    Mr Waseem Saeed

    Plastic Surgeon

I had a primary open septorhinoplasty with Mr Waseem Saeed in October 2025, and from my very first consultation, I knew he was the surgeon I could trust. I had been to several consultations beforehand, but none gave me the same sense of confidence. He clearly understood the issues I had with my nose and explained exactly how he could address them. He was honest, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring, everything about his approach felt right from the start. My entire experience has been exceptional. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery was honestly amazing. I had minimal swelling or bruising, no complications, and the whole process was pain-free. The aftercare has been outstanding. Every follow-up has been thorough, supportive, and personalised, and I always felt listened to and well cared for throughout the journey. When my cast came off, I could see immediately that he had achieved exactly what I asked for and genuinely even better than I imagined. My nose looks natural, refined, and balanced with my features. Even at the early healing stages, I was thrilled with how everything had been done. What truly sets Mr Saeed apart is his honesty, precision, and his ability to deliver realistic and natural results. He never overpromises, he explains clearly what he can achieve and guides you through every stage so you feel calm, informed, and confident. His attention to detail and the level of care he provides make the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I am genuinely so happy with my result and incredibly grateful to Mr Saeed and his team. Choosing him was one of the best decisions I have made. I would confidently recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty, his skills, professionalism, and patient care are exceptional.

I waited over an hour to be seen for my pre admission appointment. After being admitted and been shown to my room I was left for 5 hours in a cold room without anyone checking on me or giving me information about when my operation would be. Staff only turned up when I called and was then able to get some water as I was then advised that my operation was being delayed for a few hours. Short staffed. Slow to respond to buzzer calls. Staff always seemed to be busy doing something else other than looking after patients. Quite noisy ward during the day with people’s loud voices/laughing. Outdated facilities, no overhead bed light so had to have the main big room lights on all the time, which I could not control. I was moved to a different room after my operation as the first one did not have sufficient heating. The en-suite bathrooms are very outdated. Very short shower hose. In my second room there were 2 Rentokill boxes in shower. 50% of staff were friendly. I had major abdominal surgery. My night nurse was very compassionate and took very good care of me for 2 nights. I was discharged with the insufficient amount of painkillers to take home and without a physio assessment or much information about what symptoms to look out for and how to help recovery. I had to contact my own GP to get enough painkillers. Once discharged I had to walk with my husband all the way to the car at the pickup parking as there was no porter or wheelchair available. I had given 1h notice and then let her know again 10minutes before my husband arrived to collect me.

I had two appointments at 24 Portland Place. The first was for an US of my right foot at 11:40, the second one with Mr Losseff at 12:45. No problem with the first one but with it was with the second one. As I finished the US procedure around 12:05, I went to the 2nd floor to wait for Mr Losseff's appointment at 12:45. I asked the receptionist whether he was running late and she responded negatively. As time passed and it was getting near 13:00, I asked the receptionists whether he was running late. Negative answer again. I enquired again around 13:10 as I had to take a train back to Oxford at 14:10. Mr Losseff called me at 13:40 and he was concerned about me not appearing on the screen despite having registered on the main reception desk. As he did not see me on his screen, he saw another patient. He was extremely kind and concerned about timing. He is a kind, and caring person and excellent neurologist. As I complained to the receptionists on the second floor, the problem was with the initial registration on the main reception desk. This has never happened to me, my husband or my youngest daughter who are patients of Cleveland Clinic. It would be good if it does not happen again. Check when patients have more than one appointment please and that they this information is transmitted correctly to the corresponding floors' reception desks. Thank you.

From my first appointment, Dr. Philipose demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care. He listened attentively to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained his reasoning behind each test in a way that was easy to understand. The diagnostic process felt thorough and purposeful rather than rushed. What stood out most was his focus on identifying the root cause. He connected the findings from multiple tests, walked me through the results step‑by‑step, and outlined the likely diagnosis with clarity and confidence. I appreciated how he balanced technical detail with plain language, making it easy to make informed decisions. The follow‑ups were equally impressive: clear next steps, timely check‑ins, and a structured plan that made me feel supported throughout. Communication was prompt, and any adjustments to the plan were explained transparently. Overall, Dr. Philipose combines deep clinical expertise with genuine patient care. I left each interaction feeling heard, informed, and reassured. I’m very grateful for his help and would recommend him without hesitation.

I always have a good experience when visiting the practice. The staff are always friendly. However, on the last visit I think there are things you guys need to review. I was in for a gel injection into my knee which was being carried out by Mr Dehne in the theatre. He had previously confirmed that it would be a simple procedure and that after a short time I would be fine to drive home. However, on arrival it was clear that the team believed I was in for a knee replacement. I was shown to my own room, asked to select from the menu for the following day, and given medication that I assume I didn't require! Further more, the team were loathed to let me drive home and I had to wait a couple of hours until they could check with Mr Dehne that it would be ok as all the paperwork confirmed otherwise. The theatre staff were double checking with me the reason for my visit so there was a checking procedure in place but you may need to review why there was confusion in the first place.

I went privately for a hip replacement. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I was met in reception by a lovely man who took my bag for me an led me to my room. I was admitted by staff who each came to introduce themselves and explain what they would be doing. The room was lovely with a view onto the woodland just outside where a herd of small deer ran past one morning. The food was excellent and the staff were plentiful and friendly. If I had not been there for surgery, I would still have been happy to stay in that room! The surgery was fine and the aftercare was very efficiently handled by all concerned. When I did need to press my buzzer for attention, someone responded promptly and fetched the relevant staff members to help me. I felt safe and well cared for. It was the first time I have had surgery and I was apprehensive but the staff were all calm and reassuring.

Needed a routine hernia operation, didn't want to wait 4–6 months, chose Royal Free Private Patients based on surgeon's online profile and because profits go to NHS; also I have been an NHS patient at RF. Was seen quickly for initial consultation and got surgery appointment when I wanted it. Mr Iype did a tidy job of the surgery, I am now recuperating with no complications so far and very little pain. Anaesthetists were friendly and efficient, and Severo my nurse in my ward was helpful, reassuring and friendly. I had a ward room to myself, which my wife could stay in while I had the surgery. It was clean and roomy, though a little cold – take extra blankets. The lunch I was given after surgery was pretty good, and they were able to get a sandwich for my wife too as well as teas and coffees. All in all, went very well.

I am incredibly happy and grateful for my surgeon’s reconstruction of my revision ACL and bone graft. From the first consultation to recovery, the care, precision, and confidence he showed made a huge difference in my healing and peace of mind. My knee feels stronger every day, my mobility is returning, and I trust the work that was done. It actually feels better than my first surgery I had 5 years ago with another surgeon. Less painful too. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the skill and dedication that went into my surgery. I am very excited to know I will be able to ski again next year after a period of rehabilitation. I am beyond grateful to Mr Mahmud. I wish him all the best for the future. A truly skilled and competent Surgeon.

I had a really positive experience staying at Nuffield Hospital. From admission to discharge, the staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, reassuring and helpful, which made a big difference during surgery and early recovery. Even when things were not perfect, such as not having a post-surgery bra in my exact size and sending me home in one that was a bit too big in the cups, the care and effort from the team never wavered. They handled everything with warmth, professionalism and good humour! Overall, I felt well looked after, respected and supported and I am very grateful to the staff who made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. 💗

I cannot recommend Dr Hull highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and respected. She was compassionate, thorough and took the time to truly listen to my concerns even reviewing the personal notes I had made and taken. At no point did I not feel heard or rushed which has often been my precious experience with other consultants. She is a brilliant rheumatologist, with that rare special combination of clinical expertise and someone who actually listens to their patient - a wonderful bedside manner. She was clear with her explanations and information and gave me time for any questions I may have had. I finally felt like I was in the right hands.

Their level of service is unparalleled, cancer throws you curve balls constantly and at random times and we’ve been desperate for expert advice and I always get a reply promptly and even out of hours. We wanted to add in re purposed meds to our chemo regime with someone guiding us for safety and not following random internet protocols. Highly recommending Dr Hari and Lucio Health doesn’t even get near to the feelings I have for this team. Simply outstanding.

I specifically sought out Dr Adamczyk for my adenomyosis diagnosis after I had positive interactions with him in the past and can credit my son's successful birth to him. He is knowledgeable, makes you feel at ease, and is supportive in both good and difficult moments. He and his team were highly efficient in planning and performing my hysteroscopy, and its impact was undeniable, as I joked that I felt human again afterwards. Thank you.
