Nick helped me to recover from a hip and ankle injury through strengthening, mobility and plyometrics exercises

I have been seeing Nick for physio at Jack’s Physio for the last six months after a femur trauma injury and surgery. Nick's attention to detail, his careful bespoke approach, and his ability to push me just the right level each session has been essential for my recovery and rebuilding of strength. Highly professional at all times, this was exactly the care and attention I needed in the immediate weeks after my injury, and in all the subsequent months since.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

I really recommend Physio Jack Studios. Nick has been brilliant in helping me with my knee injury, whilst I prepare to run a marathon. He was great at explaining the injury as well as guiding me in my recovery. He always makes sure to follow up with a detailed email with all the guidance I need, which is really useful. I’m now feeling prepped and ready to go for the marathon in a few days time! Nick is lovely, clearly very experienced, and an all-round excellent physio. Thank you, Nick!

Highly recommend Nick. I had three sessions following an ankle sprain. Nick's advice was really valuable - expert and tailored to what I needed. Plus very easy to get to.

I had a brilliant experience with Nick, who has helped me resolve a really stubborn and painful hamstring tendinopathy through both temporary lifestyle changes and a really effective and manageable programme of exercises. I'm delighted to be a) back to running and b) much stronger than before my injury as a result of the work. Thanks Nick!

Definitely recommend! Nick has been fantastic guiding me through my shoulder and hip rehab. As an apprentice physiotherapist myself, and having worked with a lot of physios, I can say that Nick is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Physio Jack Studios to anyone. Thank you!

Nick obviously loves what he does, and did an expert job of getting my knee injury back to marathon-ready shape over the past 8 weeks. Highly recommend!
