From my very first meeting with Mr Tsepov I felt at ease and listened to. Having severe endometriosis and large fibroid I was suffering a lot and very worried about surgery. Mr Tsepov arranged all the necessary pre assessments and explained everything so clearly to myself and my husband. All my reports were sent to me very quickly so I always felt completely informed. My surgery was very successful and I am so thankful to Mr Tsepov and his amazing team that have taken such good care of me. I already know wha a difference this will make to my life. He came to see me after my surgery and explained what they did. Mr Tsepov is a kind and extremely knowledgeable surgeon. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

Natalie took care in asking the relevant questions to do with unsuccessful pregnancies and the female health issues I have experienced. I have not experienced a consultant asking questions in such a human way and with genuine concern. Mr Ahmed was a fantastic listener. He asked great questions, taking into account my emotional wellbeing as well as my physical symptoms. I felt treated as an entire person, holistically. My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish.
