Miss Rujuta Apte

Rujuta is a highly experienced chartered MSK physiotherapist based at Bodyset in Newbury. She has worked with patients with varying problems, from those with occupational injuries to athletes with nagging injuries and early post-operative patients. She creates individually tailored, evidence-based treatment plans for her patients and advocates using both exercise and manual therapy in order to achieve the best possible results. To her, physiotherapists are superheroes who have the ability to treat their patients without using medication!

She firmly believes in taking a holistic approach to treatment, which considers both lifestyle and psychosocial factors when planning rehabilitation programmes. Outside of clinic hours, you'll find Rujuta exploring new places, reading, or enjoying some down time over a cup of coffee at one of her favourite cafes.
