Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Bit dull and dated reception area and waiting room

Very clean. Easy to access with a little car park. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I felt immediately comfortable and welcome. All staff members showed excellent customer service and came across as having a genuine care for me during my visit.

Consultant was confident in answering questions at consultation and helped put my mind at rest on the day. The anesthetist was also supportive The ward staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble
