Jack Bain is a skilled physiotherapist with experience spanning over 12 years in the health and fitness industry. In 2018, he founded Physio Jack, a practice aimed at providing quality treatment to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Jack's clientele ranges from high-level athletes to office workers seeking pain relief and individuals over 50 striving to maintain an active lifestyle. He finds great satisfaction in assisting people in returning to the gym or regular exercise after sustaining an injury. Throughout his career, Jack has successfully helped numerous injured runners, athletes, and weightlifters achieve full recovery and resume competitive activities. In addition to his work at Physio Jack, Jack also works with Pure Sports Medicine.

Jack's journey to becoming a physiotherapist began with a background as a personal trainer and strength coach before pursuing his studies in Physiotherapy at Brunel University. This prior experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of fitness and rehabilitation, allowing him to deliver effective and personalised care to his clients.
