James has been fantastic as my consultant and is always willing to take time to explain every part of my care. On my egg freezing journey he has been clear and pragmatic in explaining my options, which helped me feel informed in making decisions on my next steps. I felt in very safe hands with him and his team.

James is incredibly knowledgeable and we appreciated his ability to always give full and frank answers to our questions, while remaining sensitive to our situation. We always found his explanations to be reassuring without overpromising results. James was also very responsive to emails which is always appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I was recommended James and he did not disappoint. A friendly, up beat and positive personality which is what you need going through Fertility treatment! James was compassionate, understanding and so knowledgable and I had complete trust in him and the decisions he made for me. He came back to my emails immediately and was available to see me in person when needed. James was a ray of sunshine throughout this process and I would highly recommend.

We thought the standard of care and personal attention given by James was considerably better than other fertility clinics in London we have also attended. Each time we met with I felt reassured and my mind was put at ease that we were doing all we could possibly do for the best outcome. James was always available to answer my numerous questions via email. His responses were always timely, even at weekends and late in the evening.

James has always been so professional, he has always made us feel at ease. He so friendly and he know his stuff! We first met James back in 2013, he is my fertility consultant and we had our daughter from that IVF cycle and now we have come back nearly 9 years later for FET. I highly recommend anyone that goes through Fertility treatment to come to Lister.

Only met over zoom appointment, but was very informative about treatment plan and kept in contact before and during treatment.

Brilliant consultant. Honest, kind and genuinely interested in helping his patients. Our journey has not been easy but Dr Nicopoullos has gone above and beyond his role in supporting my husband and I. Whatever the outcome we could not have had a better consultant and I am truly grateful for the support and guidance received.

My husband I cannot rate James enough. From the first consultation and throughout the process, he has been empathetic, understanding and extremely approachable. We have had a couple of complications along the way and every time we have contacted him for advice or questions, he has always responded even out of hours and weekends. We have had several IVF rounds and experience with many consultants along the way but none have been as eager to help as James has. We would absolutely recommend him and the Lister (who have also been wonderful).

Dr Nicopoullos has a very calm, friendly manner and knows exactly how to put his patients at ease. He took care to answer my many many questions and explain what was going and what would be done. All doctors should be like this!
