From the big friendly smile on Steve Lewis' face as he opened the waiting room door and called me into his consulting room I knew we would get on well. He soon realised that I was the sort of patient who wanted to know exactly what he would do to correct my deviated septum and he spent time in explaining the procedure and the recovery. He has done a great job and the difference it has made is fantastic. Next step is to get back my sense of smell and taste, a journey that he has started me on and has fully explained to me the chances of achieving. Thank you Steve.

I asked Dr Banerjee for an opinion on recommended heart surgery. His patient care was exemplary. He went through the pros and cons of the surgery with me carefully and thoroughly - and gave me additional general advice about maintaining good heart health. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. I particularly appreciated his high emotional intelligence. He appreciated that I was anxious about the surgery and gave me the reassurance I needed as well as medical advice. I recommend him very highly.

Dr To is outstanding: she combines rigour and expertise – the finest measurements, most thorough exams – with a kind, clear, decisive manner. My husband and I had a complicated pregnancy history and Dr To helped us navigate decisions about testing, scans, and delivery timing so we felt like we both knew what we wanted AND understood why. We also came in with more base knowledge than your average couple and Dr To was happy to use more scientific terminology, rather than sanitise or overly 'translate' anything.

This is a truly excellent service. I had been to another ear wax removal specialist a few days earlier who had failed to unblock my ears after half an hour of trying. I have a particular shape of ear canal that causes the wax to sit stubbornly on the ear drum. Rekesh is very personable and knowledgable and has a lovely comfortable treatment room. Within a few minutes he had completely unblocked both my ears, almost effortlessly. I was delighted and I highly recommend this service.

The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.

Dr Corden listened careful to my questions and gave clear answers. He had checked the tests I had listed on my initial form and after hearing my history told me his concerns and suggested how we should proceed. He suggested I see him next on the NHS or if I wanted to speed up the process, continue with private treatment. As there is no great urgency I decided on the former option. The consultation was relaxed and Dr Cordon very approachable.

Mr Murphy was extremely efficient and effective. He advised me that the local anaesthetic was the worst part (he was right) but what struck me was how swiftly (and painlessly) he adjusted BOTH big toe nails. I was pleasantly surprised to be walking out without any pain or complications after 30 minutes. Thank you Anthony, and thank you also for the post operative advice you sent to me to assist a full recovery

Getting over the perceived stigma of wearing a hearing aid in my early 60's the use of high quality aids was a game changer. Nick has looked after me ever since (I need regular checks and "hoovering"). I have introduced him to many friends who have, likewise, realised that aids make a huge difference.

I underwent a HoLEP operation carried out by Mr Brewin and his team. Both the operation and my recovery have been excellent. Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.

NLM Clinic in Doncaster provides you privacy of consultation. It is located quite central, however not on the main road, which means that the privacy is maintained at all times. The environment is calm and comfortable. You are offered a drink on arrival and the consultation room, despite being small is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Consultation for msk issues. Warm and open consultant. Asked lots of questions to understand the symptoms, impacts on my wellbeing and possible causes. I was provided with an initial diagnosis and for added assurance refrerred for imaging. Managed to get an MRI in good time. The MRI appointment was efficient and professional.
