All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Mr Alusi is a very impressive and Distinguished Doctor . He is Also very Professional and understanding . He listens and explains everything to his patients . I trust him 100 percent and Will always see him if anything is hurting me . He is my favourite Doctor .
