The precision and minimally invasive nature of the procedure resulted in significantly less discomfort compared to traditional surgery. The smaller incisions, which you can barely see, 3 weeks post op this procedure not only reduced scarring but also contributed to a quicker recovery time, allowing me to return to my daily activities much sooner than expected & travel on our planned holiday. Mr Osama Naji & his surgical team at The Princess Grace Hospital were exceptional, providing thorough explanations and support throughout the process. Post-operative pain was minimal, which greatly eased my recovery journey. Overall, the benefits of advanced technology combined with expert medical care made this procedure a positive and reassuring experience. I would highly recommend considering a robotic hysterectomy for those who are suitable candidates, as it offers both effectiveness and efficiency with a smoother recovery.

Having had the need to require two replacement hips I could not have had better treatment and success from Mr Patco and his team at Spire. They made me very at ease on both occasions and explained the benefits that would be made in the long term. Although quite nervous at first the anethetist was super and helped to alay the fears I had from the start to completion I can highly recommend their expertise in the orthopedic field. Dilligent exercise to help muscles recover is a must as advocated and explained by the physio team, especially as I was so unfit prior to my operations. My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. I recently had a procedure done in Kingsbridge, Ballykelly, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. Dr. Declan Quinn was absolutely amazing — professional, reassuring, and the surgery was a complete success. She was so attentive throughout the night, constantly checking in and ensuring I was comfortable. She kept me completely at ease and truly went above and beyond. I was delighted by Cardiff Gate. I had a PSA blood panel. I would be HUGELY delighted if you would consider the following: Blood tests at Sancta in Swansea could gather blood work across greater Swansea Bay. As a suggestion to you, please consider offering that on ONE of your 2 visits per week to Sancta. say, offer morning bloods? Then charge clients a small extra fee to cover a courier to run them all back to Cardiff at midday. You don't really offer such a Bloods service ain Swansea at the moment and it would cover its costs and bring in regular business.

No complaints about the staff or the appointment. BUT: 1. The waiting time for a porter to wheel a disabled patient was too long. The only wheelchair available for use by an accompanying person was seriously damaged [no footrests]. 2. the wait by the lifts took 28 minutes. After selecting the floor we needed, it kept saying lift C, then changed to E then A and so on. A nightmare. They need more porters [who are always unfailingly nice and polite] and more wheelchairs, and a better system.

The consultant we met with was excellent. I have a considerable amount of experience working with Medical professionals and I must be honest that I have never come across a doctor who was patience, informative and extremely thorough as he was. He worked diligently asking questions with depth and his expert opinion was provided in a manner without jargon all the technicalities, which could cause confusion for patients.

I had a very complex medical history and often worry about sharing that complexity with Doctors but with Mr O Neill i did not feel rushed, he took the time to understand the inter relating issues and approached my treatment very thoroughly.

I have like a fine mist on the eye which I had treatment on, when I drive at night it is like driving at night in fog, I get more reaction from on coming vehicles which I did not have before. My optometrist contacted you for a referral and was told my eyesight was good enough and would not see me under the NHS but I could go private

I was promised two Salamol CFC blue inhalers u only got one I came back after 30 days but it hadn’t been registered I was told it was to early to get another one I said “ I’d be made to pay when I came back ?” & I’ve been back I only got one Salbutamol I’m not paying for another consultation I need another inhaler please look into it Ms Sue-Ann S

The only negative aspect of my visits is that on my first appointment the radiographer who I was due to see had apparently not been informed that I had arrived. Consequently there was a wait of just over half an hour before I saw him.
