble. Have no doubts Dr Griffiths is for sure your first point. Hugely thankful for all his help.

Firstly Dr Conrad was clear in his explanation of exactly what a PAE procedure was about both in having it done how possible after effects could be slightly disturbing and how long after the procedure could I hope to notice the effects . I went ahead and duly had a MRI scan and another scan and an Ultrasound When the results were received by my Specialist he noticed something in the bladder and arrange for me to see a Urologist to check the bladder The findings were a thickening of the urethra which was dealt with.satisfactorily. I then had another consultation with Dr Conrad and agreed to go ahead. The whole procedure was done quickly on a most professional manner with every member of his team keeping me informed of how things were proceeding because of my age Dr Conrad arranged gift me th spend the night in the hospital And the only problem was being told off by the nurse for not calling her to use the bathroom. I duly saw my Specialist for a chat before leaving and was given his telephone number and told to contact him on a daily basis This I did and have since had folllow up scans etc to check the results These all seem to be good and I am much better for having the procedure. I still have a box of pain killers UNOPENED I have since arranged another phone meeting to discuss which tablets I can stop I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Conrad Von Stemple and have had no hesitation in recommending him to friends who are experiencing prostate problems. This must be the answer to invasive surgery .

I have had sleep disorder issues for many years, After I spoke to Dr Kovoor about the pain I was having with my rheumatoid arthritis he addressed the issues I was also having with my sleep. It was a relief to finally have someone who took my other issues seriously; namely insomnia and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I wasn’t even aware of these sleep disorders and just thought it was something I had to live with. I believe that Dr Kovoor’s unique background and knowledge in Sleep disorders is the reason my issues were addressed and are being treated. I found Mr Sarfraz to be very polite and friendly with a good sense of humour. He fully explained everything that would happen during my operation to repair a large inguinal hernia. I was amazed on waking from the operation to find that I had absolutely no pain at all, after years of having to be careful about how I moved or even turned over in bed. I was fully mobile on the same day as the operation and was able to go out and socialise the very next day. It's five weeks now since my operation and I still haven't experienced any pain at all apart from a few nips from the stitches. It feels likely a whole new start for me and I'm extremely grateful for Mr Sarfraz's skill and kindness

Dr Arif was very impressive. She spent a lot of time listening to my story and created a pathway forward when I went in with little hope and not being entirely sure what help I was looking for. Was a much better interaction than what I had with my NHS GP recently who told me there was pretty much nothing that can be done for my condition, that it's just a lifelong condition with no treatment and to only come back if I need help at some point with fertility support which this condition impacts.

I wasn’t acknowledged as a carer as well as an apartment until the lady with the menus asked me and made sure I had food. My son wasn’t offered food after doling back From Surgery, I had to request it. Very clean. Hard to navigate if you aren’t familiar with the place. Parking is an issue. Nurses in the treatment room are amazing. Overall very good but very expensive if you haven’t got insurance.
