Very happy with OSD, stressless quick appointments with friendly professionals. I didn’t feel rushed at my appointments and had time to ask questions and everything was explained thoroughly. In particular Dr Helen Mitakidis was just amazing, she really looked after me during my visit, she gave me plenty of time and I felt really listened to and cared for. She even called me a couple of days after to check I was ok, so lovely. I will be using OSD Healthcare services from now on and would highly recommend them.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

Friendly environment and efficient with booking of tests and examinations. Friendly staff and clean safe space.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

The facilities are great, and the clinic uses a digital platform to facilitate the communication and follow-up exercises. I definitely recommend it.

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.
