I don’t even mind parting with my money, and I’m a Scot!

Dr George saw me on very short notice. She was extremely supportive and caring and took lots of time to put together a customised skin care regime for my skin type and lifestyle. She had gone out of her way, in her own time, to check in with me and see how I’ve been getting on. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I have suffered from adult acne for as long as I can remember. In the past I’ve been through a course of roaccutane, but unfortunately my acne recurred years down the line. Dr George put me on a gentle regime that has so far tackled my problem entirely. My skin is clearer and more manageable than it had been in years. I am extremely grateful for her help and care. I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Dr Mirza was great medically and we would not hesitate to see him again. However, we were not acknowledged on arrival at the surgery and kept waiting for ten minutes with no reason offered. I would usually expect to be greeted on arrival and if there is a delay, this being explained and apologised for. This is not the doctor’s fault but I’m not sure how else to feed this back.

Dr. Sweta Rai was extremely unprofessional. She was more than 15minutes late, then rushed my appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain anything, used opaque terminology, threw in a possible cancer diagnosis and then unceremoniously escorted me out of the consultation room and told me to book a follow up appointment to discuss anything else. I will not be returning.
