Dr Theochari took the time to explain to me the symptoms I had following an injury to the head. She reassured me without patronising and took my complaints seriously. We recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr Wu regarding my father's Parkinson's diagnosis. She was welcoming, attentive and kind and was listening to my father while asking leading questions. She took the time to thoroughly examine his medical history and answer all of his questions. After the examination she worked with my father to develop a treatment plan that was tailored to his specific needs. This showed in the letter she sent afterwards which was a perfect summary of everything we discussed. It was fantastic to speak like a professional like Dr Wu. I felt much at ease and she helped me understand my father's condition way better. It was totally beneficial to have a consultation with Dr Wu as she is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in her field and my father and myself found the consultation very helpful and reassuring.
