We are a team of specialist Physiotherapists and Personal Trainers, with a vast experience working within the health and fitness industry. We work with a broad demographic, ranging from sporty teens to adults in their 80s. My first appointment was great. Leyth listened to my history and carefully got started on finding a way through the problems. Patient, knowledgeable and honest. I felt like I was in good hands.
I started seeing Mariam in the spring after suffering with disc related nerve pain since August last year. She stripped back my exercise routine to gentle stretching, focusing on mobility and have slowly been reintroducing strength training into my last few sessions. She’s a miracle worker!!! I’m now 99.9% pain free which I didn’t think could be achieved so quickly. Thank you!!

I ruptured my Achilles a year ago playing sports. I was working with a different physio and was seeing slow results. I swapped over to Physio Jack Studios and started working with Darragh who was truly excellent, going above and beyond with working around my schedule and doing further research to make sure we tried all possible exercises to get me back running as soon as possible. He was a pleasure to be with during sessions and would highly recommend him to anyone
Lovely space, professional and knowledgable practitioners. I came in as I was suffering with sciatica and Jack was able to quickly diagnose the problem and in a few sessions had given me the rehab and tools I needed to allow my back to recover whilst still training
Physio Jack Studios is an excellent studio in north London with highly professional and highly competent physios who have all been instrumental in my post-surgery recovery.
I attended Physio Jack Studios for post surgery Physio on my shoulder - left shoulder arthroscopy, with subacromial decompression and ACJ excision. Working with Jack Bain, I had a series of Physio sessions, which has improved my shoulder movement. Working with Jack was a pleasure and I want to thank him for support in improving my movement, can't recommend more highly.
