Mr Radu Mihai

Once I had decided to undergo the surgery at the Manor Hospital, Mr Mihai contacted me the next day and made contact via a telephone call to make all the necessary arrangements regarding the procedure date. Once I arrived at the hospital Mr Mihai visited my room and explained the surgical procedure in detail and what he would expect to happen and that i would need to stay overnight. On the day after the procedure, Mr Mihai once again visited my room, offered further explanation as to what had occurred during the surgery and what the follow up process would be. In all honesty I cannot find any fault with his approach or his care. Three weeks after the Surgery Mr Mihai once again contacted me via a telephone call to see how I was progressing and to assure me that all of the biopsy's and tests had proved a positive result. Blood test have been requested and results are expected soon.

I can honestly say Mr Machin was extremely professional and informative during a recent visit for our 15year old daughter. During our visit his focus of communication was inclusive of my daughter at all times throughout the consultation and he clearly explained everything at a level she could understand. This was very important for my daughter and left her feeling much happier with a clear plan and direction. Following our private consultation Mr Machin took further time to contact and discuss with the NHS consultant. This has allowed further support for her management and a plan, supporting them with what was described as a complex case. We now have a clear plan and direction for her future care and management and our very thankful of Mr Machin's time and experience.

Dr Shaw was amazing,, he was so thorough and took the time to explain the purpose of each test he completed. He then clearly explained my condition, and gave me a detailed plan to follow, which again he explained perfectly. Not once did I feel rushed , and Dr Shaw had great knowledge of dizzyness. The whole process of my Total Knee Replacement was handled in an excellent way. Pre-op, everything clearly explained and actioned. Operation was very successful with Mr Pegrum always available and proactive in managing the process to ensure the best possible outcomes from the procedure. He always provided high level guidance in managing my recovery towards my desired goals. I am now back to skiing, padel tennis, Pilates, and high level Seniors cricket. I cannot thank him and his team enough for their excellent work.

After enquiring with the clinic I had a online appointment with Dr Jacques and it all went as planned and was easy to access. I knew I was prepared for it with what I wanted us o discuss having been on part of the HRT before that I could not get on the NHS. Dr Jacques gave me the time to talk and she listened. The conversation was helpful, positive, reassuring and I had my HRT delivered to me in Scotland the next day! I will use Time to Pause Clinic again if I ever need to, great service and attention.

From the very first appointment he just had this way of making me feel completely calm — which if you know what I was going through, was no small thing. He performed my PFO closure and was so reassuring and positive throughout the whole process, genuinely helping my headspace more than he probably realises. His expertise is obvious but it’s the way he makes you feel that really stays with you. So grateful to have been in his hands.

This was my second time visiting Surrey Foot and Ankle Clinic concerning an injury to my left foot. On both occasions I was accompanied by my wife. During my first visit my wife felt faintish and the staff at the clinic looked after her really well by providing her with a bed, ventilation and water. Arranged the appointment at the St John & St Elizabeth Hospital, which is close to where I live. The Cardiology department is run very efficiently and the ECG and CT Angiogram tests were performed on time and very professionally. I saw Dr Lockie twice and found him to be very clear and straightforward in his assessments and suggested course of treatment. I would be pleased to recommend Dr Lockie to anyone with any Cardiovascular issues.

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy due to experiencing a lot of pain. I had previously seen Dr Manny about 10 months before, and the issue had somewhat returned. The entire experience was first class in terms of treatment and the nurses during the procedure were also super. I have had a follow up call this morning and will have a follow up again in person in 8 weeks. All dealt with brilliantly. I couldn’t recommend more highly.
