Really great experience seeing Daniel at Physio Jack Studios. He took the time to go through my symptoms, and identified the likely issue. The explanation of exercises were clear, both in the session, and the written info that followed. The follow-up session was useful to review progress, and Daniel suggested some helpful steps to try and prevent the issue recurring.

I’ve been to many physios over the years. Daniel and jack are two of the best I’ve seen. Very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in good depth. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Dan provided a highly professional service, but most importantly he was able to diagnose my ankle problem that was preventing me from playing football and running for over 6 months, and set up a programme for me that strengthened and healed my ankle. Dan took the time to find the root cause of the pain as well as make sure I was doing the exercises correctly at the clinic so that I can then also do them correctly at home. As a result I was able to play football and run freely again without any pain.

Dan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel at ease and reassured at a time when I was very concerned about my injury.

I cannot thank Daniel enough, being a runner who has suffered with shin splints for years I never thought a) I would be rid of the dreaded pain, or b)I'd ever be able to train to run a marathon. However Daniel's skills and knowledge changed this, he built my confidence as a runner and helped me to believe hard things are possible. Being able to run distances of 32km pain free meant everything to me. It is clear that Daniel is passionate about restoring his clients to performance. He is patient in his approach and is very client centred. I would highly recommend his services.

Daniel was incredibly helpful in addressing my running injuries while I trained for a marathon. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided exercises to do after our session with clear instructions ensured that I could continue making progress even after our sessions concluded.

Fantastic end to end service Was always available to help with queries both over the phone and in person at our appointments. Managed my acl injured knee and helped strengthen this. Daniel was thorough in his assessment and took time to explain each stage carefully. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable but used language that I would understand to make me feel confident and comfortable about my current physical health.
