I had a bilateral cataract operation, performed by Mr. Deshmukh. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians who did all the assessment checks (separate and earlier appointment) were excellent. At this appointment I met Mr Deshmukh who put me at ease and we discussed the best replacement lenses to suit my needs. For me the premium lenses were the right choice. On the day of the operation the hospital staff were brilliant - professional and good humoured. The operation was completely painless and took much less time than I had anticipated. The immediate aftercare was been superb and the nurse talked me through what I had to do and just as importantly avoid doing. I was given some eye drops to use for the next 4 weeks. You quickly become expert at using them. Following the operation my eyesight was as good as I can remember it ever being. I then returned for a follow up consultation with Mr Deshmukh who confirmed that my recovery was going very well and my vision is better than 20/20. I have worn spectacles since my early teens and this is an incredible outcome. I can now proceed with my training to become a driving instructor.

Once I arrived on the day of my surgery, the nurses were great in making sure I was fully prepared. The only questionable experience I had was that the physio who visited me before the surgery caused some confusion, as the exercises she showed me to do during the first three weeks were not what Prof. Field had said. Also it seemed odd that the physio visited me before the surgery, rather than after. Hence I ended up staying the night and saw Yannis, a different physio, the following morning, who was incredibly helpful. However, the experience overall was great, and Prof. Field and Dr Hussain, along with the day and night nurses, made me feel very comfortable and looked after me well.

It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

Dr Patel listened very carefully to my symptoms and concerns and immediately understood the problem. He had taken time to familiarise himself with my medical history which was very helpful. He explained everything carefully, clearly and in enough detail so that I understood what was happening at all times. He advised and expedited my clinical tests and fed back to me very promptly. This was very useful in helping me to make further decisions about my current medical treatment. I found Dr Patel to be incredibly professional, kind and understanding. I am extremely pleased with and thankful for the care I was given by him.

He has a lovely manner and very clear communication, taking time to explain things to me and manage any questions and concerns that I had which gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I feel lucky that I was referred to his clinic and would highly recommend him to others.

I can’t recommend Dr Lower enough! Without him I am certain I wouldn’t have had my two babies. He diagnosed my Ashermans syndrome in my first visit and I have undergone surgery with him twice. Both surgeries fixed my condition and I went on to conceive my first son less than 2 months after my first surgery and my second son less than 2 months after my second surgery. Worth every penny. Dr Lower has always treated me with kindness and took time to explain everything. He is simply the best! Worth every penny.

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.

Dr Rick Adams was easy to talk to and he quickly and accurately grasped the situation and recommended suitable treatment. Because of distance we opted for a video consultation which worked very well. The whole experience was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Prior to the appointment we we were informed that the hospital couldn't book the appointment as referral letter didn't specify the type of scan required. However this was clearly stated at the top and I had to point this out. The appointment was then cancelled and we had to wait another week for the next available. Radiographer was then at least 20 minutes late.

This was the first time I had been treated in hospital for 50 years so I was understandably anxious about having a hip replacement operation but everybody was so kind and helpful with endless patience and professionalism nothing was to much trouble and I would recomend to anyone this hospital and all the staff are excellent.

The hospital was clean and the private room I had was large, clean and full of the usual amenities that were all operational. My only slight negative would be the car parking which was a challenge at certain times
