Qualifications/CPD:
I attended Physio Jack Studios for post surgery Physio on my shoulder - left shoulder arthroscopy, with subacromial decompression and ACJ excision. Working with Jack Bain, I had a series of Physio sessions, which has improved my shoulder movement. Working with Jack was a pleasure and I want to thank him for support in improving my movement, can't recommend more highly.
Jack was knowledgeable and professional throughout my appointment. He explained the treatment clearly and gave me a great home exercise plan that helped reduce my neck pain. Would recommend.
I had a great experience working with Jack. I have been experiencing on and off back pain for quite some time. He completed a thorough assessment and was able to show me what was causing it and how we can treat it. It made complete sense. I am now feeling much better. I understand what it is, and know exactly what to do if it comes back. The studio is also amazing with loads of equipment and a great vibe. Highly recommend!
Jack has helped me manage the symptoms of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome through a tailored strengthening and fitness program. He's measured my progress over time using rep count reports and strength measuring devices as well as charting general wellbeing. We recently started adapted boxing too which I have enjoyed. I feel really supported and motivated to reach my goals. He is understanding and meets you where you are at fitness-wise, as well as pushing you to the best you can be. I would definitely recommend Jack to other people with long term health conditions like me.
Jack was knowledgable and professional. Identifying a long-term issue I was struggling with in my lower back and prescribing stretches and exercises that allowed me to run without any pain - helping me get through Tough Mudder. Very highly recommended!
An absolutely incredible physio. In all my time working at the studio, I’ve seen him build tailored plans for every type of injury and get people fit and healthy again time and time again. He’s also helped me with my own injuries over the time I’ve known him. I won’t go to anyone else!
Jack is a very experienced and professional Physio. I’ve improved greatly under his guidance.
