Great to speak with Mr Nair again. I’ve known him 10 years now and he’s operated 3 times, saving my sight in both eyes. I’ve since been referred for radiotherapy which was very successful, so just being monitored now. Feel like I’m in good hands.

I thought the physical environment of the hospital was poor. The consulting room was hot (no AC) and the down escalator was not working. I used the nearest stairs to descend the one floor and this area was filthy with rubbish, walls crumbling and exposed wiring. The check in area and reception was in good order, by contrast. On entering the main hospital entrance in front of the revolving door there was a temporary mat that my foot caught and could have caused me to trip. Rather than a temporary mat, a fixed carpet/mat would be more sensible. Nice receptionist and professional, caring consultant.

I have been seeing Mr Nair for many years now and most recently had a microvascular decompression. The surgery went very well and I am very happy with the results. The aftercare at hospital was also great.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Nair for the exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion he has shown throughout Andrea’s treatment. From our very first meeting, he explained Andrea’s condition, treatment options, and surgery with clarity and honesty, always taking the time to answer our questions in a way that was easy to understand. His kindness, empathy, and excellent communication gave us confidence and reassurance during an incredibly difficult time, and Andrea always felt he was treated as an individual rather than just another patient. We would also like to thank the entire surgical and clinical team for their outstanding expertise, dedication, and teamwork throughout Andrea’s care. Their professionalism and commitment were evident at every stage of his treatment. Mr. Nair and his team have made an enormous difference to Andrea’s recovery and to our family, and we will always be deeply grateful for the exceptional care and humanity they have shown.
