Dr sultan was understanding about my weight issues and how it is affecting my problem which I am having at the moment , he also explained that he cannot operate on me has there can be problems and that I should reduce my weight and give them a call , and also suggested that I should go to my gp and tell them about my back issues which I was not aware of .
