Miss Ella Sissons

Ella’s passion is MSK physiotherapy with a particular interest in sporting injuries. In fact, she first pursued a career in physiotherapy after sustaining an ankle injury playing netball and undergoing subsequent rehabilitation.

Ella completed her undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University prior to completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University. She has experience in surgical inpatient wards and in sport with additional qualifications in fitness instruction, personal training, sports massage, sports taping and pre-hospital immediate care in sport (PHICIS) through the Rugby Football Union.

Beyond the clinic, Ella regularly hits the gym, plays netball and works as a physiotherapist for a local rugby club where you will find her supporting the team with pitch-side first aid for rugby matches at the weekend!
