I moved to London about a year and a half ago and when I arrived my skin was a MESS. I was referred to Agnes by a friend of mine and I’ve been seeing her every couple of months ever since. I’m not always an easy customer so when I say someone is amazing trust and believe that they’re the genuine article. Agnes is never pushy, she listens, makes recommendations and is genuinely one of the kindest and nicest people I’ve ever met. I’m lucky that her practice is near my office but even if it wasn’t I’d still be going to her (frankly, I’d take the central line in the middle of a heatwave for one of her laser face treatments!). You’re in good hands with Agnes, I’m a big fan!

Mr Elsherbiny has a very kind and caring nature about him. He makes you feel at ease and you truly believe that he wants the best for you and that he knows you. Arriving to my appointment was checked in, only a 15mins wait i was asked to go through to have drops in before the procedure which was done by a lovely lady who was looking after me.. once i was ready for the procedure Mr Khan came to take me in, he was very kind explained everything that would happen, such a relaxing atmosphere caring putting you at ease. M Khan finished the op and can honestly say it only took 15mins never felt a thing, all the team were brilliant thankyou to everyone there.

1st appointment with Dr Davies. Misread the app as to parking but the sign was obscured by foliage - in my defence we drove 60 miles to get there on hottest day of the year (so far). Got to ask the questions I wanted answers to. All staff very helpful. Venturing up to Boots pharmacy for my prescription was a bit stressful when they told us the wait was 2.5 hours! We sat there and waited after telling them where we lived and to be fair, they came up with the goods after just over 1 hour.

I was seen to very quickly by a lovely optometrist who talked me through the procedure, was given several tests before going in to see the surgeon who did the procedure effortlessly and it was all done in less than 5 minutes, I was only originally scheduled for one eye but he said the second eye was starting to show signs of deterioration so he just did that one as well at no extra charge. Delighted with the result.
