Emmanuel (Manni) is super knowledgeable and articulate with his advice and expertise. I had such a positive experience, learning a lot about where I have areas to improve, and how to tackle these whilst being mindful of the rest of my ongoing training plan and injury history. This guy is the best physio in London... I went to Opus with an ankle injury after a fall and twist. I am back to running 60km per week with no pain and I feel stronger than ever.

Dan was friendly, patient and kind. He explained everything clearly and took the time to help me get the exercises right. He genuinely wanted to help me feel better and get back to living normal. He was easy to talk to and never made me feel awkward.

I cannot thank Daniel enough, being a runner who has suffered with shin splints for years I never thought a) I would be rid of the dreaded pain, or b)I'd ever be able to train to run a marathon. However Daniel's skills and knowledge changed this, he built my confidence as a runner and helped me to believe hard things are possible.
