Been struggling with knee/lower leg Discomfort, aches and pains Alex pinpointed the problem effectively and has reco mme ded a way forward to hopefully sort the problem
Very good to the point and easy to understand instructions for recovery
Alex was very thorough in her examination and asked plenty of questions. Once she worked out what she thought was wrong she set up lots of exercises for me to complete and told me what not to do as well. All in all I only needed 2 sessions with her because she put my mind at rest and gave me plenty to work on outside our sessions.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We are fortunate to have Alex as part of our clinic team.
