I was an outpatient for a procedure on my hip. The hospital was really efficient in their comms, the process was smooth and everything clearly explained. The facilities seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. My room had everything I needed and the food was tasty. The nurse and all other staff were so good at their jobs and took great care of me in a kind and friendly way. My procedure was successful and the surgeon and anaesthetist highly skilled. Easy visitor parking and a lovely experience all around. I’d highly recommend St J & St E hospital to anyone.

The Midewife team is caring, friendly and professional. On 19 April, I went in for a fasting glucose test in the morning. Upon completion, both my husband and me were offered hot drinks and banana. Since this is my first pregnancy and third trimester, I am easily worried and I was a bit concern about the test. The midwife team has been patient, sensitive and caring throughout which made me feel relaxed and assurred.

As a newly approved cater at Curam my experience is limited to the journey so far which has been very in-depth and ghoufough overall. Approval meeting was very friendly and informative and showed me where I may want to make adjustments snd how to do that.

I got in touch with MUMS Clinic regarding treatment for my hand. After sending photos as requested, I heard nothing for several days. During that time, I contacted MUMS several times by phone and eventually was given an appointment and was asked to pay £50 deposit by one of the receptionists. I travelled on the day of the appointment from London to Solihull. When I arrived in Solihull, I received a call from MUMs advising me that they could not treat my hand and not to attend the booked appointment. When I asked for a refund of my deposit and expenses, I was advised by the MUMS assistant manager that they would review the case and let me know. Weeks later, I have heard nothing from them. I am disappointed and angry that I was not notified in advance of travelling that morning by train from London to attend and that I lost a day’s work and incurred travel expenses for myself and my wife.
