Dr Mark Vanderpump

Dr Mark Vanderpump, Consultant Endocrinologist, sees patients in a private setting in several London based clinics. He is highly specialised in the treatment of thyroid disease, as well as a wide range of general endocrinology and diabetic issues. He also does medico-legal work specific to his specialities.

Mr Vanderpump began his medical education at the University of Birmingham where he graduated in 1987. He then proceeded to undergo Higher Specialist Training in diabetes and endocrinology, throughout the Midlands and the Northeast of England. He was then appointed Consultant in the North Middlesex Hospital NHS Trust, he would maintain his consultant position for another 20 years before going into private practice.

Dr Vanderpump is recognised as an expert within his field, in which he is regularly invited to speak and commentate on topics within his speciality on national television.
